右等分，事治为末。每服三钱，百沸汤点服，空心食。前日午食、前晚食前各一服。前项二方治水肿病。余见乡人有患水疾，半年后得名医获瘥。余遂日计来此医人，多酬黄白之物，遂得此二方。余试用之，百发百中，获济者无数。世间所有水病方药无此二方之右者。余初出《本事方》前集尚有此，后集二帙，初深秘之，今见前集已盛行于世，此后集今亦略传一二。仁者使天下皆得，脐尽天年，毋罹枉毙云。治妇人经脉不通，即化黄水，水流四肢，则遍身皆肿，名日血分。其候与水肿相类一等，庸医不问源流，便作水疾治之，非唯无效又恐丧命。此乃医杀之也，宜用比方力效。人参川当归瞿麦穗大黄湿纸裹，二升米上蒸，米熟去纸，焙干赤芍药桂去皮白茯苓已上各半两苦葶苈炒，二分右为细末，炼蜜圆，如梧桐子大。每服十五圆，空心米饮下，渐加二十圆，止于三十圆。每无不效者。
治诸泻痢疾(附大便秘)
治冷热痢疾(无疾字有等患二宇)。
右件（口父）咀，分作三服。每服入蜜十文，用水一盏，煎至七分，温服，空心下。
治一切痢
右同研细，用黄蜡溶和药末为膏，旋圆如绿豆大，每服三圆，饭饮下。小儿圆如粟米大，饭饮下。忌荤腥。
治赤白痢
右三处为末，留心认记。赤痢用赤芍药末，一钱，香附子末半钱，地榆末例用一钱，蜜一匕，水一盏，煎五七沸，空心温服。白痢，香附子末一钱，芍药半钱，地榆一钱，蜜一匕，水一盏，同煮至七分，空心温服。日二服，小儿加减与之。
治脾胃有积，脏腑不宁，冷热相搏，遂成赤白痢疾。不思饮食，腹痛不可忍，并皆治之。
罂粟壳四两，蜜炙川当归半两甘草同炙白芍药桂去粗皮诃子白善土(道按：白善土即白亚土)煅各半两
右为细末。每服五钱，沸汤点服，空心服。或用生姜二片，枣子二枚，同煎至七分，空心服尤妙。
右为细末，面糊为圆，如梧桐子大。每服三十圆，陈米饮下，小儿十圆。
右四味半生半炒，用水一碗，药散四钱，煎至七分，空心温服。尽此一剂，无不效者。
治泻痢
右为末，面糊为圆，如梧桐子大。每服三十圆，饭饮，空心送下。霍乱吐泻，浆水下。
草乌大者，一两半
右将一半烧灰，一半生用，为末，醋糊为圆，如绿豆大，每服七圆。赤痢甘草汤下，白痢
干姜汤下，水泻井花水下，并空心服。忌腥臊(臊下有热毒生冷四字)。
治大便秘结
大黑腰枣(三个)
右将枣子擘开，去核。水银粉于枣核孔中塞满，湿纸裹煨。用生葱、茶清嚼下。治大人、妇人膈上虚发，肺腑痰奎，调三焦，开胃口。大小便秘结不通及肠风等疾并皆治之。
右为末。除出麻仁研为膏，次入前药，炼为圆，如梧桐子大。每服二十圆，空心茶酒任下。
治大便秘结搜风宽肠
青皮去白威灵仙去头，洗，各二两大黄一两半大戟一两牛蒡于四两，新瓦上炒右为末。每服一钱，人实壮每服三钱，蜜酒调下，服毕漱口。
枳壳一两，面炒，去穰川朴硝一两川大黄同牛蒡子半两，炒芎䓖二分郁李仁一两半，去皮
右（口父）咀。每服二大钱，水一盏，灯心数茎，煎至七分，临卧时温服。
治大小便秘结日欲死者
推车七个(车下有客字．道按：推车客，蜣螂一名)土狗同(如男子病，推车客用头，土狗用身，如女人病，土狗用头，推车客用身)
右新瓦上焙干，为末，只一服。用虎目树皮(虎目树，椿一名，向南者，浓煎汁调服，经验如神。
治赤白痢
罂粟汤一贴，局中者力口白术半两
右将白术分作二分，罂粟汤全贴，只作一服。煎入白术一半，服毕。再将滓加白术一半，甘草三寸，木瓜三枚，同煎又服，立效。
极妙痢药
右将上件五味（口父）咀，用水十盏，煎取三盏
次用下药：
茯苓七钱重粉草同北枣子七个右为末。将煎药汁入此三味，再煎。五七沸，去滓，空心温服。甚者不过两剂，小可痢则一剂效。
治痢妙应圆
黄丹三钱重巴豆四十九粒，去油右二味研为末，黄蜡溶开，入药调匀。候冷取出，安瓦合于盛。要用时，旋圆如绿豆大。每服四五圆。赤痢甘草汤下；白痢干姜汤下；赤白痢相杂，干姜甘草同煎汤下，可加乌梅同煎；水泻米汤下，疟疾桃叶七片揉水，面北五更初下，发日服。
救命延年治丈夫妇人一切重痢
黄连六两干姜当归川者阿胶各三西右三件为末。用米醋煮阿胶，令消尽(须用，则料得醋恰好，不可剩)。将药末搜醋，圆如梧桐子大。每服三十圆，饭饮吞下甚妙如神。痢方中之魁也。
治痢疾
右二味和炒赤色，各研为末。以绿豆打糊为圆，如○大，作记认，二处安顿(巴豆末作一处圆，黄连末别作圆)。白痢，黄连圆二十粒，米汤米泔下，赤痢，巴豆(豆下有圆字)二十粒，用井花水下。
治妇人胎前产后赤白痢
生姜年少者百钱重，年老者二百钱重，时自然汁鸭子一双，打碎入姜汁内搅匀(时作取双作只。)
右二味煎至八分，入蒲黄三钱重，煎五七沸，温汤空心服，立效。(此二方授于抚州章道人道按：鸭子印野鸭卵，俗名阿比留多方古)。

大凡五痔，皆因虚惫，恣食五辛五味、鸡鱼而成。热毒壅入大肠，津液不通，气血凝滞。久坐久忍不粪水，冷入河水洗，酒后行房，及暑月行路坐诸热地又移坐冷，种种能成斯病。一者肛肠生肉，肾痔鼠你或似樱桃，或似大豆，时时出血，又如出脓，名曰鼠你痔。二者肛边大乳痛肿，无脓血，名曰酒痔。饮酒便发。三者肛边努核，疼痛难忍，粪则有血。或因忧愁思虑，冷热不调，无时而发，名曰气痔。或大便涩难，气结不通，下血面黄，食少无味，名曰劳痔。四者大便后下诸脓血，更加痛涩，肛肠努出，名曰脱肛痔。五者气攻两肾腧，大便不通，粪血色，下赤黑，毒热不消，肛门湿痒，一似虫行，名曰风热内痔。五痔者因房室大劳，多食鸡鱼陈久之物，即成斯疾也，熏洗痔方。
枳壳不拘多少
右为末。每服二钱，水一盏，砂瓶内煎百沸，先去瓶上坐熏，后却泻出，通手热洗，妙。
治痔下肿痛
右为末。每服二钱，饭饮调下。
治痔漏疮方
鸡子一双，煮熟去黄，取白切焙白矾明者，如皂角子大，匙上焙过用，三两
右为末，先用温汤净拭干。用纸捻点药，送入疮孔内，立效。一日三易。
治痔方
右为细末，绵块点药扑上。如痔干，可用调傅。
牵牛青皮威灵仙大戟大黄右为末。量人大小，每服一钱、二钱至三钱，用蜜酒调下，须用冷熟水漱口。
治男子妇人诸般痔漏
有为末。粪花漏，每服一钱，甘草汤下。合官漏，酸醋调一钱。滴珠漏，山栀子三个煎汤下半钱。荣漏，姜汤调下半钱。肠风，米饮下一钱。
治痔
右一味烧，苦竹沥调傅。
治痔诸痛
右将蜈蚣、白矾二味为末。用枣肉圆，分作二圆。烧烟用竹筒透引，烟熏痔妙。
右（口父）咀，每服二钱。生姜二片，白矾一块，水一盏，同煎至七八分，去滓，空心服。
又方鸡冠花不拘多少
右件并入乳钵内，研令撅细。如痔或有珠子者，将白矾汤净洗拭干，用手捻药揩在痔肉．上，揩得痒时便是药行。一日二次，用又洗去，五日后住药，见效。如咸有孔，即用纸捻子引药送入，令彻其内，更用纸塞孔。前一日两次，使药自能生合。
治风痔漏不问有头羌羌头定三日安
藜兰烧灰，半两白角针只用针不用皮、条，炒，二钱天麻半两干姜同莲子草一两真麝半钱橘子硫黄一两明矾同研苦瓜蒌一个，大者(道按：藜茄即藜芦，白角针印皂角刺，莲子草即旱莲草。)
右将瓜蒌开一孔，如小钱大，入矾并硫黄在内，却将元掩合定，藤纸糊，却瓦罐子盛坐砖上，炭火煅令烟尽为度。瓶内闭死，候冷取出，研细。同前六味药末和，令匀，炼蜜圆，如梧桐子大。每服十圆至十五圆，空心温酒下，日三服，三日见效。忌油、面、腌藏牛马肉、鱼腥、生冷、行房、行远、劳力，一切忌之。
圣方痔药
右用瓦罐盛泥固济，猛火煅通红，取出，去泥用药，细研为末。五更时用，不语，津调傅痔头上，不过三服效。
右件为末。每服一钱，薄荷酒下。
治痔方
右为末。用好醋二升熬成膏，痔上点之效。
治痔头疼痛有疮脓水不止方
朱砂三钱砒半钱麝好者，二分巴豆一粒，去油安息香一分阿魏一分，面裹煨熟
右为末，蒸饼为圆，如绿豆大。每服空心枳壳汤下一圆，不过十日取效。

右将鱼破开，去尽肠，入白矾令满，瓦上烧过，并为细末。用鸡毛卷药，傅之立效。
右等分为末。醋糊圆，如梧桐子大。每服二十圆，空心温酒下。
右为细末，姜汁糊圆，如此○大，每服三十圆，温酒空心下。
城市河中水
右一桶水，脱衣坐水中频洗，即止痔亦可。不过三五次，立效。

川乌草乌各一两
右为末。用生姜汁调作掩子，贴损处，又线缚定。
治打损接骨方
接骨木(半两乃蒴藉是)好乳香(半钱)赤芍药川当归川芎自然铜(各一两)右件为末。用黄蜡四两溶入前药末，搅匀，候温软，众手圆如大龙眼。如打伤筋骨及闪枘著疼痛不甚忍者，用药一圆，好旧无灰热酒一盏，浸药，候药渍失开，承热呷之，痛绝便止。若大段伤损碎折，先整了骨，用前药贴了。然后服此，表里两次无不效者。此二方是一副，不可分开。余得之费数十缗，今不敢秘。
治打扑伤损
右为末。每服二钱，用温无灰酒调。吃黑水牛肉、萝卜，只得使盐。此二物之外并皆忌之，不得吃。
治打扑伤损定痛掩
木瓜术蜜陀僧等分
右为末，入面少许，调作糊，贴痛处。
又方草乌白僵蚕苍术各等分
右为末，姜汁调，贴痛处。
没药乳香芍药川椒去子及闭目者川芎当归(各半两)自然铜(三钱半，炭火烧)
右为细末，用黄蜡二两溶开，入药末，不住手搅匀，温圆如弹子大。每服一圆，用好酒煎开、消尽，乘热一服吃尽。看那处痛向痛处卧，霎时服三五圆，立效。
治打扑伤损
生葛根
右一味捣烂，用米醋调开，摊痛处，绵缚定。
又方右野柳树根细杵，用米醋调开，摊痛吐。
将上述药物等量份，捣碎研为细末。每次服用三钱，用滚开水冲服，空腹时服用。在昨天中午饭前、前天晚饭前各服用一次。以上两个方子用于治疗水肿病。我曾在乡间见到有人患水气病，半年后得到名医治疗才痊愈。于是我每天计算来此求医的人数，大多酬谢金银财物，从而得到了这两个方子。我亲自试用，百发百中，受益者无数。世间所有治疗水病的方药，没有比这两个方子更好的。我当初出版《本事方》前集时还有这些内容，后集分为两卷，起初深深保密，现在见前集已在世上广泛流行，此后集如今也略微流传一二。希望仁爱的人能让天下人都能得到（这些方子），以此尽享天年，不要遭受枉死。
治疗妇人经脉不通，就会化为黄水，水流注四肢，则遍身皆肿，名叫血分证。其症状表现与水肿非常相似，庸医不问病因源头，便当作水气病治疗，不仅无效，恐怕还会丧命。这是被医生误治致死的，适宜使用本方，效力显著。人参、川当归、瞿麦穗、大黄（用湿纸包裹，放在二升米上蒸，米熟后去掉纸，焙干）、赤芍药、桂枝（去皮）、白茯苓，以上各半两；苦葶苈（炒），二分。以上药物研为细末，炼蜜制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用十五丸，空腹时用米汤送下，逐渐增加到二十丸，最多不超过三十丸。每次服用无不奏效的。
治疗冷痢和热痢（原文无“痢”字，有“等患”二字）。
罂粟壳二两，白姜三钱重，甘草五钱重，芥叶半两（白姜即干姜）。
以上药物捣碎，分作三次服用。每次服用加入蜂蜜十文，用水一盏，煎至七分，温服，空腹服用。
治疗一切痢疾
以上药物一同研细，用黄蜡熔化调和药末成膏，随时搓成如绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用三丸，用饭饮送下。小儿丸剂如粟米大小，用饭饮送下。忌食荤腥。
治疗赤白痢
以上三种药物研为细末，留心记住。赤色痢疾用赤芍药末一钱，香附子末半钱，地榆末同样用一钱，加蜂蜜一匕，水一盏，煎煮五到七沸，空腹温服。白色痢疾，用香附子末一钱，芍药半钱，地榆一钱，蜂蜜一匕，水一盏，同煮至七分，空腹温服。每日两次，小儿根据情况加减剂量给予。
治疗脾胃有积滞，脏腑不安，冷热邪气相搏结，遂成赤白痢疾。不思饮食，腹痛难以忍受，均能治疗。
罂粟壳四两（蜜炙），川当归半两，甘草（同炙），白芍药，桂枝（去粗皮），诃子，白善土（按：白善土即白亚土）煅制，各半两。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用五钱，用沸水冲服，空腹服用。或者用生姜两片，枣子两枚，同煎至七分，空腹服用尤其好。

以上四味药半生半炒，用水一碗，药散四钱，煎至七分，空腹温服。服完这一剂，无不奏效的。
治疗泻痢
