妊娠衄血，常从口鼻中出，此因过食辛热之物，血热妄行，冲伤胞络，宜衄血丸。
衄血丸
牡丹皮 白芍（酒炒） 黄芩（酒炒） 蒲黄（炒） 侧柏叶
为末，糯米糊丸，空心白汤下百丸。
妊娠忧思惊怒，伤其脏腑，气干于上，血随而溢。心闷胸满，久而不已，必堕胎。若肝经怒火，先服加味
柴胡汤，以清其热∶次服柴胡四物汤，以补其虚；后用加味逍遥散（方见前子淋条中）以成功。若肝经风
热，宜防风子芩丸。若心经有热，宜安神丸（方见前子烦条中）。若心气不足，宜补心汤。若思虑伤心，宜妙
香散。若胃经有火，宜犀角地黄汤。若膏粱积热，宜加味清胃散。若郁结伤脾，宜加味归脾汤。若肺经有火，
宜黄芩清肺饮。若肾经虚火，宜加味地黄丸。若气虚不能摄血，宜补中益气汤（方见前子气条中）。
加味柴胡汤
柴胡 人参（各二钱） 黄芩 山栀仁（炒） 生地黄 半夏（姜制，各一钱） 甘草（五分） 姜（三片）
枣（二枚）
水煎服。
柴胡四物汤
当归 熟地黄 白芍 川芎（各一钱五分） 柴胡（八分） 人参 黄芩 半夏（姜制、炒黄用） 甘草（各三分）
姜（三片）
水煎服。
防风子芩丸
防风 条芩（酒炒黑，各等分）
为末，酒糊丸，米饮下。
补心汤
人参 茯苓 甘草 桂心 麦冬（去心） 紫石英（ ） 赤小豆 大枣
水煎服。
妙香散
人参 桔梗（各五钱五分） 黄 茯苓 茯神 远志（姜汁炒） 淮山药（各一两） 木香（二钱五分）
甘草（二钱） 砂仁（三钱，水飞） 麝香（一钱，按麝香胎家禁忌，用须斟酌）
研极细末，每服二钱，温酒下。
犀角地黄汤
犀角（锉） 牡丹皮（各一钱五分） 生地黄 白芍（各二钱）
水煎服。
加味归脾汤
人参 白术（蜜炙） 茯神 黄 （蜜炙） 酸枣仁（各一钱半） 当归 远志（制，各一钱） 炙甘草
木香（各五分） 龙眼肉（二钱五分） 牡丹皮 山栀仁（炒，各一钱）
姜、枣为引，水煎服。
黄芩清肺饮
人参 天冬（去心） 黄芩 地骨皮 陈皮 茯苓（各八分） 知母（酒炒） 山栀仁（炒，各一钱）
五味子（二十粒） 甘草（炙，五分） 桑白皮（炒） 当归身（各一钱半） 姜（三片）
水煎服。
加味地黄丸
熟地黄（四两） 山药 山萸肉（各二两） 牡丹皮 茯苓（各一两五钱） 泽泻 香附（童便制，各一两）
蕲艾（去筋、醋炙，五钱）
为末蜜丸，每服七十丸，白汤下。
妊娠期间出现鼻出血，血液常从口鼻中流出。这是由于过量食用辛辣温热的食物，导致血分有热、血液妄行，冲脉损伤了胞宫的络脉，适宜使用衄血丸治疗。
衄血丸
由牡丹皮、白芍（用酒炒制）、黄芩（用酒炒制）、蒲黄（炒制）、侧柏叶组成。
研成细末，用糯米糊制作成丸剂，空腹时用白开水送服一百丸。
妊娠期间因忧思、惊恐或愤怒，损伤脏腑，气机上逆干犯上部，血液随之溢出。若出现心中烦闷、胸部胀满，且久治不愈，必然导致流产。如果是肝经怒火所致，先服用加味柴胡汤以清除热邪；接着服用柴胡四物汤以补益虚损；最后使用加味逍遥散（方剂见前文“子淋”条目中）以巩固疗效。如果是肝经风热所致，适宜使用防风子芩丸。如果心经有热，适宜使用安神丸（方剂见前文“子烦”条目中）。如果心气不足，适宜使用补心汤。如果思虑过度伤心，适宜使用妙香散。如果胃经有火，适宜使用犀角地黄汤。如果因饮食肥甘厚味积滞生热，适宜使用加味清胃散。如果郁结伤及脾脏，适宜使用加味归脾汤。如果肺经有火，适宜使用黄芩清肺饮。如果肾经虚火旺盛，适宜使用加味地黄丸。如果气虚不能统摄血液，适宜使用补中益气汤（方剂见前文“子气”条目中）。
加味柴胡汤
