没药（各研，七钱）上为末，用夏枯五斤、公英二斤，捣绞汁煎浓为丸，每二钱，食远汤下，日
浅半料。
乳 ∶溃烂经年者。鼠粪（尖者） 土楝子（经霜者，忌川楝） 露蜂房（各三钱，俱 过）
取净末和匀，分三次酒下，间两日一服，完即愈。
乳癖∶白芷、鼠粪（各一钱），为末，好酒下至醉；外用白芨末，水调敷。
胎痛少血∶四物汤加香附（童便浸），共为末，每服三钱，紫苏汤调下。

摩涂脐腹上下，未产，更以榆白皮、秋葵子、葱煎；调猪油、牛乳、油、蜜服。

煎服。或十全大补汤服。
难产多日欲死∶人参（五钱）、当归（一两）、炮姜（二钱），水煎服。夏月难产，益元、

横生∶益母草（六两），童便、酒煎服。天寒难下，五积散加牛膝、葵子、蛇蜕煎服。触犯
禁忌，朱砂符烧灰酒下。
产后气脱∶人参（五钱）、干姜（二钱）、肉桂（二钱），煎服。虚甚，倍参，加制附一钱
。
产后虚喘∶人参（五钱）、附子（五分），煎服。有渐加参至三两，附三钱效。
产后喘、汗，用参、 ；不效，宜补心肾。枣仁（一两）、怀生地、白芍、麦冬、五味、枸杞、
牛膝、杜仲、当归身、阿胶、牡蛎、龙眼肉，至数十剂全安。

女忌五迷∶一、经愆多病，带下崩淋。二、皮粗肉燥，口大气雄。三、劳弱羸怯，瘢风暗疾
。四、肥胖、太瘦，多产少食。五、形质不全，阴妒不良。巧夺天机之妙，孕嗣人伦大端，得人
不传失人，非人而传失巧。但敬授慎默，广为善事耶。

乳癖（乳腺增生/结节）：白芷、鼠粪（各一钱），研为粉末，用优质白酒送服至醉；外用白及粉末，用水调匀敷于患处。
胎痛且气血不足：四物汤加入香附（用童子小便浸泡），共研为粉末，每次服用三钱，用紫苏汤调下。
火热之邪逼迫导致胎动不安：四物汤加条芩（黄芩）、黄连；若气逆上冲、呼吸急促，加香附。
房事不慎导致胎动不安：四物汤、阿胶、蕲艾、白术、条芩煎服。若胎动伴有疼痛，用当归六钱、川芎四钱，煎服。

难产多日濒临死亡：人参（五钱）、当归（一两）、炮姜（二钱），水煎服。夏季难产，益元散、五苓散合服。
胎儿死于腹中：嘴唇红、舌头黑表示胎儿已死；嘴唇黑、舌头红表示母亲将死。若唇舌俱红，母子均可存活；若俱黑，则母子同亡。平胃散一大帖，煎煮成一钟量，加入芒硝三钱服用。再煎一大帖，加入芒硝清洗腹部，促使死胎排出。
又方：肉桂（三钱，研末）、麝香（五分），作一次服用，用酒送下。或用百草霜、灶心土、白芷等份研末，用童子小便、酒送服；或用葱白二至七茎煎服，加入童子小便、酒更好。
催生验方：鱼膘（四钱，切片，以针刺孔，在灯上烤脆，研细）、柘枝（一两，一叶一刺，五月开白花，被蚕食用者为真品）、白芷（一钱半）、百草霜（农家采集的，一钱，研细）、千里马（男子左脚旧草鞋烧成的灰，二钱）。以上药物用柘枝、白芷、水、酒各一钟，煎煮成一钟量，去渣，加入鱼膘煮化，调和两种粉末服用。

横生（胎位不正）：益母草（六两），用童子小便、酒煎服。天气寒冷难以产出，五积散加牛膝、葵子、蛇蜕煎服。触犯禁忌所致，朱砂符烧成灰用酒送服。
产后气脱：人参（五钱）、干姜（二钱）、肉桂（二钱），煎服。虚损严重，加倍人参用量，加制附子一钱。
产后虚喘：人参（五钱）、附子（五分），煎服。有人逐渐增加人参至三两，附子三钱，效果显著。
产后气喘、出汗，用人参、[原文缺字]；若无效，宜补心肾。酸枣仁（一两）、怀生地、白芍、麦冬、五味子、枸杞、牛膝、杜仲、当归身、阿胶、牡蛎、龙眼肉，服用数十剂后可完全康复。