以上药物研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十丸，用饭饮空腹送下。霍乱吐泻，浆水下注。
草乌（大的），一两半。
以上药物将一半烧成灰，一半生用，研为细末，用醋糊制成丸剂，如绿豆大小，每次服用七丸。赤色痢疾用甘草汤送下，白色痢疾用干姜汤送下，水泻用井花水送下，均空腹服用。忌食腥臊（臊下有“热毒生冷”四字）。
治疗大便秘结
大黑腰枣（三个）。
以上药物将枣子掰开，去核。将水银粉塞满枣核孔中，用湿纸包裹煨熟。用生葱、茶清嚼服。治疗大人、妇人膈上虚火发作，肺腑痰壅，调理三焦，开通胃口。大小便秘结不通及肠风等疾病均能治疗。
以上药物研为细末。除去麻仁研为膏，其次加入前面的药，炼制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹时喝茶或酒任便送下。
治疗大便秘结，搜风宽肠
青皮（去白）、威灵仙（去头，洗），各二两；大黄一两半；大戟一两；牛蒡子四两，在新瓦上炒。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，身体壮实的人每次服用三钱，用蜜酒调下，服完后漱口。
枳壳一两（面炒，去瓤），川朴硝一两，川大黄同牛蒡子半两（炒），芎䓖二分，郁李仁一两半（去皮）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一大钱，用蜜水调下。忌食一切热毒等物。
以上药物捣碎。每次服用两大钱，用水一盏，灯心草数茎，煎至七分，临睡前温服。
治疗大小便秘结，痛苦欲死者
推车客七个（车下有“客”字，按：推车客，蜣螂一名）；土狗同（如男子患病，推车客用头部，土狗用身体；如女子患病，土狗用头部，推车客用身体）。
以上药物在新瓦上焙干，研为细末，只需服用一次。用虎目树皮（虎目树，椿树一名，向南生长的），浓煎汁液调服，经验神效。
治疗赤白痢
罂粟汤一贴，局方中的加白术半两。
以上药物将白术分作两份，罂粟汤全贴，只作一次服用。煎入一半白术，服完。再将药渣加入另一半白术，甘草三寸，木瓜三枚，同煎再次服用，立即见效。
极妙的痢疾药
以上五味药物捣碎，用水十盏，煎取三盏。
接着使用下面的药物：
以上药物研为细末。将煎好的药汁加入这三味药，再煎。煮沸五到七次，去渣，空腹温服。严重的不过两剂，轻微的痢疾一剂见效。
治疗痢疾妙应丸
以上两味药物研为细末，黄蜡熔化，加入药末调匀。冷却后取出，放在瓦盒中保存。要用时，随时搓成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用四五丸。赤色痢疾用甘草汤送下；白色痢疾用干姜汤送下；赤白痢混杂，用干姜甘草同煎汤送下，可加乌梅同煎；水泻用米汤送下，疟疾用桃叶七片揉水，面向北方在五更初服用，发病日服用。
救命延年，治疗丈夫妇人一切重症痢疾
以上三件药物研为细末。用米醋煮阿胶，令其完全融化（必须用量恰当，不可剩余）。将药末拌入醋中，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用饭饮吞下，甚妙如神。这是痢疾方中的魁首。
治疗痢疾
以上两味药物混合炒至红色，分别研为细末。以绿豆打糊制成丸剂，如○大小，做标记区分，分两处安放（巴豆末做成一处丸，黄连末另做一处丸）。白色痢疾，服用黄连丸二十粒，用米汤或米泔水送下；赤色痢疾，服用巴豆丸二十粒，用井花水送下。
治疗妇人胎前产后赤白痢

治疗各种痔疮疾病（并论述五痔）
大凡五种痔疮，都是因为身体虚弱疲惫，放纵食用五辛五味、鸡鱼等食物而成。热毒壅塞进入大肠，津液不通，气血凝滞。久坐久忍不便，冷水入河洗澡，酒后行房，以及暑月走路坐于各种热地上又移坐冷处，种种情况都能导致这种病。第一种是肛肠生肉，肾痔鼠瘘，有的像樱桃，有的像大豆，时常出血，又如出脓，名叫鼠瘘痔。第二种是肛边大乳痛肿，无脓血，名叫酒痔。饮酒就发作。第三种是肛边努出硬核，疼痛难忍，排便则有血。或因忧愁思虑，冷热不调，无时而发，名叫气痔。或者大便涩滞困难，气结不通，下血面色黄，食少无味，名叫劳痔。第四种是大便后下诸脓血，更加痛涩，肛肠努出，名叫脱肛痔。第五种是气攻两肾腧穴，大便不通，粪血色，下赤黑色，毒热不消，肛门湿痒，一似虫行，名叫风热内痔。这五种痔疮是因为房事过度劳累，多食鸡鱼陈旧之物，就形成这种疾病了，熏洗痔疮方。
枳壳不拘多少。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用水一盏，砂瓶内煎至沸腾，先去瓶口坐熏，然后倒出，用手试温热清洗，奇妙。
治疗痔疮下肿痛
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用饭饮调下。
治疗痔漏疮方
鸡蛋一双，煮熟去黄，取白切焙；白矾明者，如皂角子大，匙上焙过用，三两。
以上药物研为细末，先用温汤洗净擦干。用纸捻蘸药，送入疮孔内，立即见效。一日更换三次。
治疗痔疮方
以上药物研为细末，用棉块蘸药扑上。如果痔疮干燥，可用调敷。
治疗因痔疮阻碍大便秘结
以上药物研为细末。根据人大小，每次服用一钱、二钱至三钱，用蜜酒调下，须用冷熟水漱口。
治疗男子妇人各种痔漏
研为细末。粪花漏，每次服用一钱，甘草汤送下。合官漏，酸醋调一钱。滴珠漏，山栀子三个煎汤下半钱。荣漏，姜汤调下半钱。肠风，米饮下一钱。
治疗痔疮
以上一味药烧灰，用苦竹沥调敷。

藜芦烧灰，半两；白角针只用针不用皮、条，炒，二钱；天麻半两；干姜同莲子草一两；真麝半钱；橘子硫黄一两；明矾同研；苦瓜蒌一个，大者（按：藜茄即藜芦，白角针即皂角刺，莲子草即旱莲草）。
以上将瓜蒌开一孔，如小钱大，放入矾并硫黄在内，却将原掩合定，藤纸糊，放在瓦罐子里坐在砖上，炭火煅令烟尽为止。瓶内闭死，冷却后取出，研细。同前面六种药末混合均匀，炼蜜制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用十丸至十五丸，空腹温酒送下，每日三次，三天见效。忌食油、面、腌藏牛马肉、鱼腥、生冷、行房、行远、劳力，一切禁忌。
