妊娠心神脉乱，惊悸不安，夜卧不宁，惚恍气触者，宜大圣散。若血少神虚而心不宁者，宜益荣汤。若心虚
而神不安者，宜定志丸。若火盛者，宜安神丸（见前子虚条中）。
大圣散
川芎 黄 （蜜炙） 当归 木香 人参 甘草 茯苓 麦冬（去心，各等分）
水煎，食远服。
益荣汤
酸枣仁 远志肉 黄 （蜜炙） 柏子仁 当归 人参 茯神 白芍（各一钱） 紫石英（ 、研）
木香（各八分） 甘草（三分）
水煎服。
定志丸
人参 远志（制，各一两） 蒲黄（二两） 茯苓（三两）
上为末，蜜丸，白汤下。
妊娠消渴，此乃血少，三焦火胜而然，宜活血汤。
活血汤
熟地黄 当归 川芎 白芍（炒，各三钱） 生地黄（八分） 黄柏（酒炒） 麦冬（去心） 山栀仁（炒，
各五分） 姜（三片） 枣（二枚）
水煎服。
妊娠脏躁，无故悲泣，象如神灵数欠伸推。其故或由肺有风邪，或由寒水攻心，故无故而悲伤哭泣，宜甘麦
大枣汤。若大便燥结，腹满努力难解，宜清燥汤。
甘麦大枣汤
甘草（三钱） 小麦（一合） 大枣（十枚）
水煎服。
清燥汤
栝蒌仁（炒研） 白芍（酒炒） 当归身（各一钱半） 枳壳（麸炒） 条芩（各一钱） 生地黄 麦门冬
（去心） 麻仁（炒，各二钱） 松子仁（三钱）
河水煎，入白蜜十匙服。
妊娠期间心神脉象紊乱，出现惊悸不安、夜间睡眠不宁、神志恍惚且气息触动等症状的，适宜使用大圣散。如果是血虚导致神气虚弱而心不能安宁的，适宜使用益荣汤。如果是心气虚弱导致神志不安的，适宜使用定志丸。如果是火邪炽盛的，适宜使用安神丸（见前文子虚条中）。
大圣散
川芎、黄（蜜炙）、当归、木香、人参、甘草、茯苓、麦冬（去心），以上各等分。
用水煎煮，在饭后较远的时间服用。
益荣汤
酸枣仁、远志肉、黄（蜜炙）、柏子仁、当归、人参、茯神、白芍（各一钱）、紫石英（捣碎研细）、木香（各八分）、甘草（三分）。
用水煎煮后服用。
定志丸
人参、远志（炮制，各一两）、蒲黄（二两）、茯苓（三两）。
将上述药材制成粉末，用蜂蜜做成丸药，用温开水送服。
妊娠期间出现消渴症状，这是由于血少，三焦火盛所致，适宜使用活血汤。
活血汤
熟地黄、当归、川芎、白芍（炒，各三钱）、生地黄（八分）、黄柏（酒炒）、麦冬（去心）、山栀仁（炒，各五分）、生姜（三片）、大枣（二枚）。
用水煎煮后服用。
妊娠期间出现脏躁，无故悲伤哭泣，神情像被神灵附体一样频繁打哈欠伸懒腰。其原因可能是肺有风邪，也可能是寒水之气攻心，所以无故悲伤哭泣，适宜使用甘麦大枣汤。如果大便干燥结滞，腹部胀满，用力排便却难以解出，适宜使用清燥汤。
甘麦大枣汤
甘草（三钱）、小麦（一合）、大枣（十枚）。
用水煎煮后服用。
清燥汤
栝蒌仁（炒后研碎）、白芍（酒炒）、当归身（各一钱半）、枳壳（麸炒）、条芩（各一钱）、生地黄、麦门冬（去心）、麻仁（炒，各二钱）、松子仁（三钱）。
用河水煎煮，加入白蜜十匙服用。
During pregnancy, if the heart spirit and pulse are disordered, manifesting as palpitations, restlessness, restless sleep at night, and a sense of trance with qi disturbance, Dasheng San (Great Sage Powder) is indicated. If the heart fails to remain tranquil due to blood deficiency and spirit weakness, Yirong Tang (Nourish Blood Decoction) is indicated. If the spirit is unsettled due to heart deficiency, Dingzhi Wan (Calm Spirit Pill) is indicated. If fire is excessive, Anshen Wan (Calm Heart Pill) is indicated (see the section on fetal deficiency earlier).
