上件除黄蜡、黄丹、乳香、没药、血竭外，其余药并细锉，用好酒拌湿，淹一宿。倾在
铛内，入清油二斤，慢火煎，候药黑色滤去滓。别入净铛内，慢火煎少时即入黄蜡，候熔，

将上述药材中除没药、乳香、黄丹、僵蚕外，其余药物放入油中，熬煮至药物呈赤黑色，然后过滤去除药渣。
接着加入没药、乳香、黄丹、僵蚕，加火熔化混合均匀。
主治跌打损伤，驴马坠伤，痈疽、瘰疬、鬼箭、骨疽、漏疮、软疖、眉疽、发背、脚膝生疮、多年恶疮、疔疮、缠喉风、五种痔疮、耳部流脓、鼻内生疮、牙疼等疾病。（必须在腊月前七日浸泡药物，在腊日制作。）
【通灵黄金膏】
木香 当归（洗净焙干） 金毛狗脊（去毛） 防风（去芦头） 白芨 白蔹 香白芷 白术 乳香（单独研碎） 松脂（单独研碎） 枫香（单独研碎） 杏仁（去皮尖，单独研碎。以上十二味药各一两）
将上述药材中除乳香、枫香、松脂外，其余药物焙干后细锉，用清油三斤，炼熟放冷，在银器或石器内浸泡药物，文火加热，加入黄蜡八两，待其凝固时夹直，用布过滤，浮出血液者弃去。
主治痈疽、发背，一切恶疮，不问病程长短及软疖是否成脓，贴敷即见效。蛇咬、虎伤、汤火烫伤、刀斧损伤，均可内服、外贴。
【神效血竭膏】
香白芷 白蔹 川芎 黄蜡（熔化去渣，纯净者） 甘草（炙。以上五味药各四两） 当归（洗净焙干） 丁香 绢（一尺，包裹药物） 没药（一两半，研碎） 乳香（二两半，单独研碎） 血竭（一两半，单独研碎）
将上述药材中除黄蜡、黄丹、乳香、没药、血竭外，其余药物并细锉，用好酒拌湿，浸泡一夜。倒入铛内，加入清油二斤，慢火煎煮，待药物变黑滤去药渣。另换干净的铛，慢火煎少许时间后加入黄蜡，待其熔化，再加入其他药物，待冷却后分装使用。
[Lingying Ointment] Treats various sores and boils, reduces swelling and relieves pain.
Cannabis Fructus (remove shell and grind) Angelicae Radix (wash, dry, and slice) Momordicae Semen (remove shell and grind) Curcumae Radix (cut into small pieces) Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (cut into small pieces)
Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (processed, quenched in water, and ground) Bombyx Batryticatus (with Cinnabaris six liang) Frankincense (separately ground, one liang) Indigo Naturalis (separately ground) Minium (separately ground. The above four ingredients are each half a liang).
Take the aforementioned herbs, excluding Myrrha, Frankincense, Minium, and Bombyx Batryticatus, and put them into oil. Boil until the herbs turn reddish-black, then filter to remove the herb residues.
Next, add Myrrha, Frankincense, Minium, and Bombyx Batryticatus. Apply heat to melt and mix evenly.
Indications: Traumatic injuries from falls or blows, injuries from donkeys or horses falling, carbuncles, scrofula, "Ghost Arrow" disease, bone abscesses, fistulas, soft boils, eyebrow carbuncles, back carbuncles, sores on feet and knees, chronic malignant sores, carbuncles, peritonsillar abscess ("throat-wrinding wind"), five types of hemorrhoids, otorrhea, nasal sores, toothache, etc. (The herbs must be soaked seven days before the twelfth lunar month, and prepared on the day of the twelfth lunar month.)
[Tongling Golden Ointment]
Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Agarwood) Angelicae Radix (wash and dry) Cibotii Rhizoma (remove hairs) Saposhnikoviae Radix (remove root tips) Bletillae Rhizoma Acanthopanacis Senticosi Cortex Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma Frankincense (separately ground) Pinus Rosin (separately ground) Liquidambar Resin (separately ground) Almond Kernel (remove skin and tips, separately ground. The above twelve ingredients are each one liang).
Take the aforementioned herbs, excluding Frankincense, Liquidambar Resin, and Pinus Rosin. Dry them by baking, grind finely, and soak in three jin of clear oil (refined and cooled) in silver or ceramic vessels. Heat gently over a low fire. Add eight liang of Beeswax. When it solidifies, straighten the mixture, filter with cloth, and discard any floating blood-like substances.
Indications: Carbuncles, back carbuncles, all malignant sores, regardless of duration or whether soft boils have suppurated; application is effective immediately. Snake bites, tiger attacks, scalds, burns, knife and axe wounds can be treated with both internal administration and external application.
[Shenxiao Xuejie Ointment]
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi Cortex Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma Beeswax (melted and filtered for purity) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (roasted. The above five ingredients are each four liang) Angelicae Radix (wash and dry) Caryophylli Flos Silk Gauze (one chi, used to wrap the herbs) Myrrha (one and a half liang, ground) Frankincense (two and a half liang, separately ground) Draco Sanguis (one and a half liang, separately ground).
Take the aforementioned herbs, excluding Beeswax, Minium, Frankincense, Myrrha, and Draco Sanguis. Grind finely, moisten with good wine, and soak overnight. Pour into a pan, add two jin of clear oil, and simmer slowly over a low fire until the herbs turn black. Filter out the residues. Transfer to a clean pan, simmer briefly, then add Beeswax. Once melted, add the remaining ingredients. Cool and divide for use.
