上件为细末，炼蜜为丸，每一两作一十丸。每服一丸，含化咽津，食后、临卧。
治喉痹口疮，腮颊肿痛。
白僵蚕（炒去丝嘴） 牛蒡子（微炒）
上件各等分为细末，炼蜜为丸，每一两作一十五丸。每服一丸，含化、食后。
治喉痹，缚喉风。
皂角（七挺，捶碎，用水五升 汁，滤去滓） 草乌头（锉碎） 天南星（锉碎） 大
黄（锉碎。
上件并入皂角水内煮至二升，滤去滓不用，再熬成膏子，入新瓷器内盛，候微凝入朴硝

化下，灌入口内，立愈。如药干，以好酒少许润之，不拘时候。
治咽喉肿痛，咽物妨闷，及口舌生疮。

上件为细末，每用一字掺之，咽津。或用甘草膏为丸如绿豆大，每服三丸，含化亦得，
食后。
治咽喉肿痛，清凉咽膈。
南硼砂 柿霜 糖霜 铅白霜
上件各等分为细末。每服半钱，逐旋掺咽下，食后。
治喉痹气塞不通欲死者。
雄黄（一分，别研） 蝎梢（七枚） 猪牙皂角（七锭） 白矾（生研，一钱） 藜芦

上件为细末。每用一字，吹入鼻中，实时吐出顽涎，立瘥。
治疗寒邪侵袭并搏结于肺经，导致咽喉阻塞、声音嘶哑或失音、咳嗽。以及因忧思、愤怒等情志因素导致的气道闭塞涩滞、噎塞不通、胸中胀满、呼吸短促。

将上述药材各取等量研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，每两药粉制成十五丸。每次服用一丸，含在口中化开，于饭后服用。
治疗喉痹、缠喉风（一种以咽喉肿痛、呼吸困难为特征的急症）。
皂角（七挺，捶碎，用水五升煎煮取汁，过滤去渣）、草乌头（锉碎）、天南星（锉碎）、大黄（锉碎）。
将上述药材并入皂角水中煎煮至剩余二升，过滤去渣不用，再熬制成膏状，装入新的瓷器中储存，待其微微凝固时加入朴硝末一两使其溶化，灌入口内，可立即痊愈。如果药物变干，可用少量好酒润湿，不限定具体时间。
治疗咽喉肿痛，吞咽食物时感到阻碍闷痛，以及口舌生疮。
龙脑（一钱）、硼砂（一钱）、朱砂（半两）、寒水石（煅烧，半两）、马牙硝（半钱）。
将上述药材研为细末，每次取“一字”量的药粉掺入患处，咽下津液。或者用甘草膏制成如绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用三丸，含化亦可，于饭后服用。
治疗咽喉肿痛，清凉咽喉膈膜。
南硼砂、柿霜、糖霜、铅白霜。
将上述药材各取等量研为细末。每次服用半钱，逐渐掺入咽下，于饭后服用。
治疗喉痹气机闭塞不通、濒临窒息者。
雄黄（一分，单独研磨）、蝎梢（七枚）、猪牙皂角（七锭）、白矾（生研，一钱）、藜芦（一钱）。
将上述药材研为细末。每次取“一字”量的药粉，吹入鼻中，随即吐出顽痰，可立即痊愈。
Treats cold pathogen invading and binding to the Lung Meridian (Lung Channel), causing throat obstruction, hoarseness or aphonia, and cough. Also treats qi pathway obstruction and astringency due to worry, thinking, anger, or resentment, resulting in dysphagia, blockage, chest fullness, and shortness of breath.
Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, peeled and dehydrated, stir-fried), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis). (Each of the five herbs is used in equal proportions.)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills, where one tael of powder yields ten pills. Take one pill per dose, dissolve it in the mouth and swallow the saliva. Administer after meals and before bedtime.
Treats laryngismus (Hou Bi), oral ulcers, and swelling and pain in the cheeks and jaw.
Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus).
Grind the above ingredients, each in equal proportion, into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills, where one tael of powder yields fifteen pills. Take one pill per dose, dissolve it in the mouth. Administer after meals.
Treats laryngismus (Hou Bi) and Chan Hou Feng (a critical condition characterized by severe throat swelling and difficulty breathing).
Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, seven pods, crushed, decocted in five sheng of water to extract juice, filtered to remove dregs), Caowutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata, chopped), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, chopped), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, chopped).
Combine the above ingredients with the Zaojiao juice and decoct until two sheng remain. Filter out the dregs and do not use them. Continue to boil down to form a paste. Store in a new porcelain vessel. When slightly congealed, add one liang of Xiaoyan (Natrii Sulfas) powder to dissolve it. Instill into the mouth; recovery will be immediate. If the medicine dries, moisten it with a small amount of good wine. No specific time restriction applies.
Treats sore throat and swelling, discomfort and stifling sensation when swallowing food, and oral/tongue ulcers.
Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, one qian), Pengsha (Borax, one qian), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, half liang), Hanshuishi (Halloysit Rubra, calcined, half liang), Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas Crystallizatus, half qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use "yi zi" (a unit of measure approx. 0.3-0.5g) of powder to sprinkle on the affected area, then swallow saliva. Alternatively, mix with Licorice Paste (Gancao Gao) to make pills the size of mung beans. Take three pills per dose, allow to dissolve in the mouth. Administer after meals.
Treats sore throat and swelling, cooling the throat and diaphragm.
Nanpengsha (Southern Borax), Shishuang (Diospyroi Fructus Frost), Tangshuang (Sugar Frost), Qianbaishuang (Lead White Frost).
Grind the above ingredients, each in equal proportion, into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, sprinkle gradually and swallow. Administer after meals.
Treats laryngismus (Hou Bi) with qi blockage so severe that death seems imminent.
Xionghuang (Realgar, one fen, separately ground), Xeshao (Scorpio tail, seven pieces), Zhuya Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, seven segments), Baifan (Alumen, raw ground, one qian), Lilu (Veratri Rhizoma, one qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use "yi zi" of powder, insufflate into the nose. The patient will immediately expectorate stubborn phlegm, and recovery will be swift.
