治小儿饮食不调，恣食肥腻，虫作 痛，唇面青白，呕吐痰沫，发歇往来，宜服
使君子（二十枚，炮去壳） 芜荑仁（别研，半两） 槟榔（一枚） 大腹子（二枚）
上件为细末，次入芜荑同研匀。每服一钱至二钱，煮猪肉汤调下，乳食前。
治小儿疳黄羸瘦，好食泥土，蛔虫 痛，发歇往来。
川楝子（去核，半两，微炒） 甘草（半两，微炒） 栝蒌根（一两）
上件为细末。每服二钱，煎紫苏汤调下，乳食空。
治小儿因食甘肥，致使虫动，呕吐涎沫，心腹闷痛。此药止痛、下虫。
五灵脂（一两半） 白矾（一两）
上件为细末，煮面糊为丸如黍米大。每服二十丸，温米饮送下，不拘时候。
治小儿牙疳齿烂，血出、溃臭。（以下牙疳方。）

上件研匀，每用少许，贴牙烂处。

治疗小儿疳积发黄、身体消瘦，喜欢吃泥土，蛔虫引起的腹痛，疼痛发作与休止交替出现。

将上述药物研成细末，用煮面的糊状物制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用温热的米汤送下，不限具体时间。
治疗小儿牙疳、牙齿腐烂、出血、溃烂发臭。（以下是治疗牙疳的方剂。）
芦荟（单独研磨）、白矾（枯矾，研磨）、枣肉（焙干，研成粉末）、芜荑仁（微炒，研成粉末）、甘草（炙后研成粉末。以上药物）
将上述药物研磨均匀，每次取少量，贴敷于牙齿腐烂处。

Processed *Drymis chinensis* bark (Ganqi, stir-fried until blue smoke disappears), *Quisqualis indica* seed (Shijunzi, processed and shelled, 3 qian each), Realgar (Xionghuang, 0.5 liang, separately ground), Musk (Shexiang, 1 qian, separately ground).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with decoction of *Toosendan officinalis* root bark (Kelian gen), at any time.
Treats pediatric irregular diet, excessive consumption of fatty and greasy foods, leading to worm-induced abdominal pain, cyanotic and pale lips and face, vomiting of phlegm-saliva, and alternating episodes of pain. This formula is suitable.
*Quisqualis indica* seed (Shijunzi, 20 seeds, processed and shelled), *Euryale ferox* seed kernel? No, *Euodia rutaecarpa* fruit remnant? Actually *Wuyi* refers to *Euodia rutaecarpa* (Wuyi ren, separately ground, 0.5 liang), *Areca catechu* seed (Binglang, 1 piece), *Areca catechu* seed (Dafuzi, 2 pieces).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder, then add *Euodia rutaecarpa* fruit remnant (Wuyi) and grind evenly. Take 1 to 2 qian per dose, mixed with pork broth, administered before milk or food intake.
Treats pediatric *gan* jaundice, emaciation, pica (eating dirt), ascariasis-induced abdominal pain, and alternating episodes of pain.
*Chaenomeles speciosa* fruit (Chuannianzi, pitted, 0.5 liang, lightly stir-fried), Licorice root (Gancao, 0.5 liang, lightly stir-fried), *Trichosanthes kirilowii* root (Gualou gen, 1 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with Perilla decoction (Zisu tang), administered on an empty stomach.
Treats pediatric worm agitation caused by consuming sweet and fatty foods, resulting in vomiting of saliva, and stifling pain in the heart and abdomen. This medicine relieves pain and expels parasites.
*Trogopterus dung* (Wulingzhi, 1.5 liang), Alum (Baifan, 1 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, swallowed with warm rice water, at any time.
Treats pediatric gingival *gan*, tooth decay, bleeding, and foul-smelling ulcers. (The following are formulas for treating gingival *gan*.)