柴胡、人参（各二钱）、黄芩、山栀仁（炒制）、生地黄、半夏（姜汁炮制，各一钱）、甘草（五分）、生姜（三片）、大枣（两枚）。
加水煎煮后服用。
柴胡四物汤
当归、熟地黄、白芍、川芎（各一钱五分）、柴胡（八分）、人参、黄芩、半夏（姜汁炮制、炒黄使用）、甘草（各三分）、生姜（三片）。
加水煎煮后服用。
防风子芩丸
防风、条芩（用酒炒至变黑，各等分）。
研成细末，用酒糊制作成丸剂，用米汤送服。
补心汤
人参、茯苓、甘草、桂心、麦冬（去心）、紫石英（捣碎）、赤小豆、大枣。
加水煎煮后服用。
妙香散
人参、桔梗（各五钱五分）、黄芪、茯苓、茯神、远志（姜汁炒制）、淮山药（各一两）、木香（二钱五分）、甘草（二钱）、砂仁（三钱，水飞法处理）、麝香（一钱，按孕妇禁忌需斟酌使用）。
研磨成极细粉末，每次服用二钱，用温酒送服。
犀角地黄汤
犀角（锉碎）、牡丹皮（各一钱五分）、生地黄、白芍（各二钱）。
加水煎煮后服用。
加味归脾汤
人参、白术（蜂蜜炙制）、茯神、黄芪（蜂蜜炙制）、酸枣仁（各一钱半）、当归、远志（炮制，各一钱）、炙甘草、木香（各五分）、龙眼肉（二钱五分）、牡丹皮、山栀仁（炒制，各一钱）。
以生姜、大枣为引药，加水煎煮后服用。
黄芩清肺饮
人参、天冬（去心）、黄芩、地骨皮、陈皮、茯苓（各八分）、知母（酒炒制）、山栀仁（炒制，各一钱）、五味子（二十粒）、甘草（炙制，五分）、桑白皮（炒制）、当归身（各一钱半）、生姜（三片）。
加水煎煮后服用。
加味地黄丸
熟地黄（四两）、山药、山萸肉（各二两）、牡丹皮、茯苓（各一两五钱）、泽泻、香附（童便炮制，各一两）、蕲艾（去筋、醋炙制，五钱）。
研成细末，用蜂蜜制作成丸剂，每次服用七十丸，用白开水送服。
During pregnancy, epistaxis (nosebleed) often occurs from the mouth and nose. This is caused by excessive consumption of pungent and hot foods, leading to heat in the blood and reckless bleeding, which damages the collateral vessels of the uterus via the Chong vessel. The appropriate treatment is Xuepi Wan (Nosebleed Pill).
Xuepi Wan (Nosebleed Pill)
Composed of: Mudanpi Cortex Moutan Radicis (Cortex Moutan), Baishao Paeoniae Alba Radix (White Peony Root, stir-fried with wine), Huangqin Scutellariae Radix (Scutellaria Root, stir-fried with wine), Puhuang Pollinis Typhae (Pollen Typhae, stir-fried), Ce Baiye Cacumen Platycladi (Leaf Platycladi).
Grind into fine powder, make pills using glutinous rice paste, and take 100 pills orally on an empty stomach with plain water.
