治脾肾虚寒。腰重脚肿。湿饮留积。小便不利。或吐。腹肿胀。四肢浮肿。气喘痰盛。其效如神。

上为末。和地黄膏炼蜜为丸。梧子大。

治一切痰涎壅盛。胸膈留饮。痞塞不通。

上 散。每服四钱。姜十片。水煎温服。
治瘴后痰厥。昏不知人。痰涎上壅。牙关紧闭。急要诸药。不得下咽喉。

上共为细末。吹入鼻中。候喷嚏得少苏。却急进药。
治疗各种气机痞塞不通。胸膈部胀满膨隆。疼痛游走不定且刺痛。呼吸急促并伴有咳嗽痰多。面部和眼部浮肿虚胖。四肢肿胀饱满。大便干结不通。小便排出不畅。

以上药材制成散剂。每次服用四钱。加生姜十片，用水煎煮后温服。
治疗瘴疟之后出现的痰厥证。神志昏迷不省人事。痰涎上涌壅塞。牙关紧闭。急需药物但无法通过咽喉进入体内。

Fuling (Poria, 3 liang), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root, 5 qian), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root, 1 qian), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark, 1 qian), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome, 1 qian), Cheqian (Plantago Seed, 1 qian)
