黎洞丸 专治跌打损伤，伤筋损骨断，夹棍、刀伤斧砍等证。兼治吐血痨瘵，
噤口伤寒，小儿急、慢惊风，牙关紧闭，妇人难产，下部重伤，恶血攻心，胸闷发热，
产后恶露不尽，儿枕骨痛，寒热，热，干血痨，血山崩，血淋，白带，一切危证。服
之护心散血解毒。轻者三分，重者五分，陈酒化服。一切无名肿毒，对口疔疮、乳痈
等证，内服外敷，毒蛇蜈蚣，蝎螫草踏虫伤，俱系外敷。

制研细末，称准和匀，用蜜三两，黄蜡六钱同煎化，离火搅匀，乘热为丸，作
两种∶一重三分，一重五分。看病患老幼壮弱，病之重轻，用陈酒顿化，尽量饮醉，盖被取汗。
三黄宝蜡丸（此方出自 洞，军中救活之人甚众。凡修合此药，最忌妇人并诸魇物。治一切恶证，刀
箭枪棒，毒蛇恶虫咬伤，跌打损伤，破伤风，伤力成痨，死血凝滞，遍身四肢麻木不仁，妇人产后恶血不净，致
生怪证，瘀血攻心，痰迷心窍，危在顷刻。每用一丸，无灰酒服。如受伤日久，病势重者，连服数丸，能令通身
瘀血化为新血，破顽痰，保元气，祛邪毒，活络舒筋，效难尽述，真起死回生之圣药也。凡一切外伤，量疮之大
小，麻油少许化药，勿令见火，将鸡翎搓扫疮上，腐肉不须刀割，数次自然生肌长肉。凡军中毒弩所伤，死在
顷刻，用五分口内嚼下，则毒瓦斯不能封喉攻心，其伤处仍将药敷，数日而愈。若鸟枪打伤未曾死者，亦用三分，
黄酒送下，任量饮醉，安眠片时，其枪子即从伤处流出，火烧麻油调敷。）专治跌打损伤，恶刀箭毒，毒
疮棒疮，毒蛇蛊毒，疯犬咬伤，破伤风，伤力成痨，产后恶露不净，瘀血奔心，痰迷
心窍，危在顷刻者，只要口有微气，重者一钱，轻则三分或六分，无灰酒烫热调化
服之，如受病日久，连进数服，服后随饮热酒数斤，卧暖处出汗即愈。如被鸟枪伤
者，铅子即出，再将上药煎滚取起，离火化药少许，以鸡翎挡敷伤处，痛即止。
法制藤黄（四两） 真天竺黄 红芽大戟（洗净） 刘寄奴（酒洗） 血竭（各三两） 儿茶 明
雄黄（各二两） 当归尾（酒洗，一两二钱） 朴硝（一两） 水银（下铅即息） 乳香（去油） 没
药（去油） 水粉（各三两） 麝香（五钱） 血珀（二钱，灯心同碾）
上研极细末，小蜂黄蜡熔化撤脚，以热水顿之，勿令冻冷，候火气和平，入诸
药于内，用手搅匀，搓如手指条大，同时以刀切薄片，酒炖化服，忌火酒等味。
制藤黄法∶藤黄切如豆大，地下掘一小坑，坑底置人粪，用油纸盖粪上，放藤
黄入坑内，又将油纸盖藤黄上，再将人粪盖上，用土填踏实，三昼夜取出用。
接骨金丹
半两钱（七个或五个，打碎，放炭火上 去油存性） 明乳香（去油，三钱） 甜瓜子（每岁十粒，
同半两钱炒黄色，去半两钱，只用甜瓜子）
甜瓜子同乳香二味和匀碾末，先用蕲艾煎汤沃洗伤处，以新絮包暖，再用好酒
冲服，以醉为度，盖暖被取汗。其骨自然相接，伤在上身食后服，伤在下体食前服。
此方旋配旋用即效。如隔宿则不堪用矣。
又方
红花（酒炒，八钱） 胡桃膈（炒） 沉香 五加皮（酒炒，各五钱） 没药（去油，四钱） 生大黄（三
钱） 当归（酒洗，一钱） 乳香（去油，四钱） 土狗子（二十一个，酒浆浸炙）
共碾细末。每服一钱，煮无灰酒服。
又方 山羊心血碾细末，二三分冲滚酒服，忌鱼腥三日。

半两钱（真者一个，用醋一杯，将钱 红淬入醋内七次，以醋尽为度） 土鳖虫（大者一个，盛罐内放火上

猪板油（蜡月者，十两） 白蜡（八两） 白矾（十
二两） 辰砂 滴乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 瓜儿竭（各一两） 飞丹 自然铜（火 醋淬七次） 密陀
僧（各四两，逐件碾极细，另包听用）
先将板油入锅熬枯滤清，复入净锅内熬，下白蜡化尽，离火放地上，将密陀僧、
黄丹、自然铜搅匀投下，再煎滴水成珠为度。始下血竭、辰砂、乳、没、明矾，用
柳枝不住手搅匀，待凝丸如弹子大，笋壳衬收。凡遇跌打损伤，重者用一丸，再加
猪油少许，火上化开涂伤处，以油纸包缚，如最重者以药涂上，灯草裹好，外用竹片
夹缚，再用一丸作小丸，用滚热葱酒吞下，若仍痛，再进一丸。骨折者用一丸，如牙痛纳一丸于牙龈即止。
又方
土鳖虫（一个，新瓦焙黄） 巴豆（一粒，去油） 生半夏（一粒） 自然铜（火 醋淬七次） 乳

研极细。每用五厘，滚酒调服，约人行十里汗出，其骨交接有声。忌发物房事一百二十天。

共研细末，每服一分五厘，热酒调下。上体伤食后服，下体伤空心服，接骨如神。
回生丹 治跌打损伤如神
黑豆（炒去皮） 蒲黄 当归 桂心 赤芍药 干姜（各八两） 茄种（晒干，四两）
择天德、月德日修合，忌生人鸡犬，碾细炼蜜为丸，每服二钱，童便冲酒送下。
接骨紫金丹 治跌打损伤，昏迷不省人事，瘀血攻心，发热。
土鳖虫（十个，去头、足，酒浸晒露三日夜，取出

神效散

共碾细末。每服二分，酒调下，伤重者不过三分即愈。此方乃跌打损伤，起死
回生，活人千万，富贵之家备以济人。
活血丹
土鳖虫（酒浸死，晒干） 五加皮 刘寄奴 花头 桃仁（去皮、尖） 山楂（各四两） 大黄（陈酒
煮干，八两） 元胡索（醋煮） 蓬莪术（醋炒） 牡丹皮 当归（酒洗） 牛膝（酒洗） 红花（各三两） 香
附（童便浸、炒三两） 京三棱（醋炒） 降香节 凌霄花 苏木 青皮 枳实 赤芍药 威灵
仙槟榔 川芎（各二两） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各一两）
共碾细末。每服二钱，壮者三钱，陈酒调服，核桃肉四五枚过口。
透骨丹 治跌打损伤，深入骨髓，或隐隐疼痛，或天阴则痛，或年远四肢沉重
无力，此药主之。真神方也。
真血竭 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各三钱）
闹杨花子（一两，火酒浸炒三次，童便浸炒二次，再焙干）
各碾末称准和匀，再加麝香一分，再碾，瓷瓶收贮封固。初服三分，壮者五六
分，不必吃夜饭，要黄昏睡好方服，酒可尽量饮，荤用猪肉过口，素用豆腐过口，服
后避风，有微汗出为效。忌房事，酸、咸、茶、醋等物，及诸般血。如虚弱者间五日一服，壮实者，间三日一服。
接骨散
黄麻（烧灰，二两） 头发（烧灰，一两） 乳香（去油，五钱）
碾匀，每服三钱，温酒调服，跌扑闪肭，骨折疼痛立止。
通遵散 折伤跌仆极重，大小便不通，最危之证，先用此药，打下夹血，然后服补药。
枳壳 大黄 皮硝（各二钱） 陈皮 浓朴 当归 木通 红花 苏木（各一钱） 甘
草（五分）
水煎热服，以通利为度。但此药切不可用酒煎，令人闷绝而死。凡小儿、孕妇不可服。
和伤活血汤 损伤瘀血腹胀内壅，红肿暗青瘀痛，昏闷欲死，伤最重者服之。

头生酒二斤，煎一斤半，鸡鸣时服。

好酒十碗煎四碗，任饮醉，渣乘热敷伤处。

羊踯躅（炒黄） 大黄 赤芍药 当归 红花（各三钱） 生地（五钱） 牡丹皮（二钱） 土狗
（十个，槌碎） 土虱（三十个，捣烂）
酒煎去渣，入自然铜火 醋淬七次，碾细，一钱调服，一夜其骨自合。
又方
泽兰叶（三钱） 百部（三钱） 刘寄奴 猴姜 苏木（各一钱） 陈皮（五分） 乳香（去油，六分）
甘草（三分） 没药（去油，六分） 金银花（一钱五分）
酒煎服，盖暖出汗。
泽兰汤 通二便，除肠中瘀血，乃活命之神丹也。

水煎，热酒冲服。如大便不通，加炒大黄二三钱。
跌仆停瘀。

研细末。每服二钱，温酒调下。
跌打损伤药酒
当归 五加皮 生地（各一两） 破故纸 骨碎补（去毛） 十大功劳 薏苡仁 紫荆皮
（各五钱） 广木香（三钱） 羌活（三钱） 川芎 杜仲（各八钱） 莪术 桃仁（各三钱） 虎骨
（酥炙，一两二钱）
好酒二十斤入坛封固，隔水煮三炷香，取起退火一七，早晚听饮。
跌打断筋折骨，疼不可忍 路傍墙根脚下人便溺处陈碎瓦片一块，洗净火
米醋淬至酥黄为度，刀刮为末。每服三钱，好酒调服。看伤上下，分食前后服之。如无碎瓦，碎砖亦可。
又方 活蟹捣汁，冲热酒服。
又方 多年粪窖内砖约三五十年者，洗净打碎，火 醋淬，以酥为度，研细。每服三钱，热酒调服神奇。
又方
土鳖虫（二十个，多更妙） 小便霜（二钱）
白酒冲服。外用熟附子、肉桂、当归、川芎研末，入凤凰胎，如无，以小公鸡代之。热糯米饭同捣敷伤处。
跌打损伤兼治夹棍杖疮 麻油半斤，男妇乱发洗净二两，将油滚起，入发
熬化，再加生酒搅匀吃下，尽量饮醉，被盖出汗，伤处以杉木皮扎紧，绵包即愈。
跌打气绝 仙人柴即九里香叶。捣自然汁一杯，灌下即苏。但心口有微热，能
受此药，无有不活，名救命丹。
治折伤筋骨，遇天阴则痛。益母草不拘多少，用水熬膏，随痛上下，食前后
用酒化服。
又方 韭菜汁和童便饮之，散去瘀血。骨折者蜜和葱白捣匀，浓封患处，酒调白芨末二钱服之。
打伤瘀凝骨节（《肘后方》）生铁一斤，酒五斤，煎一斤饮之。
打得青肿过腿面者（《启玄》）。三七鲜梗、叶捣烂，敷在青处，瘀血即消，如神。
如无三七，即白萝卜捣敷亦效。
跌打损伤 生蟹一只，白矾三钱捣化敷伤处，用杉木皮夹好。
又方 马屎炒热包熨之，冷又换。如此二三十遍，肿消痛止，内以干荷叶 灰，童便冲酒调服。
又方 独核肥皂、生姜、葱头共捣烂，滚烧酒调摊于青布上贴伤处，如冷用
火逼之。再以红花、苏木、胡桃肉、乳香（去油），酒煎饮之取汗。
跌打损伤及踢伤折臂不动者。
肉桂 硫黄（各一两）
研末。糯米饭同捣，敷伤处，再敷一次，痊愈。
闪跌 木耳瓦上 研，每服三钱，酒调服。
闪跌。
活松丝 松HT 槿桑柚根炭 乳香（去油） 黄栀子 独核肥皂 没药（去油） 锅煤（各等分）
共碾细。用无盐陈酒糟和炼成泥，敷上裹紧；隔日药干，以热酒润药，复上前药可也。
打扑坠损，恶血攻心，闷乱疼痛 未展荷叶阴干，一味为末，食前用热童便
一盏调服三钱，以利下恶物为度。
韭菜散 石炭同韭菜捣成饼，贴墙上候干，细碾听用，敷之止血如神。
洗跌打损伤。
刘寄奴 猴姜 紫苏叶 红花 番白草 青葱 甘草（各一两）
煎水盈盆，令被伤人稳坐盆内，周遭
围好，上面遮盖，不可透风，熏透，待温淋洗，疼痛如失。
又方
黎洞丸：专门治疗跌打损伤，包括筋伤、骨断，以及被夹棍夹伤、刀砍斧劈等创伤。兼治吐血、虚劳咳嗽，噤口伤寒（表现为不能进食的伤寒），小儿急惊风和慢惊风，牙关紧闭，妇女难产，下部严重外伤，恶血攻心（瘀血阻滞心胸导致的心悸胸闷），胸闷发热，产后恶露不尽，儿枕痛（产后子宫收缩引起的腹痛），寒热往来，干血痨（因瘀血日久形成的虚劳病），血崩（大量阴道出血），血淋（尿血伴疼痛），白带，以及一切危急重症。服用此药可护心、散血、解毒。轻症每次服三分，重症每次服五分，用陈年黄酒化开后服用。对于一切无名肿毒、对口疔疮、乳痈（乳腺炎）等病症，既可内服也可外敷；若是毒蛇、蜈蚣、蝎子螫咬或草踏虫伤害，均只作外敷使用。
真天竺黄 生大黄 明雄黄 法制藤黄（各三钱） 真胎骨 瓜儿竭 真广三七 阿魏（各一钱五分） 梅片 真西牛黄 麝香（各三分） 没药（去油） 透明乳香（去油，各二钱） 五铢钱（四个，烧至通红，用醋淬炼七次）
将上述药材制成极细粉末，称量准确并混合均匀，用三两蜂蜜和六钱黄蜡共同煎化，离火后搅拌均匀，趁热搓成丸剂，分为两种规格：一种重三分，一种重五分。根据患者的老幼强弱及病情轻重，用陈年黄酒顿服化开，尽量饮至醉态，盖被取汗。
三黄宝蜡丸（此方出自《疡医大全》，军中救治存活者甚众。凡配制此药，最忌讳妇人和各种厌胜之物。主治一切恶证，如刀箭枪棒击伤，毒蛇恶虫咬伤，跌打损伤，破伤风，因用力过度导致的虚劳，死血凝滞，全身四肢麻木不仁，妇女产后恶血不净导致产生怪异病症，瘀血攻心，痰迷心窍，情况危急在顷刻之间。每用一丸，用无灰酒送服。若受伤日久，病情沉重者，连续服用数丸，能使周身瘀血化为新血，破除顽痰，保护元气，祛除邪毒，通络舒筋，疗效难以尽述，真是起死回生的圣药。凡是各类外伤，根据伤口大小，取少量麻油化开药物，切勿用火加热，用鸡毛掸扫涂抹于伤口上，腐肉不需刀割，数次后即可自然生肌长肉。凡是军队中毒弩所伤，性命垂危，用五分药在口中嚼碎咽下，则毒气不能封喉攻心，受伤处仍将药敷上，数日即可痊愈。若是鸟枪打伤尚未死亡者，也用三分，用黄酒送下，任其饮醉，安睡片刻，子弹即从伤口流出，再用火烧过的麻油调药敷贴。）专门治疗跌打损伤，恶刀箭毒，毒疮棒疮，毒蛇蛊毒，疯狗咬伤，破伤风，伤力成痨，产后恶露不净，瘀血奔心，痰迷心窍，情况危急在顷刻之间，只要口中还有微弱气息，重症服一钱，轻症服三分或六分，用无灰酒烫热调化后服用。若患病日久，连续服用数次，服药后随即饮用热酒数斤，卧于温暖处出汗即愈。若是被鸟枪伤者，铅弹即出，再将上述药物煎滚取出，离火后化入少许药粉，用鸡毛掸敷于伤处，疼痛即止。
法制藤黄（四两） 真天竺黄 红芽大戟（洗净） 刘寄奴（酒洗） 血竭（各三两） 儿茶 明雄黄（各二两） 当归尾（酒洗，一两二钱） 朴硝（一两） 水银（遇铅即静止） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 水粉（各三两） 麝香（五钱） 血珀（二钱，与灯心草同碾）
以上药材研成极细粉末，用小蜂黄蜡熔化后撤去火源，用热水保温，勿令冻冷，待火气平和后，将诸药加入其中，用手搅拌均匀，搓成手指粗细的条状，同时用刀切成薄片，用酒炖化后服用，忌食火酒等辛辣食物。
制藤黄法：将藤黄切成豆粒大小，在地上挖一个小坑，坑底放置人粪，用油纸覆盖在人粪上，将藤黄放入坑内，再用油纸覆盖在藤黄上，再盖上人粪，用土填实踩紧，三天三夜后取出使用。
接骨金丹
半两钱（七个或五个，打碎，放在炭火上焙去油存性） 明乳香（去油，三钱） 甜瓜子（每岁十粒，与半两钱炒至黄色，去掉半两钱，只用甜瓜子）
将甜瓜子与乳香两味药混合均匀碾末，先用蕲艾煎汤清洗伤处，用新棉絮包裹保暖，再用好酒冲服，以饮醉为度，盖暖被子取汗。骨骼自然连接。伤在上半身者饭后服用，伤在下半身者饭前服用。此方现配现用即有效。若隔宿则不可用了。
又方

