Treats conditions of Heart Qi deficiency with internal heat, resulting in mental confusion and irregular behavior, disordered speech, Shizhu (a contagious chronic wasting disease), Kewu (shen disturbance caused by external pathogens), ominous dreams, and pediatric convulsive epilepsy.