圣方痔药
白矾、血俞石竹各半两，胡椒二十粒（血俞即蛞蝓，石竹即瞿麦）。
以上用瓦罐盛泥固济，猛火煅通红，取出，去泥用药，细研为细末。五更时使用，不语，津液调敷痔头上，不过三服见效。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，薄荷酒送下。
治疗痔疮方
以上药物研为细末。用好醋二升熬成膏，点在痔疮上有效。
治疗痔头疼痛有疮脓水不止方
朱砂三钱，砒半钱，麝香好者二分，巴豆一粒（去油），安息香一分，阿魏一分（面裹煨熟）。
以上药物研为细末，蒸饼制成丸剂，如绿豆大小。每次空腹用枳壳汤送下一丸，不过十日见效。
理痔方

斑猫十个，轻粉半钱，马牙硝三十文，好红椒一钱，黄皮半两（按：黄皮即陈皮）。
以上药物研为细末，先用皂角、荆芥洗令净，拭干。用麻油调药傅。
收痔方
以上药物研为细末，入轻粉、麝香各少许，麻油调傅立即收敛。此药不能去根，只是延缓急症期限而已。
鲫鱼一个。
以上将鱼破开，去尽肠，入白矾令满，瓦上烧过，并为细末。用鸡毛卷药，傅之立即见效。
以上等分为末。醋糊制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹温酒送下。
以上为细末，姜汁糊制成丸剂，如○大小，每次服用三十丸，温酒空腹送下。
城市河中水。
以上一桶水，脱衣坐水中频繁清洗，即可止住痔疮也可以。不过三五次，立即见效。
治疗各种痔疮疾病
以上药物捣碎，瓦罐内煎二十沸，安身于罐上，坐熏其痔疮疾病。堪手下则洗之，有效。
以上各等分为细末。每次服用二钱，米泔调下甚妙。此方乃吴知府宅方。

川乌、草乌各一两。
以上药物研为细末。用生姜汁调作掩子，贴于损伤处，又线缚定。
治疗打损接骨方
接骨木（半两，乃蒴藋是），好乳香（半钱），赤芍药、川当归、川芎、自然铜（各一两）。
以上药物研为细末。用黄蜡四两溶入前面药末，搅匀，候温软，众人手搓如大龙眼大小。如打伤筋骨及闪挫疼痛不甚忍者，用药一丸，好旧无灰热酒一盏，浸药，候药渍失开，承热呷之，痛绝便止。若大段伤损碎折，先整了骨，用前面药贴了。然后服用此药，表里两次无不奏效的。这两个方子是一副，不可分开。我花费数十缗得到，现在不敢保密。
治疗打扑伤损
草乌五两，没药三钱，自然铜半两，青皮二两，苦丁香十个（甜瓜蒂是）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用温无灰酒调。吃黑水牛肉、萝卜，只得使盐。这两种东西之外都禁忌，不得吃。
治疗打扑伤损定痛掩
木瓜、术、蜜陀僧，各等分。
以上药物研为细末，入面少许，调作糊，贴于痛处。
又一方：草乌、白僵蚕、苍术，各等分。
以上药物研为细末，姜汁调，贴于痛处。
没药、乳香、芍药、川椒（去子及闭目者）、川芎、当归（各半两），自然铜（三钱半，炭火烧）。
以上药物研为细末，用黄蜡二两溶开，入药末，不住手搅匀，温搓如弹子大小。每次服用一丸，用好酒煎开、消尽，乘热一服吃尽。看那处痛向痛处卧，霎时服三五丸，立即见效。
治疗打扑伤损
生葛根。
以上一味药捣烂，用米醋调开，摊于痛处，绵缚定。
又一方：右野柳树根细杵，用米醋调开，摊于痛处。
Crush the aforementioned ingredients into equal parts and grind them into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with boiling water, taken on an empty stomach. Administer one dose before lunch yesterday and one dose before dinner the day before. The above two formulas are used to treat edema (Shuizhong Bing). I once witnessed a villager suffering from water qi disease who recovered after six months under the care of a skilled physician. Consequently, I kept a daily count of those seeking medical advice here, most of whom offered gold and silver as remuneration, through which I obtained these two formulas. Having tested them myself, they have proven effective in every instance, benefiting countless individuals. Among all remedies for water diseases in the world, none surpass these two. When I initially published the first collection of *Ben Shi Fang*, these contents were included. The second collection consists of two volumes; originally kept strictly secret, seeing that the first collection has become widely popular, I now allow this second collection to circulate slightly. May benevolent people enable everyone in the world to access these, thereby fulfilling their natural lifespan and avoiding unjust death.
