羊蹄根（切作片）
上至五更初，先以布揩癣上，即取羊蹄根、烂嚼，止用汁涂，后以其片揩之，将冷水嗽
口及洗手。初用药时，忌不得语，欲气勿泄也。
牡蛎（少许）
上为末。用糯米粥调之，涂其上，欲以沙木板夹之即愈。
全蝎（一个） 白僵蚕（三个，去丝） 蝉蜕（三个）
上为细末。裂葱汁调涂即愈。
白矾（飞过，一两） 黄丹（半钱） 白药子（半两）
上为细末，旋掘羊蹄根独脚者，（一根者是）。取自然汁调药。先用布擦癣，微破，用药
敷之。

白矾（一斤。好者） 好酒（一斤，无灰）
上同熬，以酒尽为度，入合子，临时用之。
防风（细切）
上为细末，浮麦煎汤服之。婺州汪伯敏将仕云，尝见周仲恭尚书言，旧有盗汗之疾，每
至大屋，则肢体凛然，须以帏幕遮护，后得此方遂愈。
五积散 败毒散
上以二药合煎服之。盖五积性温、败毒稍凉，服之无不效者。
四物汤 小续命汤
上以二药同煎。章谧静之节推云，尝有人猝患脚肿，服此遂愈。
甘豆汤 治脚肿。
黑豆
上同煎汤服之。郭镇廷圭知县云，昔年太学士人，围闭中，多患脚肿，至腹则死，前后
如此者非一人。后有施此方，服之皆愈，盖神方也。
羊蹄根（切成片）
以上药材。在凌晨五更天刚开始时，先用布擦拭患处（癣），然后取羊蹄根嚼烂，只取其汁液涂抹，之后再用药片擦拭，并用冷水漱口及洗手。初次用药时，忌讳不能说话，目的是防止气机外泄。
牡蛎（少许）
以上药材研成粉末。用糯米粥调和后，涂抹在患处，想要痊愈，需用沙木板夹住固定。
由高逢辰制作并传承。
麝香、腊茶
以上两味药等量分配，研成粉末。干敷使用。
全蝎（一个）、白僵蚕（三个，去除丝状物）、蝉蜕（三个）
以上药材研成细末。用裂开的葱汁调和后涂抹，即可痊愈。
白矾（经过飞制处理，一两）、黄丹（半钱）、白药子（半两）
以上药材研成细末，随即挖掘单根的羊蹄根（即只有一根茎的）。取其自然汁液调和药物。先用布擦拭癣处，使其微微破损，然后用药敷贴。
由郭廷圭知县传承。
白矾（一斤，优质的）、好酒（一斤，无灰酒）
以上两味药共同熬煮，以酒完全熬干为限度，装入盒子中，临时取用。
防风（细切）
以上药材研成细末，用浮小麦煎汤送服。婺州汪伯敏将仕说，曾经见到周仲恭尚书提到，他过去有盗汗的疾病，每当进入大屋子，身体就会感到寒冷战栗，需要用帷幔遮挡保护，后来得到这个方子便痊愈了。
五积散、败毒散
以上两味药合在一起煎煮服用。因为五积散药性温，败毒散药性稍凉，服用后没有不生效的。
四物汤、小续命汤
以上两味药一起煎煮。章谧静之节推说，曾经有人突然患上脚肿病，服用此方后便痊愈了。
甘豆汤，治疗脚肿。
黑豆
以上药材一起煎汤服用。郭镇廷圭知县说，往年太学里的读书人，被围困封闭在中，很多人患有脚肿病，发展到腹部肿胀就会死亡，像这样前后发生的不止一人。后来有人施用这个方子，服用后都痊愈了，这真是神奇的方子。
Radix Aconiti (Qie zuo pian) [Cut into slices]
The above herb. At the beginning of the fifth watch (around 3-5 AM), first wipe the lesion with a cloth, then take the Radix Aconiti, chew it thoroughly, and use only the juice to apply. Afterwards, rub the area with the slices, rinse the mouth with cold water, and wash hands. When first using the medicine, it is forbidden to speak, in order to prevent the leakage of Qi (vital energy).
Ostreae Concha (Shao xu) [A small amount]
The above herb is ground into powder. Mix with rice porridge and apply on the lesion. To achieve a cure, it is desired to clamp the area with a sandboard.

Moschus (Shexiang) and Camelliae Folium Praeparatum (Lacha)
Equal parts of the above herbs are ground into powder. Apply dry.
Scorpio (Quanxie) [One], Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiangcan) [Three, remove silk], Cicadae Periostracum (Chantui) [Three]
The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Mix with juice from split green onions and apply; this will lead to a cure.
Alumen (Baifan) [Processed by sublimation, 1 liang], Minii Oxidum (Huandan) [0.5 qian], Radix Bistortae (Bai Yaozi) [0.5 liang]
The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Immediately dig up a single-stemmed Radix Aconiti (one that has only one stem). Take the natural juice to mix with the medicine. First, wipe the lesion with a cloth until slightly broken, then apply the medicine.

Alumen (Baifan) [1 jin, high quality] and Good Wine (Hao Jiu) [1 jin, clear wine without dregs]
The above two ingredients are boiled together until the wine is completely evaporated. Store in a box for temporary use.
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) [Finely cut]
The above herb is ground into fine powder. Take with decoction of Triticum Aestivum Floating Seeds (Fumai). Wang Bomin, Jiangshi of Wuzhou, said that he once heard from Shangshu Zhou Zhonggong that he used to suffer from night sweats. Whenever he entered a large room, his limbs would tremble with cold, requiring curtains for protection. After obtaining this prescription, he was cured.
Wuji San (Five Accumulations Powder) and Baidu San (Defeat Toxin Powder)
The above two prescriptions are combined and decocted together for oral administration. Since Wuji San is warm in nature and Baidu San is slightly cool, there is no case where it fails to be effective.
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) and Xiao Xuming Tang (Minor Continuation of Life Decoction)
The above two prescriptions are decocted together. Zhang Mi, Jingzhi Jietui, said that someone suddenly suffered from edema of the feet. After taking this prescription, they were cured.
Gandou Tang (Sweet Bean Decoction), treating edema of the feet.
Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou)
The above ingredients are decocted together for oral administration. Guo Zhen, Tinggui Magistrate, said that in previous years, many scholars in the Imperial Academy, when enclosed and besieged, suffered from edema of the feet. If it progressed to abdominal swelling, death ensued. This happened to more than one person. Later, when this prescription was applied, all who took it were cured. It is truly a miraculous prescription.
