上为末，将阿魏一钱水和面打糊为丸绿豆大，每服五十丸米饮下。
克坚膏（《回春》） 专治小儿癖块，发热羸瘦者。

真香油一斤入药熬成黑色，滤去渣再慢火熬，次下黄丹八两，熬至滴水成珠，离
火加∶ 砂（三钱） 麝香（一钱） 水红花子 皮硝 硼砂 阿魏 芦荟（各五钱）
为末。入内搅匀摊贴。
先用皮硝水洗皮肤，方贴癖处，二三日后觉肚内作痛，四五日发痒。粪后有脓血之物，是其验也。
抓癖膏（李沧溪。）

上俱下锅内，文武火熬至脑子尽滤去渣，次下黄丹十四两熬成膏，待再温下∶

各为细末，入前膏内搅匀收贮，勿令泄气。有块先用皮硝煎洗癖处，次用姜擦，
方用绢帛摊贴后，用鞋底炙热熨之五七十遍，觉内热方可。癖即消缩如神。
消癖验方（《怀德堂秘录》）
每一岁用鳖甲（一个醋炙） 全蝎（三只去头、足，新瓦上焙干用） 雄黄（二分）
研细末，用芝麻一撮略炒，白糖霜拌，五更时送下，十岁服十服，二十岁服二十服，即愈。

阿魏保生膏 专治痞块积聚，凡年高之人，诸病不能服药者，但将此膏贴心口上，即开胃进食，功难尽述。
先用真麻油二十两，浸榆、桑、桃、柳、槐各二十一段，熬枯再下∶

同入坛内盖好，俟脚鱼、苋菜化成臭水，倾入净锅内，加麻油五斤，穿山甲四
两，熬枯滤清，复入净锅内熬至滴水成珠，入密陀僧细末收之，老嫩得宜收贮，用红布或缎摊贴。
赛金丹（胡宁宪）
巴豆霜 麝香（各五分） 五灵脂（去砂土净）
广木香（各一两） 生川乌（重五六钱的一个） 母丁香（二钱）
上研细末，用大黑枣三十枚去皮核，微晒捣膏，和药丸如指顶大，每日卧睡时，松
萝茶送下一丸，服至四十日，不可间断，轻者无影无形，重者仍有微影，自可除根不
发。每次日早膳勿食油腻，午饭不忌，唯面食粘滞之物，俱宜少进。
痞块。（骆潜庵）
大荸荠一百个，古钱二十个，花头海蜇一片炒，皮硝四两，烧酒三斤，共一处
浸七日后，每日早上吃荸荠四个，逐加至十个止，即消。
大红丸 治血块血虫，一切大人小儿积痞。
真血竭 乳香（各一两） 辰州箭头朱砂（五钱） 巴豆（四钱）
研极细末，初研散开，研至自润成块，瓷盒盛之。看人大小虚实，小儿麻子大三
粒，大人豆子大三粒，俱温水送下行。热水作痛。倘积重多年者，先用使君子生熟
各三个，上午食之，下午方服前药，前晚不可夜饭。置净桶看药与积俱下否，如药未出，积亦未出，将温酒一杯催之。
七转灵应丹 治新旧诸积诸气，妇人血瘕，小儿疳积，一切心痛，诸般虫积。
白芜荑（五钱，取末四钱） 牵牛（五两，取头末三两） 槟榔（五两，取净末三两） 大黄（五两，取净末三

共取各净末一处拌匀，葱白一斤煮沸汤，露一宿为丸如黍米大，每服三四钱，老
年幼弱减半，俱用葱白汤，露一宿，早晨空心冷下，取出病根。如欲大便，须在内
房，不可见风日，晚用温粥补之。忌生冷硬物荤腥，一月后用四君加减，补助胃气。
一方有使君子一两，鹤虱五钱。
一方 治酒积面黄黑色，腹胀不消。甘遂一钱为末，以猪槽头肉一两切细，捣
烂和末，作一丸，纸裹火煨令香熟，取出
临卧细嚼酒咽，取出病根。
消积丸

为末，以三年米醋三升，置瓷器中火煎，先纳大黄，不住手搅，使微沸一刻，乃
下余药，又一刻微火熬搅，可丸则取丸之如鸡子中黄大，每一丸米饮下。服后当下
如烂肉，或米泔赤黑等色。下后避风，冷啖软粥，将息之。
男子痞块妇人血块极妙，药性不猛而效速。