For women with obstructed menstruation leading to transformation into yellow fluid, which flows to the limbs causing generalized swelling, this is termed Blood Branch Syndrome (Xue Fen). Its symptoms closely resemble edema. Unskilled physicians, without investigating the root cause, often treat it as water qi disease, which not only proves ineffective but may also lead to death. This constitutes medical malpractice. It is advisable to use the following formula for its efficacy: Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix), Chuan Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Qu Mai Sui (Dianthi Herba), Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) wrapped in wet paper and steamed over two sheng of rice until the rice is cooked, then remove the paper and dry by baking; Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra); Gui Zhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) peeled; Bai Fu Ling (Poria) — each of the above half liang; Ku Ting Li (Semen Lepidii et Descurainiae) stir-fried, two fen. Grind all into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose with rice water on an empty stomach, gradually increasing to twenty pills, up to a maximum of thirty pills. Every administration yields effective results.
Treating various dysentery and diarrhea (with constipation attached)
Treating cold and hot dysentery (the original text lacks the character "Li" but includes "deng huan").
Ying Su Ke (Papaveris Pericarpium) two liang, Bai Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Dryus) three qian heavy, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) five qian heavy, Jie Ye (Brassicae Chinensis Folium) half liang (Bai Jiang refers to Gan Jiang/Dried Ginger).
Decoct the above ingredients, dividing into three doses. For each dose, add ten wen of honey and one zhan of water, decoct until seven-tenths remain, take warm on an empty stomach.
Treating all types of dysentery
Pi Shuang (Arsenicum Rubrum) and Huang Dan (Lithargyrum) in equal parts.
Grind together finely, mix with melted yellow beeswax to form a paste, roll into pills the size of mung beans. Take three pills per dose with rice drink. For children, make pills the size of millet grains, taken with rice drink. Avoid meat and fish.
