黄粉霜 麝（各五分） 金银箔（一百张为衣）
共研极细，酒煮，面糊为丸鸡头子大。每一丸，
薄荷汤并酒磨下。
小儿十岁以下，一丸分作四服，蜜水磨下，四岁
以下，一丸分为五服，未满一岁，一丸分为七服。如
牙关紧急不开，以物斡开灌下。洗白玉锭。
小儿痰涎壅塞，牙关紧急，目直视，宜用∶
石绿（ 制如前十两） 附子尖（去皮） 乌头尖（去皮） 蝎稍
（各七十个）
三味为末，入石绿令匀，面糊丸如鸡头子大。每
用薄荷汁化下一丸，更入酒少许，温暖服之。须臾，
吐出涎痰，然后随证治之。如牙关紧急，斡开灌之，
立效。洗至宝丹。
小儿目睛 动，此血不足，风火内生也。宜用
四物汤益其血，加柴胡、山栀清其肝。阴血内荣，则
虚风自熄，目不 动矣。
小儿两目连 ，肝经有风也，风入于目，上下
左右如风吹，故目连 也。宜用∶
黄连（炒） 芜荑 神曲 麦芽（炒各等分）
上为末，水糊成丸桐子大。每二十丸，空心白汤
下。不能吃丸，研化亦可。
小儿眼目瘾涩，稍觉 ，视物微昏，内 开窍
如针，目痛，按之脓浸出。有两目俱病者，有一目独
病者。宜服∶

以上药物共同研磨成极细粉末，用酒煮制，以面糊为粘合剂制成如鸡头子大小的药丸。每次服用一丸，用薄荷汤和酒磨化后送服。
十岁以下的小儿，将一丸分为四次服用，用蜜水磨化后送服；四岁以下的小儿，将一丸分为五次服用；未满一岁的小儿，将一丸分为七次服用。如果牙关紧闭无法张开，可用器具撬开灌入药液。此为洗白玉锭方。
小儿痰涎壅盛阻塞气道，牙关紧闭，两眼直视，适宜使用：
石绿（炮制方法同前，用量十两） 附子尖（去皮） 乌头尖（去皮） 全蝎尾梢（各七十只）
将这三味药研成粉末，加入石绿混合均匀，用面糊制成如鸡头子大小的药丸。每次取一丸，用薄荷汁化开，再加入少许酒，温服。片刻之后，会吐出痰涎，然后根据具体证候进行治疗。如果牙关紧闭，撬开后灌药，立即见效。此为洗至宝丹方。
小儿眼球震颤晃动，这是由于血不足，风火内生所致。适宜使用四物汤来补益血液，加入柴胡、山栀清泻肝火。阴血在体内充盈荣润，则虚风自然平息，眼球不再晃动。
小儿双眼频繁眨动，这是肝经有风邪的表现。风邪侵入眼睛，感觉上下左右如同风吹一般，所以导致眼睑连动。适宜使用：
黄连（炒制） 芜荑 神曲 麦芽（炒制，各等分）
以上药物研成粉末，用水糊制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用二十丸，空腹时用白开水送下。如果不能吞咽药丸，研碎化开服用也可以。
小儿眼目干涩痒痛，稍感不适，视物轻微昏暗，眼部内部如有针刺般疼痛，按压时有脓液流出。有的双眼同时患病，有的仅一只眼睛患病。适宜服用：
Shiyan (Fire-swallow Stone, calcined with vinegar nine times and sifted) Xionghuang (Realgar, ground and sifted) Shehuang (Snake Yellow, calcined with vinegar nine times)
Chensha (Cinnabar, ground and sifted) Cishi (Magnetite, calcined with vinegar nine times) Shilv (Malachite, each one tael, processed and sifted) Qingfen (Calomel) Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) Fenshuang (Sublimed Arsenic Trioxide) She (Moschus, each five fen) Jinyinbo (Gold and Silver Leaf, one hundred sheets as coating)
All ingredients are ground into an extremely fine powder, boiled in wine, and bound with wheat paste to form pills the size of a cock's testicle. For each pill, grind it down with mint decoction and wine, then take orally.
For children under ten years old, divide one pill into four doses, grind with honey water, and take orally. For children under four years old, divide one pill into five doses. For infants under one year old, divide one pill into seven doses. If the jaw is tightly closed and cannot be opened, pry it open with an instrument and administer the medicine. This is the Xi Baiyu Ding formula.
For pediatric phlegm-saliva congestion blocking the airways, tight jaw closure, and fixed gaze, the following is suitable:
Shilv (Processed as described above, ten taels) Fuzijian (Tip of Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root, skin removed) Wutoujian (Tip of Aconitum carmichaelii main root, skin removed) Xieshao (Tail end of Scorpio, seventy pieces)
Grind these three herbs into powder, mix evenly with Shilv, bind with wheat paste to form pills the size of a cock's testicle. For each use, dissolve one pill in mint juice, add a small amount of wine, and take warm. After a short while, phlegm-saliva will be vomited out, then treat according to the specific syndrome. If the jaw is tightly closed, pry it open and administer the medicine for immediate effect. This is the Xi Zhibao Dan formula.
Pediatric eyeball tremors or shaking are caused by blood deficiency leading to internal generation of wind and fire. It is suitable to use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) to nourish the blood, adding Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) and Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus) to clear liver heat. When yin-blood is internally abundant and nourishing, the deficient wind will naturally subside, and the eyes will stop shaking.
Frequent blinking of both eyes in children indicates wind pathogen in the Liver meridian. Wind entering the eyes creates a sensation of wind blowing up, down, left, and right, causing eyelid twitching. It is suitable to use:
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, stir-fried) Wuyi (Toosendan Fructus) Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus, stir-fried, equal parts)
Grind the above herbs into powder, bind with water paste to form pills the size of a Chinese quince seed. Take twenty pills at empty stomach with plain boiled water. If unable to swallow pills, grinding and dissolving them is also acceptable.
Pediatric eye dryness, itching, slight discomfort, blurred vision, internal stinging pain, and pus discharge upon pressure. Conditions may affect both eyes or only one eye. It is suitable to take:
