【治风湿证方】
治疗风湿证。
两头尖、五灵脂（各一两）、没药（单独研磨）、当归、乳香（以上各三钱，需研磨）。
以上药物研成细末，用醋调糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用十丸至五十丸，临睡前用温酒送服，忌食油腻和湿面制品，孕妇禁用。

[Fuchun Pill]
Indicated for wind-dampness in the waist and legs, strain injuries, numbness and paralysis of the hands and feet, pain in the sinews and bones with inability to flex or extend. It invigorates blood, beautifies the complexion, and tonifies deficiency.
Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma) (4 liang), Pogu Zhi (Cibotii Rhizoma) (stir-fried), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex) (stir-fried, silk fibers removed), Huluba (Trigonellae Semen) (stir-fried), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (each 2 liang), Gusui Bu (Drynariae Rhizoma) (hairs removed), Hu Gu (Tigridis Os) (rhizome removed, soaked in wine).
The above fifteen ingredients are ground into a fine powder, mixed with walnut kernels, and ground again until extremely fine. Wine paste is used as a binder to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 40-50 pills per dose, administered after meals with warm wine.
[Formula for Wind-Dampness Syndrome]
Indicated for wind-dampness syndrome.
Liangtou Jian (Gastrodiae Rhizoma et Sinomenii Caulis) (each 1 liang), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) (each 1 liang), Moyao (Olibanum) (separately ground), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Resina) (each 3 qian, ground).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Vinegar paste is used as a binder to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 10-50 pills per dose, administered before bedtime with warm wine. Avoid greasy foods and wet dough products. Contraindicated in pregnancy.
[Formula for All Wind Diseases]
Indicated for all wind diseases; has been proven effective through repeated use.

Harvest Zibei Fuping (Salviae Miltiorrhizae? Note: Text says 'Zibei Fuping', usually refers to Lemna minor var. versicolor or similar floating duckweed species, specifically *Lemna trisulca* or *Spirodela polyrrhiza* in some contexts, but literally "Purple-backed Floating Duckweed"), spread it on a bamboo sieve, place water underneath, dry it, and grind it into a fine powder. Zhen Chuanwu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) (2 liang, processed), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (7 qian), Zhen Sumu (Pterocarpus Santalinus Lignum), Dilong (Pheretima) (each half liang, soil removed), Caowutou (Aconiti Radix) (processed), Xuduan (Dianthi Herba) (soaked in wine), Biezi (Testudo Carapax et Plastrum - young turtle shell), Banjia (Chelydrae Carapax) (each 1 liang).
The above ingredients are crushed into a fine powder. Boiled wine is used to mix with aged rice flour to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, administered after meals with warm wine.