Treating bloody and purulent dysentery
Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Xiang Fu Zi (Cyperi Rhizoma) stir-fried and de-husked, Di Yu (Sanguisorbae Radix) in equal parts.
Grind the above three ingredients into powder. Remember carefully: For bloody dysentery, use one qian of Chi Shao Yao powder, half a qian of Xiang Fu Zi powder, and one qian of Di Yu powder, plus one bi of honey and one zhan of water, boil for five to seven times, take warm on an empty stomach. For white dysentery, use one qian of Xiang Fu Zi powder, half a qian of Shao Yao powder, one qian of Di Yu, one bi of honey, and one zhan of water, decoct until seven-tenths remain, take warm on an empty stomach. Twice daily; adjust dosage for children.
Treating spleen and stomach accumulation, visceral unrest, conflict between cold and heat leading to bloody and purulent dysentery, loss of appetite, and unbearable abdominal pain.
Ying Su Ke (Papaveris Pericarpium) four liang, honey-fried; Chuan Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) half liang; Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) same-fried; Bai Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba); Gui Zhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) de-barked; He Zi (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus); Bai Shan Tu (White Clay) calcined — each half liang.
Grind into fine powder. Take five qian per dose with boiling water on an empty stomach. Alternatively, decoct with two slices of fresh ginger and two jujubes until seven-tenths remain, taking it on an empty stomach is especially excellent.
Another formula: Zhu Yu (Evodiae Fructus), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), E Jiao (Colla Corii Asini), Bai Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) in equal parts, stir-fried together until scorched yellow.
Grind into fine powder, bind with wheat paste into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose with aged rice water; children take ten pills.
Another formula: Black soybeans fifty grains, Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) half liang, Ying Su Ke (Papaveris Pericarpium) fourteen pieces, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) three cun.
The above four ingredients are half raw and half stir-fried. Decoct with one bowl of water and four qian of the herbal powder until seven-tenths remain, take warm on an empty stomach. Completing this single dose guarantees effectiveness.
Treating diarrhea and dysentery
Bai Shi Zhi (Halloysitum Rubrum) and Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) in equal parts.
Grind into powder, bind with wheat paste into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose with rice drink on an empty stomach. For cholera-like vomiting and diarrhea with watery stools.
Treating watery diarrhea and bloody/purulent dysentery
Ca Wu (Aconiti Radix) large ones, one liang and half.
Burn half to ash, keep half raw, grind into powder, bind with vinegar paste into pills the size of mung beans. Take seven pills per dose. For bloody dysentery, administer with Gan Cao Tang (Licorice Decoction); for white dysentery, with Gan Jiang Tang (Dried Ginger Decoction); for watery diarrhea, well water. All taken on an empty stomach. Avoid fishy and pungent foods.
Treating severe constipation
Large black waist dates (three).
Split the dates, remove pits. Fill the pit cavities with Mercury Powder, wrap in wet paper and bake. Chew with fresh green onion and tea liquor. Treats deficiency fire in adults and women, phlegm obstruction in lungs and viscera, regulates San Jiao (Triple Burner), opens stomach appetite. Treats severe constipation, intestinal wind, etc.
Ma Ren (Semen Cannabis) eight qian heavy (Note: Other herbs missing above Ma Ren).
Grind into powder. Remove Ma Ren and grind into paste, then add previous medicines, refine into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills per dose on an empty stomach with tea or wine as desired.
Treating severe constipation, expelling wind and relaxing intestines
Qing Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) de-whitened; Wei Ling Xian (Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma) de-headed and washed — each two liang; Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) one liang and half; Da Ji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) one liang; Niu Bang Zi (Arctii Fructus) four liang, stir-fried on new tile.
Grind into powder. Take one qian per dose; robust individuals take three qian, mixed with honey wine. Rinse mouth after ingestion.
Treating lung wind-toxin heat congestion, nasal congestion, dry mouth, severe constipation
Zhi Qiao (Aurantii Fructus) one liang, flour-stir-fried, de-pithed; Chuan Po Xiao (Natrii Sulfas) one liang; Chuan Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) same; Niu Bang Zi (Arctii Fructus) half liang, stir-fried; Xiong Qiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) two fen; Yu Li Ren (Pruni Semen) one liang and half, de-skinned.
Grind into powder. Take one da qian per dose, mixed with honey water. Avoid all heat-toxin substances.
Treating obstruction of both urination and defecation, stagnation of Qi, Wu Xuan San
Qu Mai (Dianthi Herba), Mu Tong (Akebiae Caulis), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Hu Zhang (Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix), Hua Shi (Talcum) in equal parts.
Crush. Take two da qian per dose, with one zhan of water and several stems of Deng Xin Cao (Junci Medullia), decoct until seven-tenths remain, take warm before sleep.
Treating severe constipation causing agony
Tui Che Ke (Scarabaeus) seven; Tu Gou (Manticora) same (For men, use head of Tui Che Ke and body of Tu Gou; for women, use head of Tu Gou and body of Tui Che Ke).
Dry roast on new tile, grind into powder. Single dose. Use Hu Mu Shu Pi (Toona Sinensis Bark, specifically southern variety), decoct strongly, mix and take. Experience shows miraculous effect.
Treating bloody and purulent dysentery
Ying Su Tang (Poppy Decoction) one patch, add Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) half liang from Bureau Formula.
Divide Bai Zhu into two parts. Use whole Ying Su Tang patch for one dose. Decoct with half the Bai Zhu, take. Then add remaining residue, remaining half Bai Zhu, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) three cun, Mu Gua (Chaenomelis Fructus) three pieces, decoct together and take again. Immediate effect.