锡罐一个，盛药封固，放锅内水煮三炷香，取起冷定，每服二茶匙，烧酒送下，日进三服。忌油腻发气物。
治血块丸（丹溪曰瓦栊子能消血块。）

共为丸，白术汤吞下三十丸。
胁间生毒如鳖形，以鲜虾羹食之。即不痛者，乃真鳖瘕。白马尿治之，甚妙。
喜食香油者，乃误吞人发入胃，血裹化为虫。雄黄五钱，水煎服。
肥儿丸 小儿脾疳痞积，黄瘦肚大，口臭飧泥，消虫进食。

肉豆蔻（面裹，煨去油，各二钱五分）
为末，蒸饼丸黍米大，米饮服。
三圣膏
锻石（十两，筛过极细炒红）
好醋熬成膏，入大黄末一两，官桂末五钱搅匀，瓦器封贮纸摊，烘暖贴患处。
化痞膏
生大黄（一两）、半夏、荆三棱、苏木、穿山甲、陈皮、当归尾、全蝎、番木鳖、红花、陈枳壳、浓朴、蓬莪术、血余、大贝母、川乌、天南星、香附、赤芍药、草乌、坚槟榔（各三钱）、蜈蚣（十条）、巴豆仁（五十粒）、大鳖（一个，切四块）、桃枝、杨枝、桑枝、槐枝（各十寸）、葱（十根）、水红花子（五钱）、白凤仙根（五根）。
用麻油三斤同煎，待药料煎枯后去渣，再加入东丹二十四两收膏。取起放冷定形后，筛入以下药物搅匀：阿魏、苏合油（各五钱）、血竭、真没药（去油）、肉桂、孩儿茶、潮脑、滴乳香（去油）、虎骨（缺重量，原文如此）、青黛（各三钱）、冰片、麝香、干漆（各二钱）、皮硝（一两）、瓦楞子（三钱）。共研成极细末，筛入膏内，搅匀后摊贴。
净府汤 治疗小儿一切癖块，以及发热、口干等症状。
柴胡、山楂肉、猪苓、白茯苓、泽泻、莪术（醋炒）、三棱（醋炒，各一钱）、黄芩、白术（去芦头）、半夏（姜汁炒）、人参（各八分）、胡黄连、甘草（各三分）。
以生姜、大枣为引，煎服。
千金消癖丸
芦荟、陈皮（去白）、浓朴（姜汁炒）、青黛、广木香、槟榔（各一钱）、麦芽（炒）、神曲、水红花子（各四钱）、使君子（去壳）、胡黄连、香附（水浸）、莪术（醋炒）、三棱（醋炒）、山楂肉、白茯苓、白术（去芦头）、人参（去芦头）、甘草（炙，各一钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用阿魏一钱，用水和面打糊作为粘合剂，制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，米饮送下。
克坚膏（出自《回春》） 专门治疗小儿癖块，伴有发热、身体消瘦者。
木鳖子、川乌、穿山甲、甘遂、当归、甘草（各八钱）。
用真香油一斤，放入药物熬至黑色，滤去药渣后再用慢火熬，接着加入黄丹八两，熬至滴水成珠状时，离火加入：砂（三钱）、麝香（一钱）、水红花子、皮硝、硼砂、阿魏、芦荟（各五钱），研为细末。加入膏中搅匀，摊贴。
先用皮硝水洗皮肤，然后贴在癖块处。二三日后感觉肚内作痛，四五日后发痒。粪便后有脓血之物排出，这是见效的征象。
抓癖膏（李沧溪方）
桃仁（四两）、白蜡（四钱）、生猪脑子、血余、香油、桐油。
以上药物一起放入锅内，用文武火熬至猪脑子完全融化，滤去药渣，接着加入黄丹十四两熬成膏。待膏体稍温时加入：胡黄连、白芷、红花、苏木、三棱、莪术（各三钱）、当归尾、砂（各五钱）、麝香（一钱五分）。各研为细末，加入前面的膏中搅匀收贮，不要让它漏气。有肿块的地方先用皮硝煎水清洗，再用姜擦拭，然后用绢帛摊贴，最后用烧热的鞋底熨烫五七十遍，感觉到内部发热才可以。癖块即可像神效一样消除缩小。
消癖验方（出自《怀德堂秘录》）
每岁数用鳖甲（一个，醋炙）、全蝎（三只，去头足，在新瓦上焙干使用）、雄黄（二分）。
研成细末，用芝麻一撮略炒，拌白糖霜，在五更时分送服。十岁儿童服十次，二十岁成人服二十次，即可痊愈。
又方（抄本）
全蝎（三个，去头足）、土鳖虫（二个，去足）、大桑虫（二个）。
一同焙干，用干芝麻一撮，在铜勺内炒燥，研为细末，用好建糖调和，五更时分服用，酒浆送下。
瘕痞块。（无见和尚方）
阿魏、全蝎（各二钱）、金头蜈蚣（全用一条）、大黄（酒炒，一两）、皮硝（三两）。
成人用五分，小儿用三分，装入鸡蛋内，在饭上蒸熟，用火酒送下。每晚吃一个，七晚吃七个，不过十日半月，颜色会改变。

当归尾、红花、金银花、三棱、白芥子、莪术、葫芦巴、昆布、生地黄、桃仁、乱头发、大黄、熟地黄、鳖甲、穿山甲（各一两）、海藻、两头尖、阿魏、萆麻子、川乌、巴豆仁、黄连、天南星、漏芦、大贝母、半夏、川萆、大戟、胡黄连、甘遂、凤仙子、芫花、海浮石、阿胶、威灵仙、槟榔、直僵蚕、全蝎、瓜儿竭、乳香（去油）、粉甘草、金线重楼、没药（去油，各三钱）、土木鳖、番木鳖、独蒜（各三十个）、蜈蚣（三十条）、水红花子（四两）、鲜商陆（八两）、活鲫鱼（一个，重半斤）、麻油（三斤）、黄丹（飞，晒炒，一斤半）、麝香（一钱）。
以上药物除乳香、没药、血竭、麝香、阿魏五味另研收贮外，其余群药同油熬膏法修合。临用时将前五味掺在膏药上。
化痞丸（刘长随方）
莪术（醋炒）、海浮石（缺重量）、瓦楞子（缺重量）、干漆、大茴香、山楂、穿山甲、丁香、五灵脂、白芷、陈皮、玄胡索、广木香、牡丹皮、青皮、枳壳、桔梗、胡椒、神曲、蒲黄、香附、桃仁、红花、川芎、当归、浓朴、砂仁、鳖甲（醋炒）、朴硝（各三钱）、阿魏（五钱）、小茴香、赤芍药、使君子（净肉）、桂皮、铁花粉（各四两）、水红花子（四两）。
以上药物研为细末，用皂荚煎汤泛丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，体质壮实的人可加至四五十丸，每日三次，均用酒送下。一料药可治两个人。此方用于敷治羸瘦不堪、不能用攻伐药物的痞块患者。
朱砂、银朱、飞丹、明雄、阿魏（各三钱）、砂（一钱）、鸽粪（炒五钱）、麝香（五分）、皮硝（明净者，研细一斤）。
共研均匀，用一个猪尿胞留小口，做一个漏斗插入口内，将药末徐徐装入，再用火酒一斤炖热泡入尿胞内，将尿胞头折转扎紧。预先将患处用皮硝四两、白酒一斤煎滚洗患处，再将尿胞扎上，用布裹紧。三日解去，再换一个，大有奇功，屡试屡验。
阿魏保生膏 专门治疗痞块积聚。凡是年老之人，各种疾病不能服药者，只要将此膏贴在心口上，即能开胃进食，功效难以尽述。