If anxiety, worry, fright, or anger during pregnancy injures the Zang-Fu organs, causing Qi to rise and invade the upper body, Blood follows and overflows. If this results in mental restlessness and chest fullness, and persists for a long time without resolution, it will inevitably lead to miscarriage. If caused by Fire-Heat in the Liver Channel, first administer Jiawei Chaihu Tang (Modified Bupleurum Decoction) to clear Heat; subsequently administer Chaihu Siwu Tang (Bupleurum Four Substances Decoction) to tonify Deficiency; finally use Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) (see formula under "Zilin" section above) to consolidate efficacy. If caused by Wind-Heat in the Liver Channel, Fangfeng Ziqin Wan (Saposhnikovia and Scutellaria Pill) is appropriate. If there is Heat in the Heart Channel, Anshen Wan (Calming Spirit Pill) is appropriate (see formula under "Zifen" section above). If Heart Qi is insufficient, Buxin Tang (Tonify Heart Decoction) is appropriate. If excessive thinking injures the Heart, Miaoxiang San (Wonderful Fragrance Powder) is appropriate. If there is Fire in the Stomach Channel, Xijiao Dihuang Tang (Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction) is appropriate. If Heat accumulates from rich and sweet foods, Jiawei Qingwei San (Modified Clear Stomach Powder) is appropriate. If constraint injures the Spleen, Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Restore the Spleen Decoction) is appropriate. If there is Fire in the Lung Channel, Huangqin Qingfei Yin (Scutellaria Lung-Clearing Infusion) is appropriate. if there is Empty-Heat in the Kidney Channel, Jiawei Dihuang Wan (Modified Rehmannia Pill) is appropriate. If Qi is deficient and unable to control Blood, Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment Qi Decoction) is appropriate (see formula under "Ziqi" section above).
Jiawei Chaihu Tang (Modified Bupleurum Decoction)
Chaihu Radix Bupleuri (Bupleurum Root), Renshen Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root and Rhizome) (each 2 qian), Huangqin Scutellariae Radix (Scutellaria Root), Shanzhiren Fructus Gardeniae (Gardenia Fruit, stir-fried), Shengdi Huang Rehmanniae Radix (Rehmannia Root, raw), Banxia Pinelliae Rhizoma (Pinellia Tuber, processed with ginger juice) (each 1 qian), Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root and Rhizome) (5 fen), Jiang Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger Rhizome) (3 slices), Zao Jujubae Fructus (Jujube Fruit) (2 pieces).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Chaihu Siwu Tang (Bupleurum Four Substances Decoction)
Danggui Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dong Quai Root), Shudihuang Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Rehmannia Root, prepared), Baishao Paeoniae Alba Radix (White Peony Root), Chuanxiong Ligustici Rhizoma (Ligusticum Rhizome) (each 1.5 qian), Chaihu Radix Bupleuri (Bupleurum Root) (8 fen), Renshen Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root and Rhizome), Huangqin Scutellariae Radix (Scutellaria Root), Banxia Pinelliae Rhizoma (Pinellia Tuber, processed with ginger juice, stir-fried until yellow), Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root and Rhizome) (each 3 fen), Jiang Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger Rhizome) (3 slices).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Fangfeng Ziqin Wan (Saposhnikovia and Scutellaria Pill)
Fangfeng Saposhnikoviae Radix (Saposhnikovia Root), Tiaohuang Qin Scutellariae Radix (Scutellaria Root, stir-fried with wine until black) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder, make pills using wine paste, and take orally with rice drink.