碾成极细粉末，装入瓷瓶密封保存。每岁服一厘，用无灰酒尽量饮醉，一觉醒来，次日即见效。

猪板油（腊月制作的，十两） 白蜡（八两） 白矾（十二两） 辰砂 滴乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 瓜儿竭（各一两） 飞丹 自然铜（火醋淬七次） 密陀僧（各四两，逐件碾极细，另包备用）
先将板油入锅熬枯滤清，再倒入干净锅内熬，下白蜡化尽，离火放在地上，将密陀僧、黄丹、自然铜搅匀投入，再煎至滴水成珠的程度。然后下血竭、辰砂、乳香、没药、明矾，用柳枝不停手搅拌，待凝固后做成弹子大小的丸剂，用笋壳衬垫收存。凡遇跌打损伤，重症用一丸，再加少许猪油，火上化开涂于伤处，用油纸包扎固定；若是最重的，将药涂上，用灯草裹好，外用竹片夹缚固定，再用一丸做成小丸，用滚热葱酒吞下，如果仍痛，再进一丸。骨折者用一丸，若牙痛则将一丸纳入牙龈即可止痛。
又方
土鳖虫（一个，新瓦焙黄） 巴豆（一粒，去油） 生半夏（一粒） 自然铜（火醋淬七次） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各五厘）
研成极细粉末。每次用五厘，用滚酒调服，约行走十里路出汗后，骨骼交接处会有响声。忌食发物和房事一百二十天。

共研细末，每次服一分五厘，热酒调下。上体伤者饭后服，下体伤者空腹服，接骨如神。
回生丹：治疗跌打损伤如神效
黑豆（炒去皮） 蒲黄 当归 桂心 赤芍药 干姜（各八两） 茄种（晒干，四两）
选择天德、月德吉日配制，忌见生人、鸡、犬，碾细后用炼蜜为丸，每次服二钱，用童便冲酒送下。

透骨丹：治疗跌打损伤，深入骨髓，或隐隐疼痛，或天阴则痛，或年代久远四肢沉重无力，此药主治。真是神方。
真血竭 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各三钱）
闹杨花子（一两，火酒浸炒三次，童便浸炒二次，再焙干）
各碾末称准和匀，再加麝香一分，再碾，瓷瓶收贮封固。初服三分，壮者五六分，不必吃晚饭，要黄昏睡好才服，酒可尽量饮，荤食用猪肉过口，素食用豆腐过口，服后避风，有微汗出为效。忌房事，酸、咸、茶、醋等物，及诸般血。如虚弱者间隔五日服一次，壮实者间隔三日服一次。
接骨散
黄麻（烧灰，二两） 头发（烧灰，一两） 乳香（去油，五钱）
碾匀，每次服三钱，温酒调服，跌扑闪肭，骨折疼痛立止。
通遵散：折伤跌仆极重，大小便不通，最危之证，先用此药，打下夹血，然后服补药。
枳壳 大黄 皮硝（各二钱） 陈皮 浓朴 当归 木通 红花 苏木（各一钱） 甘草（五分）
水煎热服，以通利为度。但此药切不可用酒煎，令人闷绝而死。凡小儿、孕妇不可服。
和伤活血汤：损伤瘀血腹胀内壅，红肿暗青瘀痛，昏闷欲死，伤最重者服之。
大黄（五钱） 桃仁（打碎，四十九粒） 穿山甲（炒碾） 当归尾 威灵仙 红花 苏木 生地 五加皮（各二钱） 乳香（去油） 天花粉 没药（去油） 川芎（各五分） 血竭（二分） 甘草（三分）
水酒各一碗煎，临服入童便一杯和服，以泻出瘀血为效。

头生酒二斤，煎一斤半，鸡鸣时服。

好酒十碗煎四碗，任饮醉，渣乘热敷伤处。

羊踯躅（炒黄） 大黄 赤芍药 当归 红花（各三钱） 生地（五钱） 牡丹皮（二钱） 土狗（十个，槌碎） 土虱（三十个，捣烂）
酒煎去渣，入自然铜火醋淬七次，碾细，一钱调服，一夜其骨自合。
又方
泽兰叶（三钱） 百部（三钱） 刘寄奴 猴姜 苏木（各一钱） 陈皮（五分） 乳香（去油，六分） 甘草（三分） 没药（去油，六分） 金银花（一钱五分）
酒煎服，盖暖出汗。
泽兰汤：通二便，除肠中瘀血，乃活命之神丹也。