Dasheng San (Great Sage Powder)
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Huangqi (Astragalus Root, honey-fried), Danggui Radix (Angelica Sinensis), Muxiang Radix (Aucklandia), Renshen Radix (Ginseng), Gancao Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice), Fungus Poria (Poria), Maidong Tuber (Ophiopogon, heart removed), all in equal parts.
Decoct in water and take well after meals.
Yirong Tang (Nourish Blood Decoction)
Suanzaoren Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Ziziphus Seed), Yuanzhi Cortex Polygalae (Polygala Root), Huangqi (Astragalus Root, honey-fried), Baiziren Semen Platycladi (Biota Seed), Danggui Radix (Angelica Sinensis), Renshen Radix (Ginseng), Fusheng Sclerotium Poriae Cum Ramo Xylomi (Poria with Wood), Shaoyao Radix Alba (White Peony Root), each 1 qian; Zi Shiqing (Hematite), crushed and ground, Muxiang Radix (Aucklandia), each 8 fen; Gancao Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice), 3 fen.
Decoct in water and take.
Dingzhi Wan (Calm Spirit Pill)
Renshen Radix (Ginseng), Yuanzhi Cortex Polygalae (Polygala Root, processed), each 1 liang; Puhuang Pollen Typhae (Typha Pollen), 2 liang; Fungus Poria (Poria), 3 liang.
Grind into powder, make into pills with honey, and swallow with warm water.
Xiao Ke (Wasting-Thirst) during pregnancy is caused by blood deficiency and excessive fire in the Triple Burner (San Jiao); Huoxue Tang (Invigorate Blood Decoction) is indicated.
Huoxue Tang (Invigorate Blood Decoction)
Shudihuang Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Danggui Radix (Angelica Sinensis), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Shaoyao Radix Alba (White Peony Root, stir-fried), each 3 qian; Shengdihuang Radix Rehmanniae (Fresh Rehmannia Root), 8 fen; Huangbai Cortex Phellodendri (Phellodendron Bark, wine-fried); Maidong Tuber (Ophiopogon, heart removed); Zhizi Fructus Gardeniae (Gardenia Fruit, stir-fried), each 5 fen; Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Fresh Ginger Slice), 3 pieces; Dazao Fructus Jujubae (Jujube), 2 pieces.
Decoct in water and take.
Zang Zao (Visceral Agitation) during pregnancy manifests as unprovoked weeping and crying, with symptoms resembling possession by spirits, frequent yawning, stretching, and pushing. The cause may be wind pathogen in the Lung or cold-water attacking the Heart, leading to unprovoked sorrow and weeping; Ganmai Dazao Tang (Licorice, Wheat, and Jujube Decoction) is indicated. If there is dry stool constipation, abdominal fullness, and difficulty defecating despite effort, Qingzao Tang (Clear Dryness Decoction) is indicated.
Ganmai Dazao Tang (Licorice, Wheat, and Jujube Decoction)
Gancao Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice), 3 qian; Xiaomai Fructus Tritici Levis (Light Wheat), 1 he; Dazao Fructus Jujubae (Jujube), 10 pieces.
Decoct in water and take.
Qingzao Tang (Clear Dryness Decoction)
Gualouren Semen Trichosanthis (Trichosanthes Seed), stir-fried and ground; Shaoyao Radix Alba (White Peony Root, wine-fried); Dangguishen Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Angelica Sinensis Root Head), each 1.5 qian; Zhike Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Immature Bitter Orange, bran-fried); Tiaoqin Radix Scutellariae (Scutellaria Root), each 1 qian; Shengdihuang Radix Rehmanniae (Fresh Rehmannia Root); Maimendong Tuber (Ophiopogon, heart removed); Huren Semen Cannabis (Hemp Seed), stir-fried, each 2 qian; Songziren Semen Pinus Massoniana (Masson Pine Seed), 3 qian.
Decoct in river water, add 10 spoons of white honey, and take.
