【建中丸】
治疗脾胃之气虚弱，遭受风冷侵袭，出现腹痛、肠鸣及泄泻的症状。医经中说：进食后随即发生腹泻的称为“洞泄”。伴有手足发冷，面色青白。
处方组成：大附子（炮制，去皮和脐）、大川乌（炮制，去皮和脐）、桂心、胡椒、荜茇、干姜、良姜（炒制）、吴茱萸。
以上药材各取等份，研成细末，用醋调糊制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五七十丸，空腹且在进食前，用米汤送服。
【玉关丸】
治疗各种虚损不足，膀胱与肾经长期衰败，阴阳无法交济，导致多种疾病发生。表现为水气欲上升而浸渍心脏，火气欲下降而温煦肾脏。若是这样，精气的病变，功效难以详尽叙述。
处方组成：辰砂（半两）、鹿茸（一两）、柏子仁（炒制，单独研磨）、川巴戟天（去心，各七钱半）、黄芪（七钱，蜜炙）、五味子、菟丝子、附子（大的一个，蒸熟）。
以上药材研成细末，用木瓜膏捣匀调和，加入少量酒糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用七十丸，空腹时，用米汤或温酒送服。
【益卫丹】
治疗心脉结滞而散乱，肺脉浮软，其余脉象正常。追溯病因，思虑过度损伤心脏，忧虑过度损伤肺脏。因为心是血液生成的源头……（此处原文有缺漏，推测为心痛）痛，鼻子通气不畅，心悸怔忡，小便白浊，腠理不紧密，容易感受风寒。现在用补气汤补气以滋养肺脏，用益荣丹滋血以辅助心脏。使营卫之气日益充盛，心肺功能协调治理，各种疾病自然痊愈。
处方组成：当归（二两，去芦头，酒浸后焙干）、紫石英（火煅，醋淬七次，研细，一两）、柏子仁（炒制，单独研磨）、地黄（洗净，酒蒸后焙干）、龙齿（各一两，单独研磨）。
以上药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，以辰砂为衣。每次服用七十丸，进食前，用麦门冬汤送服。
[Jianzhong Wan]
Treats weak Qi of the Spleen and Stomach, invasion by wind-cold, abdominal pain, borborygmus, and diarrhea. The Classics state: "Diarrhea occurring immediately after eating is called Dongxie (Cavity Diarrhea)." Accompanied by cold hands and feet, and a cyan-white complexion.
Prescription composition: Da Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateralis Radix), Da Chuanwu (Prepared Aconiti Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus), Bibo (Piperis Kadsurae Fructus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizoma, stir-fried), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus).
The above ingredients are taken in equal parts, ground into fine powder, mixed with vinegar paste to form pills, sized like Sophora seeds. Take 50-70 pills per dose, on an empty stomach before meals, delivered with rice water.
[Yuguan Wan]
Treats various deficiencies and insufficiencies, chronic failure of the Bladder and Kidney meridians, inability of Yin and Yang to interact, leading to multiple diseases. Manifestations include water qi attempting to ascend and flood the Heart, and fire qi attempting to descend to warm the Kidneys. In such cases, the pathologies of Jing (Essence) are numerous, and their efficacy is difficult to fully describe.
Prescription composition: Chen Sha (Cinnabar, half tael), Lurong (Deer Antler Glue/Horn, one tael), Baiziren (Biota Seed, stir-fried, separately ground), Chuan Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Root, heart removed, each seven qian half), Huangqi (Astragalus Root, seven qian, honey-fried), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed), Fuzi (Aconite Root, large one, steamed).
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder, pounded and mixed with Papaya Paste, adding a little wine paste to form pills, sized like Sophora seeds. Take 70 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, delivered with rice water or warm wine.
[Yiwei Dan]
Treats the Heart pulse being knotted and scattered, the Lung pulse floating and soft, while other pulses are normal. Tracing the origin, excessive thinking damages the Heart, excessive worry damages the Lung. Since the Heart is the source of all blood... [text missing] pain, nasal obstruction, palpitations, white turbid urine, loose interstices (Couli), prone to contracting wind-cold. Now, using Buqi Tang to tonify Qi to nourish the Lung, and using Yirong Dan to nourish Blood to assist the Heart. As Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi become increasingly abundant, the Heart and Lung functions coordinate and regulate, and various diseases heal spontaneously.
Prescription composition: Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, two liang, remove radicle, soak in wine and bake), Zhi Shiyin (Fluorite, calcined, quenched in vinegar seven times, finely ground, one tael), Baiziren (Biota Seed, stir-fried, separately ground), Dihuang (Rehmannia Root, washed, steamed in wine and baked dry), Longchi (Dragon Teeth, each one tael, separately ground).
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder, formed into pills with refined honey, sized like Sophora seeds, coated with Chen Sha (Cinnabar). Take 70 pills per dose, before meals, delivered with Maidong Decoction (Ophiopogon Decoction).