熬枯滤去药渣，重新放入干净锅内熬至滴水成珠，下飞净血丹八两，成膏后再下：乳香（去油）、没药（去油）、儿茶、血竭、阿魏（各五钱）、冰片（一钱）、麝香（三钱）、水红花熬膏（四两）。
搅匀，老嫩得宜收贮，勿泄气。每用狗皮摊贴，诸证如神。
痞块。（德宗和尚治黄总兵方）
人参、白术、阿魏、石斛、莱菔子（各五钱）、水红花子（一两）、胡黄连、芦荟、柴胡、枳实、臭芜荑、川芎（各三钱）、川黄连、使君子（净肉）、青黛、青皮、木香、夜明砂、龙胆草（各三钱五分）、蛤蟆皮（炒二张）、沉香（二钱五分）、三棱（醋拌炒）、莪术（醋拌炒）、槟榔、苍术（各五钱五分）、陈皮（三钱五分）、麦芽（五钱，同巴豆肉三钱炒，去巴豆不用）。
共为细末，用犍猪肝煮烂捣丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三钱，米汤送下。
化痞膏（徐声士方）
活脚鱼（五斤）、苋菜（十斤）。
一同放入坛内盖好，等到脚鱼、苋菜化成臭水，倾入干净锅内，加麻油五斤、穿山甲四两，熬枯滤清，重新放入干净锅内熬至滴水成珠，加入密陀僧细末收膏，老嫩得宜收贮，用红布或缎摊贴。
赛金丹（胡宁宪方）

Boil with 3 jin of Sesame Oil. When the herbs are fried until dry and brown, remove the dregs. Add 24 liang of Dongdan (Lead Monoxide) to form the plaster. Take it off, let it cool and solidify, then sift in the following medicines and mix evenly: Ferulae Resina (awei), Oleum Storacis (Suheyou) (each 5 qian), Sanguis Draconis (Xuejie), Resina Myrrhae Purificata (Zhen Moyao, oil removed), Cortex Cinnamomi (Rougui), Camelliae Semen (Haiercha), Borax (Chaonao), Resina Olibani Purificata (Di Rushanxiang, oil removed), Os Tigris (Hubone - weight missing in original text), Fossilia Maxillarium Inferius Aquilae (Qingdai) (each 3 qian), Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), Moschus (Shexiang), Resina Taxilli (Ganqi) (each 2 qian), Natrii Sulfas (Pinxiao), Concha Arcae (Walengzi, 3 qian).
Grind all together into an extremely fine powder, sift into the plaster, mix well, and apply externally.
Jingfu Tang (Pure Palace Decoction)
Indicated for all kinds of Pi masses in children, accompanied by fever, dry mouth, etc.

Grind into powder. Use 1 qian of Ferulae Resina (Awei) mixed with water and flour paste as a binder. Form pills the size of mung beans. Take 50 pills per dose with rice water.
Kejian Gao (Plaster for Hardening Resolution, from *Huichun*)
Specifically for pediatric Pi masses with fever and emaciation.
Semen Strychni (Mubiezi), Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Chuanwu), Squama Manis (Chuanshanjia), Radix Kansui (Gansui), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Gancao) (each 8 qian).
Boil 1 jin of pure Sesame Oil with the herbs until black. Filter out the dregs, then simmer slowly. Add 8 liang of Lead Monoxide (Huangdan). Boil until a drop forms a bead when dropped in water. Remove from heat and add: Realgar (Sha, 3 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 1 qian), Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba (Shuihonghuazi), Natrii Sulfas (Pinxiao), Borax (Pengsha), Ferulae Resina (Awei), Rhizoma Aloe (Lushui) (each 5 qian). Grind into powder and mix into the plaster. Apply externally.
First wash the skin with Natrii Sulfas solution, then apply to the mass site. After 2-3 days, abdominal pain may occur; after 4-5 days, itching may appear. Passage of pus and blood in stool indicates efficacy.
Zhuapi Gao (Formula by Li Cangxi)
Semen Persicae (Taoren, 4 liang), Cera Flava (Baila, 4 qian), Fresh Porcine Brain (Sheng Zhu Naozi), Hirsutopilosus Humanis Capillis Carbonized (Xueyu), Sesame Oil (Xiangyou), Tung Oil (Tongyou).
Place all in a pot. Boil over medium-low heat until the brain is fully melted. Filter out dregs. Add 14 liang of Lead Monoxide (Huangdan) and boil into a plaster. When slightly warm, add: Radix Picrorhizae (Huhuanglian), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Flos Carthami Tinctorii (Honghua), Lignum Sappan (Sumu), Rhizoma Sparganii (Sanleng), Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Ezhu) (each 3 qian), Radix Angelicae Sinensis Cauda (Dangguiwei), Realgar (Sha, each 5 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 1.5 qian). Grind each into fine powder, add to the previous plaster, mix well, and store tightly sealed to prevent gas leakage. For areas with masses, first wash with Natrii Sulfas decoction, then rub with Ginger. Apply using silk fabric, then iron over the area with a heated shoe sole 50-70 times until internal heat is felt. The mass will shrink miraculously.
Xiaopi Yanfang (Verified Formula for Eliminating Masses, from *Huaide Tang Secret Records*)
For every year of age, use one Testudo et Trionyx Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia, vinegar-roasted), three Scorpios (Quanye, remove head and feet, roast on new tile), and 2 fen of Realgar (Xionghuang).
Grind into fine powder. Stir-fry a pinch of Sesame Seeds (Zhimazi) slightly, mix with white sugar frost. Administer at dawn (wugeng). Ten-year-olds take 10 doses, twenty-year-olds take 20 doses. Cure follows.
Another Formula (Copybook)
Three Scorpios (Quanye, remove head and feet), two Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga (Tubiechong, remove feet), two large Mulberry Worms (Dasangchong).
Roast dry together. Stir-fry a pinch of dry Sesame Seeds (Zhimazi) in a copper spoon until dry. Grind into powder. Mix with high-quality Jian Sugar. Take at dawn, washed down with wine or liquid.
Jia Pi Masses (Formula by Wu Jian Heshang)
Ferulae Resina (Awei), Scorpio (Quanye) (each 2 qian), Centipeda with Golden Head (Jintou Wugong, whole 1 piece), Raw Radix Polygoni Cuspidati (Sheng Dahuang, wine-fried, 1 liang), Natrii Sulfas (Pinxiao, 3 liang).
Adults use 5 fen, children use 3 fen. Place inside an egg, steam熟 on rice. Wash down with Huojiu (fire wine). Eat one per night for seven nights (total seven). Within 10 days to half a month, color changes.

Grind into powder. Use decoction of Sophora Flavescens (Zaojia) to pill them like wutong seeds. Take 30 pills per dose. Robust individuals may take 40-50 pills. Three times daily, washed down with wine. One batch treats two people. Used for emaciated patients with masses who cannot tolerate harsh purgatives.
Zhusha Plaster (for Emaciated Patients with Masses)
Cinnabaris (Zhusha), Mercurii Sulfidum Rubrum (Yinzhu), Lead Monoxide (Feidan), Realgar (Mingxiong), Ferulae Resina (Awei) (each 3 qian), Realgar (Sha, 1 qian), Columbae Faeces (Gefen, fried, 5 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 5 fen), Natrii Sulfas (Pinxiao, pure, finely ground, 1 jin).
Grind uniformly. Use one porcine urinary bladder. Make a funnel shape at the small opening. Slowly fill with the powder. Heat 1 jin of Huojiu (fire wine) and soak the bladder. Fold the bladder head and tie tightly. Pre-treat the affected area by boiling 4 liang of Natrii Sulfas with 1 jin of Baijiu (white liquor) and washing. Then apply the bladder, wrap tightly with cloth. Remove after three days and replace with a new one. Great efficacy, repeatedly verified.
Awei Baosheng Gao (Awei Protecting Life Plaster)
Specifically for Pi masses and accumulations. For elderly patients unable to take oral medicine, applying this plaster to the heart region opens the appetite and promotes eating. Effects are hard to describe fully.
Soak 20 liang of pure Sesame Oil with branches of Elm, Mulberry, Peach, Willow, and Locust (21 segments of each) for a while. Fry until dry and filter. Add: Semen Cannabis (Bimaren), Semen Crotonis Tiglii (Badou) (each 120 grains), Semen Jatrophae (Dafengzi, clean meat), Tu Mubie (Tu Mubie), Fan Mubie (Fan Mubie) (each 50 pieces), Squama Manis (Chuanshanjia, roasted, 20 slices), Rhizoma Typhonii (Baifuzi), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi) (each 5 qian), Raw Radix Polygoni Cuspidati (Sheng Dahuang, 2 liang), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao, 3 qian), Juglans Regia (Hetaorou, 1 jin).
Fry until dry, filter dregs. Re-boil in a clean pot until a drop forms a bead. Add 8 liang of refined Blood-colored Lead Monoxide (Fei Jing Xuedan). Once the plaster forms, add: Resina Olibani Purificata (Ruxiang, oil removed), Resina Myrrhae Purificata (Moyao, oil removed), Camelliae Semen (Ercha), Sanguis Draconis (Xuejie), Ferulae Resina (Awei) (each 5 qian), Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 1 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 3 qian), Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba Paste (Shuihonghuazhao, 4 liang).
Mix well. Store appropriately. Do not let air escape. Apply using dog skin. Miraculous for various conditions.
Pi Masses (Formula by Dezong Heshang treating General Huang)

