【草灵宝丹】
治疗各种风疾，以及风湿流注引起的疼痛、口眼歪斜、手足麻木僵硬，具有显著的疗效。药材都必须挑选干净，然后称量分量：川芎四两，枸杞子四两，当归（去除芦头，洗净）四两，细辛（去除苗叶和泥土，洗净）四两，白芍药四两，荆芥（去除根部，洗净）四两，五加皮四两，威灵仙（去除泥土，裂开，去皮壳，去脐部，洗净）四两，骨碎补（去除根部和泥土，洗净）四两，麻黄（去除根部，炒制）四两，自然铜（煅烧，去除泥土，洗净）四两，乌头（炮制至裂开，用泥封固，在炭火中烧红，取出使用）四两，乌梢蛇（一条，酒浸泡后取肉，四两，炙烤），风梢蛇（一条，酒浸泡后取肉，四两，炙烤），白花蛇（两条，酒浸泡后取肉，四两，炙烤）。将上述药物研成细末，然后用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如大龙眼核，每次服用一丸，空腹时或临睡前细细咀嚼，用无灰酒送服，也可以用芽茶清送服。
【换骨丹】
治疗突然中风，口眼歪斜，左侧瘫痪右侧偏瘫，不能说话，使用此药配合“搐药不卧散”，出汗后病人必定痊愈，效果显著。麻黄（五斤，去除苗和根，不要节），槐角子，桑白皮（去除赤色外皮），苍术，香白芷，川芎，威灵仙（少许，研磨）。将上述药物混合，用生绢包裹，盖好厚被子，不要让风吹到，全身出汗即为有效。
【搐药不卧散】
藿香，石花（黄色的），人参，藜芦（去除苗叶，取根部），芍药，谷精草，苦丁香，石膏（研磨）。以上十一味药平均分配，研成细末，每次取三字的量，口中含一口水，分别向左右鼻孔内搐入，以流出鼻涕为有效，与前方的换骨丹配合使用。
[Cao Ling Bao Dan]
Treats all kinds of wind disorders, as well as pain caused by the migration of wind-dampness, facial paralysis (deviation of mouth and eyes), and numbness or stiffness in the hands and feet, with remarkable efficacy. The medicinal materials must be carefully selected and cleaned, then weighed: Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) 4 liang, Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi) 4 liang, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, removed rhizome, cleaned) 4 liang, Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, removed seedlings, leaves, and soil, cleaned) 4 liang, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) 4 liang, Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie, removed roots, cleaned) 4 liang, Acanthopanacis Cortex (Wujiaopi) 4 liang, Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma (Weilingxian, removed soil, cracked, removed peel and navel, cleaned) 4 liang, Drynariae Rhizoma (Gusuibu, removed roots and soil, cleaned) 4 liang, Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, removed roots, stir-fried) 4 liang, Pyritum (Ziran Tong, calcined, removed soil, cleaned) 4 liang, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Wutou, processed until cracked, sealed with mud, heated red-hot in charcoal fire, then taken out) 4 liang, Zaocys (Wushaoshe, one snake, soaked in wine, meat extracted, 4 liang, roasted), Zaocys (Fengshaoshe, one snake, soaked in wine, meat extracted, 4 liang, roasted), Deinagkistrodon Acutus (Baihuashe, two snakes, soaked in wine, meat extracted, 4 liang, roasted). Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, then use refined honey to form pills, sized like large longan seeds. Take one pill each time, chew thoroughly on an empty stomach or before bedtime, and swallow with unadulterated wine, or alternatively with young tea infusion.
[Hangu Dan]
Treats sudden stroke, facial paralysis (deviation of mouth and eyes), left hemiplegia and right paralysis, and aphasia. Use this medicine in conjunction with "Chuyao Buwo San". After sweating occurs, the patient will surely recover; it is effective. Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 5 jin, removed seedlings and roots, excluding nodes), Sophorae Fructus (Huaijiaozi), Morus Albae Cortex Radicis (Sangbaipi, removed reddish bark), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Xianshu), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Xiangbaizhi), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma (Weilingxian, a small amount, ground). Mix the above ingredients, wrap in raw silk, cover with thick blankets, prevent drafts, and ensure the whole body sweats for effectiveness.
[Chuyao Buwo San]
Agastaches Herba (Huoxiang), Lichen (Shihua, yellow variety), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Veratri Radix (Lilu, removed seedlings and leaves, using the root), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Sparganii Rhizoma (Gujingcao), Caryophylli Flos (Kudingxiang), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, ground). Divide the above eleven ingredients equally, grind into a fine powder. Each time, take an amount equivalent to three zhi, hold water in the mouth, and insufflate into both nostrils alternately. Producing nasal discharge indicates efficacy. Use in pair with the preceding formula Hangu Dan.
