[Angelica Sinensis and Astragalus Decoction]
Take Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 2 liang), Astragali Membranacei Radix (Huangqi, 2 liang), and Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao, 1.5 liang, stir-fried). For each dose, use 5 qian, add 3 slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), decoct in water, and take orally. It treats postpartum conditions.
[Decoction for Elderly Constipation]

If blood is in the Upper Jiao, manifesting as epistaxis or hematemesis, using Xijiao Dihuang Tang will cure it. To treat the emptiness of the six pulses, which necessarily presents with facial flushing, frightfulness, and upper heat, this indicates the pulse of the Hand-Shaoyin Heart meridian. This condition arises from excessive Qi and loss of Blood. One must use sweet-cold heavy-sinking agents to greatly drain the excess Qi, and use sweet-acrid-warm, slightly bitter-sour agents to tonify the Blood.

[Yueju Wan]

Grind the above ingredients in equal proportions into powder. Make pills using water drops, size of mung beans. Take 60-70 pills per dose with boiling white water. In spring, add Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng); in summer, add Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen); in autumn and winter, add Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu). This corresponds to what is stated in the *Neijing*...
According to Danxi: "When Qi and Blood are harmonious, no disease arises; once there is stagnation, various diseases emerge." Therefore, most diseases in the human body arise from stagnation. Cangzhu and Fuxiong generally resolve all types of stagnation, with additions based on specific syndromes.