跌打损伤药酒
当归 五加皮 生地（各一两） 破故纸 骨碎补（去毛） 十大功劳 薏苡仁 紫荆皮（各五钱） 广木香（三钱） 羌活（三钱） 川芎 杜仲（各八钱） 莪术 桃仁（各三钱） 虎骨（酥炙，一两二钱）
好酒二十斤入坛封固，隔水煮三炷香的时间，取起退火七天，早晚听饮。
跌打断筋折骨，疼不可忍 路傍墙根脚下人便溺处陈碎瓦片一块，洗净火米醋淬至酥黄为度，刀刮为末。每服三钱，好酒调服。看伤上下，分食前后服之。如无碎瓦，碎砖亦可。
又方 活蟹捣汁，冲热酒服。
又方 多年粪窖内砖约三五十年者，洗净打碎，火醋淬，以酥为度，研细。每服三钱，热酒调服神奇。
又方
土鳖虫（二十个，多更妙） 小便霜（二钱）
白酒冲服。外用熟附子、肉桂、当归、川芎研末，入凤凰胎，如无，以小公鸡代之。热糯米饭同捣敷伤处。
跌打损伤兼治夹棍杖疮 麻油半斤，男妇乱发洗净二两，将油滚起，入发熬化，再加生酒搅匀吃下，尽量饮醉，被盖出汗，伤处以杉木皮扎紧，绵包即愈。
跌打气绝 仙人柴即九里香叶。捣自然汁一杯，灌下即苏。但心口有微热，能受此药，无有不活，名救命丹。
治折伤筋骨，遇天阴则痛。益母草不拘多少，用水熬膏，随痛上下，食前后用酒化服。
又方 韭菜汁和童便饮之，散去瘀血。骨折者蜜和葱白捣匀，浓封患处，酒调白芨末二钱服之。
打得青肿过腿面者（《启玄》）。三七鲜梗、叶捣烂，敷在青处，瘀血即消，如神。
如无三七，即白萝卜捣敷亦效。
跌打损伤 生蟹一只，白矾三钱捣化敷伤处，用杉木皮夹好。
又方 马屎炒热包熨之，冷又换。如此二三十遍，肿消痛止，内以干荷叶灰，童便冲酒调服。
又方 独核肥皂、生姜、葱头共捣烂，滚烧酒调摊于青布上贴伤处，如冷用火逼之。再以红花、苏木、胡桃肉、乳香（去油），酒煎饮之取汗。
跌打损伤及踢伤折臂不动者。
肉桂 硫黄（各一两）
研末。糯米饭同捣，敷伤处，再敷一次，痊愈。
闪跌。
活松丝 松HT 槿桑柚根炭 乳香（去油） 黄栀子 独核肥皂 没药（去油） 锅煤（各等分）
共碾细。用无盐陈酒糟和炼成泥，敷上裹紧；隔日药干，以热酒润药，复上前药可也。
打扑坠损，恶血攻心，闷乱疼痛 未展荷叶阴干，一味为末，食前用热童便一盏调服三钱，以利下恶物为度。
韭菜散 石炭同韭菜捣成饼，贴墙上候干，细碾听用，敷之止血如神。
洗跌打损伤。
刘寄奴 猴姜 紫苏叶 红花 番白草 青葱 甘草（各一两）
煎水盈盆，令被伤人稳坐盆内，周遭围好，上面遮盖，不可透风，熏透，待温淋洗，疼痛如失。
又方
Lidong Pill: Specifically treats contusions and traumatic injuries, including tendon injuries, bone fractures, as well as injuries from crushing clamps, knife cuts, and axe chops. It also treats hematemesis (vomiting blood), consumptive disease with coughing of blood, typhoid fever with inability to eat (Jinkou Shanghan), pediatric acute and chronic convulsive diseases, lockjaw, difficult labor in women, severe lower body trauma, evil blood attacking the heart (palpitations and chest tightness caused by blood stasis obstructing the chest and heart), chest tightness and fever, postpartum lochia retention, postpartum uterine contraction pain (Erzhen Tong), alternating chills and fever, dry blood consumption (a consumptive disease caused by long-standing blood stasis), metrorrhagia (massive vaginal bleeding), strangury with blood (dysuria with hematuria), leukorrhea, and all critical conditions. Taking this pill protects the heart, disperses blood, and detoxifies. For mild cases, take 3 fen; for severe cases, take 5 fen. Dissolve in aged yellow wine and drink. For all kinds of unnamed swellings and sores, carbuncles at the back of the neck (Duikou Dingchuang), and mastitis (Ruyong), it can be taken internally or applied externally. For snake bites, centipede stings, scorpion stings, or injuries from grass-walking insects, it should only be applied externally.
Zhen Tianzhu Huang, Sheng Dahuang, Ming Xionghuang, Fazhi Tenghuang (each 3 qian), Zhen Taigu, Gua'er Jie, Zhen Guang Sanqi, Awei (each 1.5 qian), Meipian, Zhen Xiniu Huang, Shexiang (each 0.3 fen), Moyao (de-oiled), Touming Ruxiang (de-oiled, each 2 qian), Wuzhuqian (4 coins, heated red-hot and quenched in vinegar seven times).
Grind the above herbs into an extremely fine powder, weigh accurately, and mix uniformly. Melt 3 liang of honey and 6 qian of yellow beeswax together, remove from fire, stir evenly, and while hot, roll into pills of two sizes: one weighing 3 fen and the other 5 fen. Based on the patient's age, constitution, and severity of illness, dissolve in aged yellow wine and drink until intoxicated. Cover with blankets to induce sweating.
Sanhuang Baola Wan (This prescription comes from *Yangyi Daquan*, saving many lives in the military. When preparing this medicine, it is strictly forbidden to have women or any cursed objects present. It treats all malignant conditions, such as injuries from knives, arrows, spears, and clubs; bites from venomous snakes and harmful insects; contusions and traumatic injuries; tetanus; consumptive disease due to overexertion; stagnation of dead blood causing numbness and insensitivity in the whole body and limbs; postpartum retention of evil blood leading to strange symptoms; blood stasis attacking the heart; phlegm confusing the heart orifices; and critical conditions imminent within moments. Take one pill each time, administered with non-ash wine. If injured for a long time and the condition is severe, take several pills continuously. This can transform stagnant blood into fresh blood throughout the body, break down stubborn phlegm, protect primordial qi, expel pathogenic toxins, unblock collaterals, and relax tendons. The efficacy is hard to describe fully; it is truly a holy medicine that brings the dead back to life. For all external injuries, depending on the size of the wound, use a small amount of sesame oil to dissolve the medicine. Do not heat it with fire. Sweep the wound with a chicken feather. Necrotic tissue will not require surgical debridement; after several applications, muscle and flesh will grow naturally. For military injuries from poisoned crossbows, where death is imminent, chew 5 fen of the medicine in the mouth and swallow. This prevents the toxin from sealing the throat and attacking the heart. Apply the medicine to the wound site, and recovery will occur in a few days. For gunshot wounds where the patient has not yet died, take 3 fen, delivered with yellow wine. Allow the patient to become intoxicated and sleep for a while; the bullet will then exit from the wound. Apply the medicine mixed with sesame oil heated by fire.) It specifically treats contusions and traumatic injuries, toxic injuries from knives and arrows, toxic sores and club wounds, venomous snake and gu poison, dog bites, tetanus, consumptive disease due to overexertion, postpartum lochia retention, blood rushing to the heart, phlegm confusing the heart orifices, and critical conditions imminent within moments. As long as there is a faint breath, take 1 qian for severe cases, or 3-6 fen for mild cases. Dissolve in heated non-ash wine and take. If the disease has persisted for a long time, take several doses consecutively. After taking the medicine, drink several jin of hot wine, lie in a warm place, and sweat to recover. For gunshot wounds, the lead bullet will exit. Boil the aforementioned medicine, remove from fire, dissolve a small amount of powder, and apply with a chicken feather; pain will stop immediately.
Fazhi Tenghuang (4 liang), Zhen Tianzhu Hong, Hongya Daji (washed), Liuji Nu (wine-washed), Xuexie (each 3 liang), Ercha, Ming Xionghuang (each 2 liang), Danggui Wei (wine-washed, 1.2 liang), Puxiao (1 liang), Shuiyin (stops when meeting lead), Ruxiang (de-oiled), Moyao (de-oiled), Shuifen (each 3 liang), Shexiang (5 qian), Xuupo (2 qian, ground with Dengxincao).
Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Melt Xiaofeng Huangla (small bee yellow wax) and remove from heat. Keep warm with hot water to prevent cooling. When the heat dissipates, add the herbal powders, mix thoroughly by hand, roll into finger-thick strips, and slice thinly. Stew in wine and take. Avoid spicy foods like fire wine.
Method for processing Tenghuang: Cut Tenghuang into bean-sized pieces. Dig a small pit in the ground, place human feces at the bottom, cover with oiled paper, put the Tenghuang inside, cover again with oiled paper, add more feces, and seal tightly with soil. Leave for three days and nights before use.
Jiegu Jindan
Banshangqian (7 or 5 coins, crushed and roasted on charcoal fire to remove oil but retain nature), Ming Ruxiang (de-oiled, 3 qian), Tianguazi (10 seeds per year of age, stir-fried with Banshangqian until yellow, discard the coin, use only Tianguazi).
Mix Tianguazi and Ruxiang evenly, grind into powder. First, wash the injury site with decoction of Qiai (Qishan mugwort), wrap warmly with new cotton wadding. Then take with good wine until intoxicated. Cover with warm blankets to induce sweating. The bone will naturally reconnect. For upper body injuries, take after meals; for lower body injuries, take before meals. This formula is effective if prepared and used immediately. Do not use if kept overnight.

Honghua (stir-fried with wine, 8 qian), Hutaoge (roasted), Chenxiang, Wujiapi (stir-fried with wine, each 5 qian), Moyao (de-oiled, 4 qian), Sheng Dahuang (3 qian), Danggui (wine-washed, 1 qian), Ruxiang (de-oiled, 4 qian), Tougouzi (21 pieces, soaked in wine浆 and roasted).
Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian each time, delivered with boiled non-ash wine.
Another Prescription
Shanyang Xinxue (goat heart blood) ground into fine powder. Take 2-3 fen, delivered with boiling wine. Avoid fishy smells for three days.

Banshangqian (authentic piece, 1 coin, boil in one cup of vinegar, quench red-hot into vinegar seven times until vinegar is exhausted), Tubiechong (large one, 1 piece, dried in a jar over fire, do not damage feet or tip, integrity is best), Ziran Tong (4 qian, processed like Banshangqian, ground in mortar), Dil Ruxiang (de-oiled, 3.5 qian), Badou Ren (49 kernels, de-oiled, take only the frost), Moyao (de-oiled, 1.5 qian), Banxia (stir-fried with ginger juice), Chuanxuduan (soaked in dripping vinegar, stir-fried dry, each 3 qian), Dangmenzi (authentic, 3 fen, store with Ruxiang).
Grind into extremely fine powder, store in porcelain bottle sealed tightly. Take 1 li per year of age, deliver with non-ash wine until intoxicated. Effective the next day after waking up.

Zhuban You (lard from December, 10 liang), Bai La (white beeswax, 8 liang), Bai Fan (alum, 12 liang), Chensha, Dil Ruxiang (de-oiled), Moyao (de-oiled), Gua'er Jie (each 1 liang), Feidan, Ziran Tong (quenched in fire-vinegar seven times), Mituoseng (each 4 liang, each item ground extremely fine, packed separately for use).
First, render the lard in a pot until charred, filter clear, then pour into a clean pot and melt the white beeswax. Remove from fire and place on the ground. Stir in Mituoseng, Huangdan (lead monoxide), and Ziran Tong evenly, then add. Continue heating until "water drop forms a pearl" consistency. Then add Xuexie, Chensha, Ruxiang, Moyao, and Mingfan. Stir constantly with a willow branch. When solidified, form into pill-sized balls, lined with bamboo shell. For contusions and traumatic injuries, use one pill for severe cases, add a little lard, melt over fire, and apply to the wound, wrapping with oiled paper. For the most severe cases, apply medicine, wrap with rush grass, and fix with bamboo splints. Also take one small pill swallowed with hot green onion wine. If pain persists, take another pill. For bone fractures, use one pill. For toothache, insert one pill into the gum to stop pain.

Tubiechong (1 piece, roasted yellow on new tile), Badou (1 kernel, de-oiled), Sheng Banxia (1 kernel), Ziran Tong (quenched in fire-vinegar seven times), Ruxiang (de-oiled), Moyao (de-oiled, each 5 li).
Grind extremely fine. Use 5 li each time, mixed with boiling wine. Walk about ten li until sweating; the bone junction will make a sound. Avoid stimulating foods and sexual intercourse for 120 days.