Breast Cancer (Ru Yan): Prunella Vulgaris (Xiakucao), Dandelion (Pugongying, dried, 2 liang each), Honeysuckle (Jinyinhua), Rhapontic Rhizome (Loulu, 1.5 liang each), Pinellia Tuber (Beimu), Tangerine Leaf (Juye), Chrysanthemum (Juhua), Rat Droppings (Shufen, pointed ones), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi), Viola Yedoensis (Zihua Diding), Allium Macrostemon (Shancigu), Prepared Licorice Root (Zhigancao), Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualou), Madder Root (Qigen), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 1 liang each), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao, both ground, 7 qian each). Grind the above into powder. Use 5 jin of Xiakucao and 2 jin of Pugongying, crush and squeeze to extract juice, decoct until concentrated, and form pills. Take 2 qian per dose, swallow with warm water after meals. Consume half a batch daily.
For chronic ulceration of the breast persisting for years: Rat Droppings (Shufen, pointed ones), Earth Melia Fruit (Tulianzi, those exposed to frost, avoid Sichuan Chinaberry/Chuanlian), Honeycomb (Lufengfang, 3 qian each, all stir-fried). Obtain pure powder, mix evenly, divide into three doses, take with wine. Take every two days; cure upon completion.
Breast Nodules (Ru Pi): Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi) and Rat Droppings (Shufen, 1 qian each), grind into powder, take with fine liquor until drunk. Externally, apply Polygonatum Rhizome (Baiji) powder mixed with water.

Difficult Labor due to Dry Amniotic Sac: Talcum (Huashi, water-ground, 1 liang), White Honey (Baimi), Sesame Oil (Xiangyou, half cup each). Simmer slowly over low heat slightly, mix and take Huashi in one dose. Decoct and mix 1 liang to massage and apply above and below the navel and abdomen. Difficult Labor Persisting for Days Approaching Death: Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 5 qian), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 1 liang), Prepared Ginger (Paojiang, 2 qian). Decoct in water and take. In summer difficult labor, Yi Yuan San (Benefit Origin Powder) and Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria) taken together.
Dead Fetus in Uterus: Red lips and black tongue indicate dead fetus; black lips and red tongue indicate dying mother. Both red indicates both survive; both black indicates both die. Pingwei San (Pingwei Powder) one large packet, decoct to one zhong, add Mirabilite (Mangxiao, 3 qian) and take. Decoct another large packet, add Mangxiao to wash the abdomen, expelling the fetus.

Or equal parts of Charred Grass (Baicaoshuang), Hearth Soil (Zaoxintu), Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi), grind into powder, take with urine of an uncircumcised boy and wine. Or decoct 2-7 stalks of Scallion White (Congbai) and take, adding urine of an uncircumcised boy and wine is better.
Proven Formula for Inducing Labor: Fish Maw (Yubiao, 4 qian, sliced, pricked with needle, roasted crisp on lamp, ground), Zhezhi (Zhezhi, 1 liang, one leaf one thorn, opens white flowers in May, true if eaten by silkworms), Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi, 1.5 qian), Charred Grass (Baicaoshuang, from mountain homes, 1 qian, ground), Qianlima (Ash from old straw sandals on left foot of men, 2 qian). Use Zhezhi, Baizhi, water, and wine, one zhong each, decoct to one zhong, remove dregs, add Yubiao and boil until dissolved, mix with the two powders and take.
Unsmooth Delivery: Mica (Yunmu, water-ground, 5 qian), mix with warm wine and take to deliver immediately. Retained placenta, Mirabilite (Mangxiao, 3 qian) taken with wine.
Inducing Labor: Fish Gelatin (Yujiao), burn charred on lamp 1 qian, or stir-fry in sesame oil 3 qian, grind and take. Burnt tip of a broken brush to ash, dissolve wax to make pills and take.
Pinellia Tuber (Beimu, 1 qian, remove heart, grind), Okra Seeds (Kui zi, 70 grains, stir-fry, grind), Balsam Apple Seeds (Fengxianhua zi, stir-fry, grind), Ash from straw sandals on roadside (Lu pang Caoxie bi, burnt to ash, 2 qian), Frankincense (Ruxiang, sweating, ground, 1 qian), Tribulus Fruit (Bajili), Pinellia Tuber (Beimu, equal parts ground, 3 qian), Hearth Soil (Zaoxintu, ground, 2 qian). Choose any one ingredient, take with wine or rice soup. Heat Nu Ya (arrowhead shaft) red, quench in wine and drink; or burn handle head to ash; or seven Sophora seeds (Huai zi); or moxa cone (Xi Ai zhu) moxibustion on tip of right little toe, three burns; or mash Castor Bean (Bimaren rou), apply to sole of foot (remove immediately after birth); or decoct Vigna Angularis (Chixiaodou) juice and take.
Breech Presentation (Hengsheng): Motherwort Herb (Yimucao, 6 liang), decoct with urine of an uncircumcised boy and wine. If cold weather makes it hard to deliver, Wuji San (Five Accumulations Powder) added with Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Okra Seeds (Kui zi), Snake Slough (Shetui) decoct and take. Caused by violating taboos, Cinnabar Talisman (Zhusha fu) burnt to ash, take with wine.
Postpartum Qi Collapse: Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 5 qian), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 2 qian), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui, 2 qian), decoct and take. If very deficient, double Renshen, add Prepared Aconite Root (Zhi Fuzi, 1 qian).