Buxin Tang (Tonify Heart Decoction)
Renshen Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root and Rhizome), Fuling Poria (Poria), Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root and Rhizome), Guixin Cinnabaris (Cinnamon Twig Heart), Maidong Ophiopogonis Tuber (Ophiopogon Tuber, heart removed), Zhi Shiyung Zirconium Subcarbonas (Zirconium Subcarbonate, crushed), Chixiaodou Phaseoli Semen Rubrum (Red Bean Seed), Dazao Jujubae Fructus (Jujube Fruit).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Miaoxiang San (Wonderful Fragrance Powder)
Renshen Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root and Rhizome), Jiegeng Platycodonis Radix (Platycodon Root) (each 5.5 qian), Huangqi Astragali Radix (Astragalus Root), Fuling Poria (Poria), Fushen Poria cum Radix (Poria with Pine Root), Yuanzhi Polygalae Radix (Polygala Root, stir-fried with ginger juice), Huaishanyao Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Dioscorea Rhizome) (each 1 liang), Muxiang Aucklandiae Radix (Aucklandia Root) (2.5 qian), Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root and Rhizome) (2 qian), Sharen Amomi Fructus (Amomum Fruit, water-milled), Shexiang Moschus (Musk) (1 qian, note: Musk is contraindicated in pregnancy, use with caution).
Grind into extremely fine powder, take 2 qian per dose, and swallow with warm wine.
Xijiao Dihuang Tang (Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction)
Xijiao Rhinocerotis Cornu (Rhinoceros Horn, shaved), Mudanpi Cortex Moutan Radicis (Cortex Moutan) (each 1.5 qian), Shengdi Huang Rehmanniae Radix (Rehmannia Root, raw), Baishao Paeoniae Alba Radix (White Peony Root) (each 2 qian).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Restore the Spleen Decoction)
Renshen Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root and Rhizome), Baizhu Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Atractylodes Rhizome, honey-roasted), Fushen Poria cum Radix (Poria with Pine Root), Huangqi Astragali Radix (Astragalus Root, honey-roasted), Suanzaoren Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Ziziphus Seed) (each 1.5 qian), Danggui Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dong Quai Root), Yuanzhi Polygalae Radix (Polygala Root, processed) (each 1 qian), Zhigancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root and Rhizome, honey-roasted), Muxiang Aucklandiae Radix (Aucklandia Root) (each 5 fen), Longyanlong Arillus Longan (Longan Flesh) (2.5 qian), Mudanpi Cortex Moutan Radicis (Cortex Moutan), Shanzhiren Fructus Gardeniae (Gardenia Fruit, stir-fried) (each 1 qian).
Use Jiang Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger Rhizome) and Zao Jujubae Fructus (Jujube Fruit) as guides, decoct in water, and take orally.
Huangqin Qingfei Yin (Scutellaria Lung-Clearing Infusion)
Renshen Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Root and Rhizome), Tiandong Asparagi Tuber (Asparagus Tuber, heart removed), Huangqin Scutellariae Radix (Scutellaria Root), Digupi Corticis Lycii (Cortex Lycii), Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Tangerine Peel), Fuling Poria (Poria) (each 8 fen), Zhimu Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Anemarrhena Rhizome, stir-fried with wine), Shanzhiren Fructus Gardeniae (Gardenia Fruit, stir-fried) (each 1 qian), Wuweizi Schisandrae Fructus (Schisandra Fruit) (20 grains), Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root and Rhizome, honey-roasted) (5 fen), Sangbaipi Cortex Mori Radicis (Morus Root Bark, stir-fried), Dangguishen Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dong Quai Root, body portion) (each 1.5 qian), Jiang Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger Rhizome) (3 slices).

Shudihuang Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Rehmannia Root, prepared) (4 liang), Shanyao Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Dioscorea Rhizome), Shanzhuyu Fructus Corni (Cornus Fruit) (each 2 liang), Mudanpi Cortex Moutan Radicis (Cortex Moutan), Fuling Poria (Poria) (each 1.5 liang), Zexiae Rhizoma Alismatis (Alisma Rhizome), Xiangfu Cyperi Rhizoma (Cyperus Rhizoma, processed with child's urine) (each 1 liang), Qiai Folium Artemisiae Argyi (Artemisia Leaf, remove veins, vinegar-roasted) (5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, make pills using honey, take 70 pills per dose, and swallow with plain water.