Grind into fine powder. Boil Bull Liver (Qian Zhuogan) until soft, mash, and pill like wutong seeds. Take 3 qian per dose with rice soup.
Huapi Gao (Formula by Xu Shengshi)
Live Soft-shell Turtle (Huo Jiaoyu, 5 jin), Amaranthus Leaf (Xiancai, 10 jin).
Put in a jar, cover well. Wait until turtle and amaranth turn into foul-smelling water. Pour into a clean pot. Add 5 jin Sesame Oil, 4 liang Squama Manis (Chuanshanjia). Fry until dry, filter clear. Re-boil in a clean pot until a drop forms a bead. Add fine powder of Litharge (Mituo seng) to set the plaster. Store appropriately. Apply using red cloth or satin.
Saijindan (Competing Golden Pill, Formula by Hu Ningxian)
Crotonis Semen Extractum (Badoushuang), Moschus (Shexiang) (each 5 fen), Faeces Tardigradi (Wulingzhi, cleaned of sand/dirt), Lignum Aucklandiae (Guangmuxiang) (each 1 liang), Raw Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Sheng Chuanwu, 1 piece weighing 5-6 qian), Mother Clove (Mudingxiang, 2 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Use 30 large black dates, remove skin and pits, sun-dry slightly, pound into paste. Mix with powder to form pills the size of a fingertip. Take one pill before sleep with Songluo Tea. Continue for 40 days without interruption. Mild cases disappear completely; severe cases leave faint shadows but are rooted out. Avoid greasy food at breakfast; lunch is unrestricted; avoid sticky wheat products.
Pi Masses (Formula by Luo Qian'an)
100 large Water Chestnuts (Da Biqi), 20 ancient coins, 1 slice of Flower-head Jellyfish (Huato Hai zhe, fried), 4 liang Natrii Sulfas (Pinxiao), 3 jin Burning Wine (Shaojiu).
Soak together for 7 days. Every morning eat 4 water chestnuts, gradually increasing to 10. The mass will resolve.
Dahong Wan (Great Red Pill)
For blood masses, blood parasites, and all adult/childhood accumulations.
True Sanguis Draconis (Zhen Xuejie), Resina Olibani (Ruxiang) (each 1 liang), Chenzhou Arrowhead Cinnabar (Chenzhou Jiantou Zhusha, 5 qian), Semen Crotonis Tiglii (Badou, 4 qian).
Grind to extreme fineness. Initially grind separately until they become moist and clump together. Store in a porcelain box. Based on patient size and deficiency/excess: Children take 3 pills the size of hemp seeds; Adults take 3 pills the size of beans. Wash down with warm water. Hot water causes pain. For chronic accumulations lasting years, first eat 3 raw and 3 cooked Fructus Quisqualis (Shijunzi) in the morning. Take the main medicine in the afternoon. No dinner the night before. Observe excretion in a clean bucket. If neither medicine nor accumulation passes, induce with a cup of warm wine.
Qizhuan Lingying Dan (Seven-Turn Spiritually Effective Pill)
For old/new accumulations, Qi stagnation, women's blood jia, pediatric malnutrition, all heart pain, various parasite accumulations.
White Psoraleae Fructus (Bai Wuyi, 5 qian, take 4 qian powder), Semen Kochiae (Qianniu, 5 liang, take top 3 liang powder), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 5 liang, take clean 3 liang powder), Raw Radix Polygoni Cuspidati (Sheng Dahuang, 5 liang, take clean 3 liang powder), Lignum Aucklandiae (Muxiang, 5 qian, take clean 3 qian powder), Helvellae Fructus (Leiwang, 4 liang, take clean 3 liang powder), Cinereum Cinis (Xihui, 1 liang, take roasted clean 3 qian powder).
Mix all clean powders. Boil 1 jin of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai) in water. Dew-expose overnight. Pill like millet seeds. Take 3-4 qian per dose. Reduce dose for elderly/weak. Wash down with Congbai water dew-exposed overnight. Take cold on empty stomach in the morning to extract disease root. If needing bowel movement, stay indoors away from wind/sun. Supplement with warm porridge in evening. Avoid raw/cold/hard/meaty foods. After one month, use Si Jun Zi Tang modified to support Stomach Qi.
Alternative formula adds 1 liang Fructus Quisqualis (Shijunzi) and 5 qian Herba Pedalii (Heshi).

For alcohol accumulation causing yellow-black face and abdominal distension. 1 qian Radix Kansui (Gansui) powder. Mix with 1 liang finely chopped Pig Snout Meat (Zhu Cao Tou Rou). Pound into paste, form one pill. Wrap in paper, roast/fire-warm until fragrant. Chew finely before bed, wash down with wine. Extracts disease root.
Xiaoji Wan (Accumulation Elimination Pill)

Natrii Nitras (Xiaoshi, 6 liang), Radix Ginseng (Renshen), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao) (each 3 liang), Raw Radix Polygoni Cuspidati (Sheng Dahuang, 8 liang).
Grind into powder. Use 3 sheng of 3-year-old Rice Vinegar (Sannian Micu). Boil in porcelain vessel. Add Raw Radix Polygoni Cuspidati first, stir constantly until slightly boiling for one moment. Then add remaining herbs. Simmer on low heat stirring for another moment. Pill when possible, size of chicken yolk. Take one pill with rice water. Expect passage of rotting flesh-like material or rice-water colored/black stool. Avoid wind afterwards. Eat cold soft porridge to recuperate. Excellent for men's Pi masses and women's blood masses. Gentle yet fast acting.
Awei Paste Formula
Ferulae Resina (Awei, 1 liang), Raw Lacca (Shengqi, filtered clean), Auricularia Auricula-Judae (Mu'er, powdered, each 4 liang), Yellow Honey (Huangmi, 6 liang).
Place in a tin can, seal tightly. Boil in water for three incense sticks' time. Cool and solidify. Take 2 tea spoons per dose, washed down with burning wine. Three times daily. Avoid greasy and qi-moving foods.
Zhi Xuekuai Wan (Blood Mass Pill, according to Danxi: Walengzi resolves blood masses)
Hai Fen (Sea Powder, vinegar-boiled), Rhizoma Sparganii (Sanleng), Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Ezhu) (vinegar-boiled), Flos Carthami Tinctorii (Honghua), Faeces Tardigradi (Wulingzhi), Rhizoma Cyperi Rotundi (Xiangfang) (equal parts), Stone Alkali (Shijian, half dose).
Pill together. Swallow 30 pills with Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae Decoction (Baizhu Tang).
If a toxin appears between ribs shaped like a soft-shelled turtle, eat fresh shrimp soup. If painless, it is a true Bie Jia (Soft-shelled Turtle Mass). Treat with White Horse Urine (Baima Niao). Very effective.
Craving sesame oil indicates swallowing human hair into the stomach, wrapped in blood turning into a worm. Treat with 5 qian Realgar (Xionghuang) decocted in water.
Fei'er Wan (Fat Child Pill)
For pediatric Spleen Malnutrition (Pi Gan) and masses, yellow/emaciated appearance, large belly, bad breath, diarrhea with undigested food, eliminating parasites and promoting appetite.
Massa Medicamentosa Fermentata (Shenqu, fried), Radix Picrorhizae (Huhuanglian), Frumentum Germinatum Hordeum Vulgare (Maiya, fried) (each 5 qian), Arecae Semen (Binglang, remove umbilicus, 1 piece), Lignum Aucklandiae (Guangmuxiang, 1 qian), Fructus Quisqualis (Shijunzi, shell removed), Semen Myristicae Fragrans (Roudoukou, wrapped in flour, roasted to remove oil, each 2.5 qian).
Grind into powder. Pill with steamed bread dough, size of millet seeds. Take with rice water.
Sansheng Gao (Three Saints Plaster)
Duanshi (Calcined Alum/Dreg Stone, 10 liang, sifted very fine, fried red).
Boil with good Vinegar (Cu) into a paste. Add 1 liang Raw Radix Polygoni Cuspidati powder (Dahuangmo), 5 qian Official Cinnamon Bark powder (Guangui mo). Mix well. Seal in earthenware. Spread on paper. Warm and apply to affected area.