Tubiechong (roasted on new tile), Ziran Tong (quenched in fire seven times), Ruxiang (de-oiled), Moyao (de-oiled), Banshangqian (quenched in fire-vinegar seven times), Tianguazi (equal parts).
Grind fine. Take 1.5 fen each time, delivered with hot wine. For upper body injuries, take after meals; for lower body injuries, take on an empty stomach. Bone setting is miraculous.
Huisheng Dan: Treats contusions and traumatic injuries with divine efficacy.
Heidou (roasted and peeled), Puhuang, Danggui, Guixin, Chishaoyao, Ganjiang (each 8 liang), Qiazong (sun-dried, 4 liang).
Prepare on auspicious days (Tiande and Yuede days). Avoid contact with laypeople, chickens, and dogs. Grind fine, make pills with refined honey. Take 2 qian each time, delivered with child's urine mixed with wine.
Jiegu Zijin Dan: Treats contusions and traumatic injuries, coma, unconsciousness, blood stasis attacking the heart, fever.
Tubiechong (10 pieces, remove head and feet, soak in wine, expose to dew for three days and nights, then roast), Gusuibu (sliced, exposed to dew for three nights, then sun-dried), Ziran Tong (quenched in fire-vinegar seven times), Badoushuang, Ruxiang (de-oiled), Gua'er Jie, Moyao (de-oiled, each 5 qian), Danggui Wei (soaked in wine overnight, roasted), Pengsha (each 3 qian), Dilong (14 earthworms, soaked in wine to remove dirt, sun-dried).
Grind fine. Take 3 fen each time, delivered with good wine.
Shenxiao San
Rougui (peeled), Honghua (each 1.7 qian), Chuanwu, Caowu (each 2 qian).
Grind fine. Take 2 fen each time, delivered with wine. For severe injuries, no more than 3 fen is needed for recovery. This formula saves lives from contusions and traumatic injuries, bringing the dead back to life. Wealthy families should keep it to help others.
Huoxue Dan
Tubiechong (soaked in wine until dead, sun-dried), Wujiapi, Liuji Nu, Huatou, Tao Ren (remove skin and tip), Shanzha (each 4 liang), Dahuang (boiled dry in aged wine, 8 liang), Yuanhusuo (boiled in vinegar), Peng'ezhu (stir-fried with vinegar), Mudanpi, Danggui (wine-washed), Niuxi (wine-washed), Honghua (each 3 liang), Xiangfu (soaked in child's urine, roasted, 3 liang), Jingsanleng (stir-fried with vinegar), Jiangxiangjie, Lingxiaohua, Sumu, Qingpi, Zhishi, Chishaoyao, Weilingxian, Binglang, Chuanxiong (each 2 liang), Ruxiang (de-oiled), Moyao (de-oiled, each 1 liang).
Grind fine. Take 2 qian each time, 3 qian for robust individuals, delivered with aged wine. Follow with 4-5 walnut kernels.
Togu Dan: Treats contusions and traumatic injuries penetrating deep into the bone marrow, dull pain, pain worsened by cloudy weather, or heaviness and weakness in limbs due to old injuries. This is a true divine prescription.
Zhen Xuexie, Ruxiang (de-oiled), Moyao (de-oiled, each 3 qian).
Naoyang Huazi (1 liang, soaked in fire wine and stir-fried three times, soaked in child's urine and stir-fried twice, then dried).
Grind each into powder, weigh accurately, and mix. Add 1 fen of Shexiang, grind again, and store in a sealed porcelain bottle. Initial dose 3 fen, robust individuals 5-6 fen. Do not eat dinner; take before sleeping at dusk. Drink wine freely. For meat diet, eat pork; for vegetarian diet, eat tofu. Avoid wind after taking. Slight sweating indicates efficacy. Avoid sexual intercourse, sour, salty, tea, vinegar, and blood products. Weak individuals take every five days; robust individuals take every three days.
Jiegu San
Huangma (burned to ash, 2 liang), Toufa (hair, burned to ash, 1 liang), Ruxiang (de-oiled, 5 qian).
Mix evenly. Take 3 qian each time, delivered with warm wine. Instantly stops pain from falls, sprains, and bone fractures.
Tongzun San: For extremely severe fractures and falls with obstruction of urination and defecation, a critical condition. Use this medicine first to expel clotted blood, then take tonics.
Zhike, Dahuang, Pixiao (each 2 qian), Chenpi, Nongpo, Danggui, Mutong, Honghua, Sumu (each 1 qian), Gancao (0.5 qian).
Decoct in water, take hot. Stop when bowels are unobstructed. Do NOT decoct with wine, as it can cause suffocation and death. Contraindicated in children and pregnant women.
Heshang Huoxue Tang: For internal obstruction of blood stasis causing abdominal distension, red swelling, dark blue bruising and pain, dizziness, and near-death state from severe injuries.
Dahuang (5 qian), Tao Ren (crushed, 49 kernels), Chuanshanjia (roasted and ground), Danggui Wei, Weilingxian, Honghua, Sumu, Shengdi, Wujiapi (each 2 qian), Ruxiang (de-oiled), Tianhuafen, Moyao (de-oiled), Chuanxiong (each 0.5 qian), Xuexie (0.2 fen), Gancao (0.3 fen).
Decoct with one bowl of water and one bowl of wine. Before taking, mix with one cup of child's urine. Efficacy indicated by expulsion of blood stasis.
Another Prescription
Wujiapi, Qiancao, Liuji Nu, Honghua (each 1.5 qian), Qingmuxiang, Zhike, Peng'ezhu, Wuyao, Jingsanleng, Tao Ren, Chishaoyao (each 1 qian), Danggui (2 qian).
Decoct 2 jin of first-run wine to 1.5 jin. Take at cockcrow.
Another Prescription
Danggui, Sumu (crushed), Honghua, Hutao Rou (walnut meat, each 4 liang).
Decoct 10 bowls of good wine to 4 bowls. Drink until intoxicated. Apply the residue warm to the injury site.
Another Prescription
Yangzhizhu (stir-fried yellow), Dahuang, Chishaoyao, Danggui, Honghua (each 3 qian), Shengdi (5 qian), Mudanpi (2 qian), Tougou (10 pieces, crushed), Tushi (30 pieces, mashed).
Decoct in wine, remove dregs. Add Ziran Tong (quenched in fire-vinegar seven times, ground fine). Mix 1 qian with wine and take. Bones will knit naturally overnight.
Another Prescription
Zelan Ye (3 qian), Baibu (3 qian), Liuji Nu, Houjiang, Sumu (each 1 qian), Chenpi (0.5 qian), Ruxiang (de-oiled, 0.6 fen), Gancao (0.3 fen), Moyao (de-oiled, 0.6 fen), Jinyinhua (1.5 qian).
Decoct in wine, take, cover warmly to sweat.
Zelan Tang: Unblocks both urination and defecation, removes intestinal blood stasis. A divine elixir for saving lives.
Zelan Ye, Danggui (each 5 qian), Mudanpi (3 qian), Hong Shaoyao, Qingmuxiang (each 1.5 qian), Honghua (1 qian), Tao Ren (10 kernels, remove skin and tip, grind).
Decoct in water, deliver with hot wine. If constipation, add 2-3 qian of stir-fried Dahuang.
Stagnant blood from falls.
Danggui Wei, Honghua, Chuan Qianghuo, Moyao (de-oiled), Chishaoyao, Tao Ren (remove skin and tip), Chuanxuduan, Houjiang (each 0.8 fen), Zhen Guizhi (0.3 fen).
Decoct in white wine and take.
Contusions and falls with unbearable pain.
Yu Baizhu (5 liang), Danggui (roasted), Shang Rougui (scraped peel), Baizhi, Zhi Gancao, Ruxiang (de-oiled, ground separately), Moyao (de-oiled, ground separately, each 1 liang).
Grind fine. Take 2 qian each time, delivered with warm wine.
Medicinal Wine for Contusions and Traumatic Injuries
Danggui, Wujiapi, Shengdi (each 1 liang), Poguzhi, Gusuibu (remove hairs), Shida Gonglao, Yiyiren, Zijingpi (each 5 qian), Guang Muxiang (3 qian), Qianghuo (3 qian), Chuanxiong, Duzhong (each 8 qian), Ezhu, Tao Ren (each 3 qian), Hugujia (prepared with butter, 1.2 liang).
Put 20 jin of good wine in a jar, seal tightly. Boil in water for the time it takes to burn three incense sticks. Remove and let cool for seven days. Drink morning and evening as desired.
Fractured tendons and bones with unbearable pain: Take an old broken tile from under a wall by the roadside where people urinate. Wash clean, quench in rice vinegar over fire until soft and yellow, scrape into powder. Take 3 qian each time, delivered with good wine. Depending on upper or lower injury, take before or after meals. If no broken tile, broken brick works too.