Excellent Dysentery Remedy
Shi Liu Pi (Punicae Granati Pericarpium), Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chuan Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Ying Su Ke (Papaveris Pericarpium) — each half liang.
Crush the above five ingredients, decoct with ten zhan of water to obtain three zhan.
Next, use the following medicine:
Fu Ling (Poria) seven qian heavy, Fen Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) same, Bei Zao (Jujubae Fructus) seven pieces.
Grind into powder. Add the decocted liquid to these three ingredients, decoct again. Boil five to seven times, strain, take warm on an empty stomach. Severe cases require no more than two doses; mild cases respond to one dose.
Wonderful Pill for Dysentery
Huang Dan (Lithargyrum) three qian heavy, Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus) forty-nine kernels, oil removed.
Grind the two ingredients into powder, melt yellow beeswax, mix with powder. Cool and store in a clay vessel. Roll into pills the size of mung beans when needed. Take four to five pills per dose. Bloody dysentery with Gan Cao Tang; white dysentery with Gan Jiang Tang; mixed bloody/white with Gan Jiang and Gan Cao decoction (can add Wu Mei); watery diarrhea with rice soup; malaria with juice from seven peach leaves kneaded, face north at wu geng (early morning), take on fever days.
Life-saving and Longevity Remedy for Severe Dysentery in Men and Women
Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) six liang, Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), E Jiao (Colla Corii Asini) — each three liang.
Grind the three items into powder. Dissolve E Jiao in rice vinegar (ensure exact amount, no surplus). Mix powder with vinegar to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose swallowed with rice drink. Extremely effective. This is the chief among dysentery formulas.
Treating Dysentery
Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus) de-shelled — each three liang.
Stir-fry the two together until red, grind separately into powder. Bind with adzuki bean paste into pills marked for distinction (Ba Dou powder pills separate from Huang Lian powder pills). White dysentery: twenty Huang Lian pills with rice water or washings; Bloody dysentery: twenty Ba Dou pills with well water.
Treating pre- and post-natal bloody/purulent dysentery in women
Fresh young ginger (100 qian heavy) or old ginger (200 qian heavy), extract natural juice; one duck egg, crushed and mixed with ginger juice.
Decoct until eight-tenths remain, add Pu Huang (Typhae Pollen) three qian heavy, boil five to seven times, take warm on empty stomach. Immediate effect. (These two formulas were transmitted by Daoist Zhang from Fuzhou. Note: Duck egg refers to wild duck egg, colloquially Abiliuduo Fanggu).

Treating Various Hemorrhoid Diseases (Discussing Five Types of Hemorrhoids)
Generally, the five types of hemorrhoids arise from deficiency and exhaustion, indulgence in five pungents and five flavors, chicken, and fish. Heat-toxin congests into the Large Intestine, fluids fail to circulate, qi and blood stagnate. Prolonged sitting, holding stool, washing in cold river water, sexual intercourse after drinking, walking in summer heat and sitting on hot ground then moving to cold spots—all can cause this disease. First, flesh grows in the anal canal, Kidney Hemorrhoid/Shu Lou, resembling cherries or soybeans, bleeding frequently or oozing pus, named Shu Lou Hemorrhoid. Second, large painful swelling at the anal margin without pus/blood, named Wine Hemorrhoid, triggered by alcohol. Third, hard nodules protruding at anal margin, unbearable pain, blood in stool, triggered by worry/thought or cold-heat imbalance, named Qi Hemorrhoid. Or difficulty in defecation, qi stagnation, bloody stool, sallow complexion, poor appetite, named Labor Hemorrhoid. Fourth, pus and blood after defecation, increased pain/astringency, prolapse of anal canal, named Prolapsed Anal Hemorrhoid. Fifth, qi attacks bilateral Shu points of Kidneys, constipation, dark/black bloody stool, unrelieved heat-toxin, damp-itchy anus feeling like insect crawling, named Wind-Heat Internal Hemorrhoid. These five types result from excessive sexual activity, fatigue, and consumption of old chicken/fish. Moxibustion/Wash Hemorrhoid Formula.
Zhi Qiao (Aurantii Fructus) any amount.
Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose, one zhan of water, decoct in clay pot until boiling. First sit over the bottle fumes, then pour out, wash with hand-testable warmth. Excellent.
Treating Hemorrhoid Swelling and Pain
Zhi Qiao (Aurantii Fructus) one liang, stir-fried with aged millet until yellow-red (discard millet); Qing Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix) one fen.
Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose with rice drink.
Treating Hemorrhoid Fistula and Sores
Two eggs, boiled, remove yolk, take white and bake; Bai Fan (Alumen) clear quality, size of soap pod, baked on spoon, three liang.
Grind into powder. Clean and dry wound with warm water. Apply medicine with paper twist into fistula. Immediate effect. Change three times daily.
Treating Hemorrhoids
Xin Pi (Arsenicum) one liang, calcined until smoke ceases; Gu Jing Cao (Centipedae Herba) three qian; Bai Fan (Alumen) one liang; Niao Sha (Sal Ammoniac) three qian.
Grind into fine powder. Apply with cotton pad. If dry, mix and apply as paste.
Treating Constipation Caused by Hemorrhoids
Qian Niu (Pharbitidis Semen), Qing Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Wei Ling Xian (Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma), Da Ji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix), Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma).
Grind into powder. Dosage based on patient size: one to three qian, mixed with honey wine. Rinse mouth with cool boiled water.
Treating Various Hemorrhoid Fistulas in Men and Women
Yellow Ox Horn, Lang Du (Aconiti Radix Preparata) in equal parts.
