上件 咀。每服二钱，水六分，煎至四分，去滓温服，乳食后。如大便尚未通，加芒硝
半钱，再略煎，热服。

上件为细末，炼蜜为丸，每一两作四十丸。每服一丸，煎荆芥汤化下，不拘时候。
治小儿疮 欲出，未能全快。
紫草茸 蝉蜕（去土） 人参（去芦头） 白芍药（四味各一两） 木通 甘草（二味
各一分，炙）
上件 咀。每服二钱，水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓温服，不拘时候。
治疮 已出，色不红润，身热喘急，神志昏困。
红花子（如无，红花代之） 紫草茸（各一两） 麻黄（去根节） 升麻（各半两）
上件为细末。每服半钱，煎薄荷汤入酒少许同调下，不拘时候。
治疗小儿脏腑积热，面部发红、烦躁口渴，痰涎壅盛且排泄不畅，肠胃干燥涩滞，以及一切风邪壅滞之证，均能治疗。

蝉蜕（去除泥土）、当归（汤洗，焙干）、防风（去除芦头）、甘草（炙烤）、川芎、荆芥穗、升麻（以上七味药各等分）
将上述药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，每一两药粉制成四十丸。每次服用一丸，用煎好的荆芥汤化开送服，不限定时间。
治疗小儿疮疹欲出但未能完全透发。
紫草茸、蝉蜕（去除泥土）、人参（去除芦头）、白芍药（以上四味药各一两）、木通、甘草（以上两味药各一分，炙烤）
将上述药物切碎。每次服用二钱，加一小盏水，煎煮至剩余五分，滤去药渣，温服，不限定时间。
治疗疮疹已经发出，但颜色不红润，身体发热、气喘急促，神志昏沉困倦。
红花子（如果没有，可用红花代替）、紫草茸（各一两）、麻黄（去除根和节）、升麻（各半两）
将上述药物研成细末。每次服用半钱，用煎好的薄荷汤加入少许酒调匀送服，不限定时间。
Treats accumulation of heat in the internal organs and bowels of children, presenting with a red face, irritability, and thirst; phlegm-solid obstruction causing difficulty in respiration or defecation; dryness and constipation of the intestines and stomach; and all types of wind-stagnation. It is effective for all these conditions.
Gardenia Fructus (Shanzhizi), Saposhnikovia Radix (Fangfeng) [deprived of rhizome], Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [roasted], Rheum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) [six ingredients, equal parts].
Crush the above ingredients. Take two qian per dose, add six parts water, decoct until four parts remain, strain, and take warm after milk or food intake. If stool remains unpassed, add Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao) half a qian, decoct briefly again, and take hot.
Treats wind-stagnation due to blood-heat in children. Adults may also take this prescription.
Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Shengdihuang) [washed, cut, dried by baking], Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Shudihuang) [washed, cut, dried by baking, each 2 liang], Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Boheye) [2.5 liang, washed to remove soil], Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao).
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder, then add Borneolum Syntheticum (Naozi) and grind evenly. Form pills with refined honey, making forty pills from one liang of powder. Take one or two pills per dose, dissolve in warm boiled water.
Expels wind-pathogens, wards off malignant qi, penetrates the muscle layer, and facilitates the eruption of sores and rashes.
Cicadae Periostracum (Chantui) [cleaned of soil], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) [washed with decoction, dried], Saposhnikovia Radix (Fangfeng) [deprived of rhizome], Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [roasted], Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) [seven ingredients, equal parts].
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, making forty pills from one liang of powder. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in decoction of Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), at any time.
Treats pediatric sores/rashes that are about to erupt but have not fully emerged.
Arnebiae Radix seu Rhizoma (Zicao Rong), Cicadae Periostracum (Chantui) [cleaned of soil], Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) [deprived of rhizome], Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishyaoyao) [four ingredients, each 1 liang], Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [two ingredients, each 1 fen, roasted].
Crush the above ingredients. Take two qian per dose, add one small cup of water, decoct until five parts remain, strain, and take warm, at any time.
Treats sores/rashes that have already erupted but appear pale without luster, accompanied by fever, panting, and rapid breathing, as well as mental confusion and lethargy.
Carthami Flos (Honghuazi) [if unavailable, use Carthami Flos Honghua], Arnebiae Radix seu Rhizoma (Zicao Rong) [each 1 liang], Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) [deprived of roots and joints], Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) [each 0.5 liang].
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mix with decoction of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) and a small amount of wine, administer at any time.
