上为细末，先以冷水漱净，用手指点药擦牙，须臾立愈。
天仙子不以多少，烧烟，用竹筒抵牙，引烟熏之，其虫即死，永不再发。
白檀末（一钱） 香白芷（一钱） 白芨（一钱） 三奈子（三钱，面包烧熟为度） 滑

上为细末，用浆水一大盏，药末一钱，用瓷器内收盛，如法盖覆，勿令灰尘坐落，早晨
梳洗毕掠之，不过十数日有验。用尽再添浆水药末。

上各等分为细末，掺于发内梳篦。

黑锡（半斤，大锅内溶成汁，于入桑条灰，柳木捶研合成沙）
上一味，以熟绢罗为末，每日早晨如常擦牙后，用温水漱在盂内，以水洗眼，能明目黑
髭发
治咽喉单双乳蛾。
蒲黄（五钱） 罗青（三钱，研） 盆硝（三钱，研） 甘草（二钱，研）
上为细末，每服一钱，冷蜜水调，细细咽之。吞不下，鸡翎蘸药喉内扫之立效。
吹乳蛾即开。
白矾（三钱） 巴豆（二粒，去皮） 轻粉（少许） 麝香（少许，研）
上于铁器上飞白矾至沸，入巴豆在上，矾枯，去巴豆不用，为细末，三味和合吹喉。
细辛（去除叶片）与草乌头（两者等量）。
将上述药材研磨成极细的粉末，先用冷水漱口清洁口腔，然后用手指蘸取药粉涂抹擦拭患牙，片刻之后即可痊愈。
天仙子（用量不限），将其燃烧产生烟雾，用竹筒抵住牙齿，引导烟雾熏蒸患处，体内的害虫即会死亡，疾病永不复发。
白檀末（一钱）、香白芷（一钱）、白芨（一钱）、三奈子（三钱，用面包包裹烧熟为止）、滑石（研碎）。
将上述药材研磨成极细的粉末，取一大盏浆水（发酵的米汤），加入一钱药末，盛放在瓷器中密封保存，防止灰尘落入。早晨梳洗完毕后，用此液漱口或涂抹，不过十几天即可见效。药液用尽后，可再次添加浆水和药末继续使用。
治疗牙齿松动。
蒺藜根。
将其烧成灰烬贴敷于患处，松动的牙齿即可稳固。
香白芷、零陵香、甘松、滑石（研碎）。
将上述药材各取等量，研磨成细末，撒在头发中，配合梳篦梳理使用。
此方出自《总录方》。

仅这一味药，用熟绢筛成细末，每天早晨像平常刷牙一样擦牙后，用温水漱口并将漱口水收集在盂中，再用该水洗眼，能够明目黑发。
治疗咽喉单侧或双侧乳蛾（扁桃体炎）。
蒲黄（五钱）、罗青（三钱，研碎）、盆硝（三钱，研碎）、甘草（二钱，研碎）。
将上述药材研磨成极细的粉末，每次服用一钱，用冰冷的蜂蜜水调匀，细细咽下。如果无法吞咽，可用鸡毛蘸取药粉在喉部扫拭，立即见效。
吹药可使乳蛾消散。
白矾（三钱）、巴豆（两粒，去皮）、轻粉（少许）、麝香（少许，研碎）。
在铁器上将白矾飞炼至沸腾，放入巴豆在上面，待白矾枯干后，去掉巴豆不用，将剩余药物研磨成细末，将这三味药混合后吹入喉部。
墙上的土蜂窠（一个，碾磨至极细）。
先用楮叶，将患者的舌头用叶子擦破，使其微微出血，将蜂窠土用醋调和，用鹅毛蘸取药液，在喉中捻动，[原文此处中断]
Radix Asari (Fexin) (with leaves removed) and Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Caowutou) (equal parts).
Grind the above into a fine powder. First, rinse the mouth with cold water. Apply the powder to the affected teeth with a finger; it will heal immediately after a short while.
Semen Hyoscyami (Tianxianzi) (as needed). Burn it to produce smoke, hold a bamboo tube against the tooth, and direct the smoke to fumigate the area. The parasites will die, and the condition will not recur.
Pulverized Lignum Santali Albi (Baitan), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Xiangbaizhi) (each 1 qian), Rhizoma Bletillae (Baiji), Fructus Sandalici (Sannai) (3 qian, wrapped in bread and roasted until cooked), Pulverized Talcum (Huashi).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take one large cup of jiangshui (fermented rice water), add 1 qian of the powder, store in a porcelain vessel, cover properly to prevent dust from settling. After morning grooming and washing, use this mixture. It will be effective within ten days or so. When used up, replenish with more jiangshui and powder.
To treat loose teeth.
Radix Tribuli (Jili root).
Burn it to ash and apply it; loose teeth will become firm.
Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Xiangbaizhi), Herba Pogostemonis (Linglingxiang), Radix Nardostachyos (Gansong), Pulverized Talcum (Huashi).
Grind equal parts of each into a fine powder. Sprinkle it into the hair and comb through.

Nigrum Stannum (Heixi) (8 liang, melted in a large pot, mixed with mulberry branch ash, and beaten with willow wood into a sandy consistency).
Sift this single ingredient through fine silk into a powder. Every morning, after brushing teeth as usual, rinse with warm water and collect in a basin. Use this water to wash the eyes; it can brighten vision and darken beard and hair.
To treat unilateral or bilateral tonsillar hypertrophy (Ru'e).
Spora Lycopodii (Puhuang) (5 qian), Cyanum Indicum (Luqing) (3 qian, ground), Sal Nitri (Penxiao) (3 qian, ground), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) (2 qian, ground).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with cold honey water, and swallow slowly. If swallowing is difficult, dip a chicken feather in the medicine and sweep the throat; relief will be immediate.
Blowing medicine can resolve tonsillar hypertrophy.
Alumen (Baifan) (3 qian), Semen Crotonis (Badou) (2 seeds, peeled), Calomelas (Qingfen) (a little), Moschus (Shexiang) (a little, ground).
Sublime Alum on an iron vessel until boiling, place Badou on top. When the Alum becomes dry and brittle, remove and discard the Badou. Grind the remaining material into a fine powder. Mix the three ingredients and blow into the throat.
Earthen wasp nest on the wall (one, ground extremely fine).
First, use a paper mulberry leaf to rub the patient's tongue until slightly broken and bleeding occurs. Mix the wasp nest soil with vinegar. Dip a goose feather in the medicine and twist it inside the throat... [Text ends abruptly]
