油发灰、阿胶（各四钱）、红花（二钱）、黄芩（五钱）、乌药（五钱）、白茯苓（五钱）、生地（五钱）、当归（六钱）、续断（三钱）。
以上药材置于酒中浸泡。
生地、熟地、五加皮、当归、丹皮、黄芩、杜仲、黄芪、麦冬、天冬、远志、川牛膝、补骨脂、柏子仁、白茯苓（各等分）。将以上药材共同研磨成细末，用白蜜调和制成丸剂，用温开水送服。
体仁子说：跌打损伤的病症，根源都在血。论述损伤有轻重之分，受伤有深浅之别，怎能一概而论呢？大概皮肤未破损时，多使用穿透皮肤、破除瘀血的药剂；皮肤既然已经破损，多使用通利兼补益的方剂。这是跌打损伤治疗中的关键要点，学者们务必用心详细考察，现将秘方开列在后面。

Soak the above herbs in wine.
Rehmannia Root [Rehmanniae Radix] (Shengdi), Prepared Rehmannia Root [Rehmanniae Radix Preparata] (Shudi), Acanthopanacis Cortex [Acanthopanacis Cortex] (Jiapi), Angelica Sinensis Root [Angelicae Sinensis Radix] (Danggui), Moutan Bark [Moutan Cortex] (Danpi), Scutellaria Root [Scutellaria baicalensis Radix] (Huangqin), Eucommia Bark [Eucommiae Cortex] (Duzhong), Astragalus Root [Astragali Radix] (Huangqi), Ophiopogon Tuber [Ophiopogonis Tuber] (Maidong), Asparagus Tuber [Asparagi Tuber] (Tiantong), Polygala Root [Polygalae Radix] (Yuanzhi), Cyathula Root [Cyathulae Radix] (Chuan Niuxi), Psoralea Fruit [Psoraleae Fructus] (Buguzhi), Biota Seed [Biota Semen] (Baiziren), Poria [Poria Cocos] (Baifuling) (equal parts). Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, mix with white honey to form pills, and take with warm water.
Ti Renzi said: The conditions of traumatic injuries all stem from blood disorders. Injuries vary in severity, and wounds differ in depth; how can they be treated uniformly? Generally, when the skin is intact, formulas that penetrate the skin and break blood stasis are used. When the skin is broken, formulas that promote circulation and tonify deficiency are used.
