此方专理七十二症。一切眼症，洗之如神。不怕风膜之气，但烂弦风眼，视之令人惧怕，不用点药，
止用此法，每日三、四次。一曰用小钟取药，些须洗之，自然安好。若要服药，即服开明汤。
白圣（五分，飞过用，即白飞矾） 绿圣（六分，生用，即生绿胆矾）
先将二味研为细末，复用十二圆黑面将军，将大碗一个，用水二饭碗，下将军于碗中，放在饭面上，
蒸数十滚，即下二圣于碗内，将黑将军取出不用。闭目，一手洗眼外胞，每日三、四次为妙。其蒸黑将军，
必以味尽为度。
凡翳有新旧，久翳人不能取效，来叩我医，必先用十将军冲翳之法，内服揭障丹，外点开疆扫雾丹。
勿论男女新旧诸般等眼，无不应验神效。
兔脑炉甘石（一两，要上等雪白轻者方佳） 火精石（一两）
捶为细末，以水合之如泥，作一饼。如无火精石，用混元球 之，或用 元灵丹药汁淬之。
将甘石打入作小块，包入精石内，外再用黄泥包之，待干，入百眼炉内 之，红透取出，待冷听用。
去泥，取甘石人乳钵内，擂极细，用水飞过三、五次，有微粗再飞过，以不刺牙为妙，晒干为丹头。
丹头（一钱） 冰片（必上好四六者，二分五厘） 真麝香（一分五厘） 熊胆（三分五厘） 蕤仁（三分，
去油尽）
与丹头共擂万遍，以瓷罐贮之，日点三次。凡一切翳膜障等眼，内服揭障丹，外服冲翳散，再用开疆
扫雾丹点之七、八十次，极重者半月，有验矣。

白矾（五分，经过飞制后使用，即白飞矾） 绿矾（六分，生用，即生绿胆矾）
先将这两味药材研成细末，再取十二颗黑面将军（黑圆铃枣），拿一个大碗，倒入两饭碗水，将将军放入碗中，放在饭锅上蒸数十次，然后将二圣（白矾、绿矾）放入碗内，取出黑将军不再使用。闭着眼睛，一只手清洗眼睑外部，每天三到四次为宜。蒸黑将军的过程，必须以味道煮尽为标准。
凡是翳膜有新旧之分，陈旧性翳膜往往难以见效，如果来找我医治，必定先使用十将军冲翳的方法，内服揭障丹，外点开疆扫雾丹。不论男女、新旧各类眼病，没有不灵验神效的。
炉甘石（一两，必须是上等雪白且质地轻的才好） 火精石（一两）
捣碎成细末，用水调和如泥状，做成一个饼。如果没有火精石，可以用混元球替代，或者用元灵丹药汁淬炼。将炉甘石打成小块，包裹在火精石内部，外面再用黄泥包裹，待其干燥后，放入百眼炉中煅烧，烧至通红后取出，待冷却后备用。
去掉泥土，将炉甘石放入人乳钵中研磨至极细，用水飞法处理三到五次，如果仍有微粗颗粒则再次飞制，以不刺激牙齿为妙，晒干作为丹头。
丹头（一钱） 冰片（必须选用品质上乘的四六冰片，二分五厘） 真麝香（一分五厘） 熊胆（三分五厘） 蕤仁（三分，去尽油）
与丹头共同研磨一万遍，用瓷罐储存，每天点眼三次。凡是各种翳膜障等眼病，内服揭障丹，外用冲翳散，再用开疆扫雾丹点眼七、八十次，病情极重的半个月，就会见效。
(Jiangjun refers to black round-ling dates)
This prescription is specifically used to treat seventy-two types of eye disorders. For all ocular conditions, washing with this method yields miraculous results. It addresses the pathogenic factors of wind and membranes; even for "rotten margin wind eye" (blepharitis caused by wind), which appears frightening, no topical eye drops are needed. Simply use this method three to four times daily. One should take a small amount of the medicinal liquid with a small bell-like vessel and gently wash the eyes, resulting in natural recovery. If internal medication is required, one should consume Kaiming Tang (Open Brightness Decoction).
Baifen (White Alum, 5 fen, used after sublimation/levigation, i.e., Bai Feifan) Lvfen (Green Vitriol, 6 fen, used raw, i.e., Sheng Lüdanfan)
First, grind these two ingredients into a fine powder. Then, take twelve pieces of Hei Mian Jiangjun (black-faced Jiangjun/dates). Place them in a large bowl with two rice-bowls of water, and steam the bowl over boiling rice for dozens of cycles. Subsequently, add the Ersheng (Two Sages: White Alum and Green Vitriol) into the bowl, then remove the black Jiangjun and discard it. Close your eyes and use one hand to wash the outer eyelids. Three to four times daily is ideal. The steaming of the black Jiangjun must continue until its flavor is completely extracted.
For nebulae (corneal opacities) of both new and old origins, chronic cases often fail to respond to treatment. If seeking my medical advice, one must first employ the Ten Jiangjun Nebula-Rinsing Method, internally administer Jiezhang Dan (Nebula-Removing Pill), and externally apply Kaijiang Saowu Dan (Frontier-Expanding Fog-Sweeping Pill). Regardless of gender or whether the eye condition is new or old, no case fails to show miraculous efficacy.
Luganshi (Calamina, 1 liang, preferably top-grade snow-white and light in texture) Huojingshi (Fire Essence Stone, 1 liang)
Pound into a fine powder, mix with water to form a mud-like consistency, and shape into a cake. If Huojingshi is unavailable, substitute with Hunyuanqiu (Mixed Origin Ball) or quench with Yuanlingdan Yaozhi (Yuanling Pill Medicinal Juice). Break the Calamina into small pieces, encase them within the Fire Essence Stone, and wrap the exterior with yellow clay. Allow to dry, then calcine in a Baiyanlu (Hundred-Eye Furnace) until red-hot. Remove and let cool for later use.
Remove the clay, place the Calamina in a mortar made from human bone (or traditional pestle), and grind extremely finely. Use the levigation technique (water flotation) three to five times. If particles remain slightly coarse, repeat levigation until the powder does not irritate the teeth when tested. Dry the powder to serve as the "Dan Tou" (Pill Base/Core).
Dantou (Pill Base, 1 qian) Bingpian (Borneol, 2.5 fen, must be high-quality 40% natural Borneol) Zhen Shexiang (Real Musk, 1.5 fen) Xiongdan (Bear Bile, 3.5 fen) Ruiren (Prunus Armeniaca Seed, 3 fen, oil removed completely)
Grind together with the Dantou ten thousand times. Store in a porcelain jar. Apply to the eyes three times daily. For all types of eye disorders involving nebulae and membranes, internally administer Jiezhang Dan, externally apply Chongyi San (Nebula-Rinsing Powder), and further treat with Kaijiang Saowu Dan applied seven to eighty times. In severe cases, improvement will be evident within half a month.