Another Prescription: Take bricks from a manure pit aged 30-50 years, wash clean, crush, quench in fire-vinegar until soft, grind fine. Take 3 qian each time, delivered with hot wine. Miraculous.

Tubiechong (20 pieces, more is better), Xiaobianshuang (urine frost, 2 qian).
Deliver with white wine. Externally: Grind Shu Fuzi, Rougui, Danggui, Chuanxiong into powder, add Fenghuangtai (phoenix embryo); if unavailable, use a young rooster instead. Mash with hot glutinous rice paste and apply to injury site.
Contusions and traumatic injuries plus clamp stick wounds: 0.5 jin of sesame oil, 2 liang of washed human hair. Boil oil, add hair and melt. Add raw wine, mix, drink until intoxicated. Cover with blanket to sweat. Bind injury site with fir bark, wrap with cotton to heal.
Suffocation from contusions: Xianrenchai (Jiulixiang leaves). Mash to extract one cup of natural juice, administer orally. Patient revives immediately. As long as there is slight warmth in the chest and the patient can tolerate the medicine, survival is certain. Named Jiuming Dan (Life-Saving Pill).
For fractured bones and tendons with pain worsened by cloudy weather: Yi Mucao (motherwort), amount unspecified. Decoct in water to make paste. Apply according to pain location, dissolve in wine and take before or after meals.
Another Prescription: Drink leek juice mixed with child's urine to disperse blood stasis. For fractures, mix honey and scallion white, mash evenly, apply thickly to affected area. Take 2 qian of Baiji powder delivered with wine.
Bruised blood coagulating in bone joints (*Zhouhou Fang*): 1 jin of raw iron, 5 jin of wine. Decoct to 1 jin and drink.
Bruising and swelling extending over the leg surface (*Qixuan*): Mash fresh stems and leaves of Sanqi, apply to bruised area. Blood stasis dissipates instantly, like magic.
If Sanqi is unavailable, mashing white radish also works.
Contusions and traumatic injuries: One live crab, 3 qian of Bai Fan. Mash and dissolve, apply to injury site. Fix with fir bark.
Another Prescription: Roast horse dung until hot, wrap and compress. Replace when cold. Repeat 20-30 times until swelling subsides and pain stops. Internally: Take ash of dry lotus leaf, delivered with child's urine mixed with wine.
Another Prescription: Mash Duhe Soapberry, ginger, and scallion head. Mix with boiling liquor, spread on blue cloth, apply to injury site. Heat with fire if cold. Then decoct Honghua, Sumu, walnut meat, and Ruxiang (de-oiled) in wine, drink to induce sweating.
Contusions, traumatic injuries, and kicked arms unable to move.
Rougui, Liuhuang (each 1 liang).
Grind into powder. Mash with glutinous rice paste, apply to injury site. Apply again for cure.
Sprain and fall: Grind wood ear mushroom on tile. Take 3 qian each time, delivered with wine.

Huosongsi, Song HT, Jin Sangyou Gen Tan, Ruxiang (de-oiled), Huang Zhizi, Duhe Soapberry, Moyao (de-oiled), Guomei (equal parts).
Grind fine. Mix with unsalted aged wine lees and refined wax into mud. Apply and wrap tightly. Next day when medicine dries, moisten with hot wine, reapply.
Blows, falls, and drops with evil blood attacking heart, confusion, and pain: Sun-dry unfurling lotus leaves. Grind into powder. Before meals, take 3 qian delivered with one cup of hot child's urine. Stop when foul matter is expelled.
Jiucai San: Mash Shitan (coal) with leek into cakes, stick on wall until dry, grind fine for use. Apply to stop bleeding miraculously.
Washing for contusions and traumatic injuries.
Liuji Nu, Houjiang, Zisuye, Honghua, Fanbaicao, Qingcong, Gancao (each 1 liang).
Decoct enough to fill a basin. Have the injured person sit steadily in the basin, surround well, cover top to prevent wind penetration. Steam thoroughly, then wash with warm water. Pain disappears as if lost.
