Damage to the Spleen and Stomach leads to reduced food intake, Qi deficiency, and Blood exhaustion, resulting in amenorrhea. It is advisable to tonify the Spleen and Stomach and nourish Qi and Blood; once Qi and Blood are abundant, menstruation will regulate itself naturally. Avoid using drugs that promote menstruation, as they may damage Middle Qi (the Qi of the middle jiao), causing Yin Blood to become dry further. Mistakenly evolving into Lao Zhai (consumptive disease) would render it untreatable. It is appropriate to first take Jiajian Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Modified Decoction for Supplementing the Middle and Augmenting Qi), followed by Tiaojing Wuji Wan (Menstruation-Regulating Black-Bone Chicken Pill).