Grind into powder. For fecal fistula, take one qian with Gan Cao Tang. For combined fistula, mix one qian with sour vinegar. For dripping pearl fistula, decoct three Gardenia fruits, take half qian with liquid. For Rong fistula, mix half qian with ginger soup. For Intestinal Wind, take one qian with rice drink.
Treating Hemorrhoids
Shen Xiang (Agarwood/Resurrection Incense) clear quality, burn to ash.
Burn the single ingredient, mix with bitter bamboo sap for application.
Treating Various Hemorrhoid Pains
One large centipede, three large Qingzhou dates, one piece of Bai Fan (Alumen) date-sized.
Grind centipede and Bai Fan into powder. Form pills with date pulp, divide into two. Burn smoke, guide through bamboo tube to fumigate hemorrhoids. Excellent.
Treating Intestinal Wind and Hemorrhoid Fistula
Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) stir-fried — equal parts.
Crush. Take two qian per dose. Two slices ginger, one piece Bai Fan, one zhan water, decoct until seven to eight-tenths remain, strain, take on empty stomach.
Another formula: Ji Guan Hua (Celosiae Cristatae Flos) any amount.
Decoct strongly, take one zhan per dose on empty stomach.
Treating Hemorrhoid Fistula caused by Large Intestine Wind-Heat
Sheng Pi (Arsenicum) one zi, Shui Yin (Hydrargyrum) one grain rice-sized, Ni Fen (Calomelas) one zi, Zhen She (Moschus) one grain soybean-sized.
Grind in mortar until extremely fine. If hemorrhoid has nodule, wash with Bai Fan solution, dry, rub medicine onto hemorrhoid flesh until itching occurs (indicating drug action). Twice daily, wash off after use. Stop medication after five days for effect. If perforated, insert medicine via paper twist, pack hole with paper. Twice daily previously, allows self-healing.
Treating Wind Hemorrhoid Fistula regardless of head, stabilizing in three days
Li Lu (Veratri Rhizoma) burned to ash, half liang; Bai Jiao Zhen (Gleditsiae Spina) needles only, stir-fried, two qian; Tian Ma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) half liang; Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) same; Lian Zi Cao (Ecliptae Herba) one liang; Zhen She (Moschus) half qian; Ju Zi Liu Huang (Sulfur processed with Citrus) one liang; Ming Fan (Alumen) ground together; Ku Gua Lou (Trichosanthis Fructus) one large (Note: Li Qie is Li Lu, Bai Jiao Zhen is Gleditsiae Spina, Lian Zi Cao is Ecliptae Herba).
Make hole in Lou, size of small coin, insert Fan and Liu Huang, seal with original cover, paste with vine paper, place in clay jar on brick, roast over charcoal until smoke ceases. Seal jar, cool, grind fine. Mix with previous six powders, bind with honey into Sophora-sized pills. Take ten to fifteen pills per dose with warm wine on empty stomach, three times daily. Effective in three days. Avoid oil, noodles, cured beef/horse, fish, raw/cold food, sex, long walks, labor. All forbidden.
Holy Hemorrhoid Remedy
Bai Fan (Alumen), Xue Yu Shi Zhu (Slugs and Dianthus) each half liang, Hu Jiao (Piperis Longi Fructus) twenty grains (Note: Xue Yu is slug, Shi Zhu is Dianthus).
Place in clay jar, seal with mud, roast red hot, remove mud, grind fine. Use at wu geng, do not speak, mix with saliva, apply to hemorrhoid head. Effective within three doses.
Treating Flesh Hemorrhoid and Large Intestine Headache
Xian Mao (Curculiginis Rhizoma), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Juan Bai (Selaginellae Tenuifoliae Herba) each one liang, Yu Li Ren (Pruni Semen) three qian.
Grind into powder. Take one qian per dose with mint wine.
Treating Hemorrhoids
Bai Fan (Alumen), Ru Xiang (Olibanum) each one liang, Ni Fan (Vitriolum)少许.
Grind into powder. Boil two sheng of good vinegar into paste, apply to hemorrhoids. Effective.
Treating Hemorrhoid Pain with Pus and Bleeding
Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) three qian, Pi (Arsenicum) half qian, Hao She (Moschus) two fen, Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus) one kernel de-oiled, An Xi Xiang (Benzoin), A Wei (Ferulae Resina) one fen each (wrapped in flour and roasted).
Grind into powder, bind with steamed bread dough into mung-bean-sized pills. Take one pill on empty stomach with Zhi Qiao Tang. Effective within ten days.
Managing Hemorrhoids
Wu Ling Zhi (Trogopterori Faeces) four qian, Ni Fen (Calomelas) half liang, She Xiang (Moschus) thirty wen.
Grind into powder. Wash with Gan Cao Tang first, then apply with saliva. If wet, apply dry powder.
Fumigation Formula
Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) five qian, She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus) half liang, She Tui (Bombyx Batryticatus) one strip.
Grind into powder. Use one qian, decoct in water for fumigation and washing.
Transmitted Hemorrhoid Formula

Grind into powder. Mix with fresh ginger juice to form paste, apply to injury site, bind with thread.

Jie Gu Mu (Sambuci Caulis) half liang (which is Shuo Luo); Hao Ru Xiang (Olibanum) half qian; Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Chuan Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Zi Ran Tong (Pyritum) each one liang.
Grind into powder. Melt four liang of yellow beeswax, mix with powder, cool until soft, roll into large longan-sized balls. For bone/tendon injury or sprain with intolerable pain, take one ball, soak in one zhan of good old unfiltered hot wine until dissolved, drink warm. Pain stops immediately. For severe fractures, set bone first, apply previous external medicine, then take this internally. Both internal and external applications are effective. These two formulas are one set, do not separate. Obtained at cost of dozens of strings of cash, now not keeping secret.
