烫火伤
最忌浸冷水中，防火毒攻心。并勿服寒冷之药，但用好酒洗，拔其热毒，或服玄妙饮。

冬青叶同醋煮数沸，略滴麻油少许在内，取叶换贴自好。（《单方秘录》）
杖伤（久烂，中有四五分深潭不能收口，用此方掺之，数日愈。）
血竭一钱 朱丹 轻粉各二钱 白占□钱
共末掺上。一日夜其肉四围生起，两日即平。（出门秘方）
杖后即饮童便一碗，以免血攻心，再用热豆腐铺在杖伤处，其气如蒸，其腐即紫，复易
之，令紫色散尽，转淡红色为度。若杖疮肿痛，雄黄二分，密陀僧一分，研。水调敷极妙。
凡杖后日服白芨末，米饮下。神效。（俱出秘方）
夹棍伤
一出衙门，即用热童便一盆将手足浸之，如便冷，烧红砖二块淬之即热，直浸至童便面
上浮起白油，其伤尽出矣，不疫不，再用肥皂捣如泥，入鸡子清和匀，罨患处，以草纸包。

烫火伤
最忌讳将患处浸泡在冷水中，以防火热毒邪内攻入心。也不要服用寒凉性质的药物，只需用好酒清洗患处，以拔除热毒，或者服用玄妙饮。
黄连、天花粉、玄参各二钱；陈皮、桔梗、山栀仁各一钱五分；淡竹叶三十片。
用水煎煮后服用。如果药不方便获取，可服用童便（儿童尿液）来保护心脏，使心火不能向内攻冲，随后取大黄粉末，用桐油调和敷于患处。即使是垂危的病人，也能保全无恙。（医方均记载于此）
另一种方法：用猪毛烧存性后研成粉末。加入少量轻粉、白硼砂，用麻油调和敷用，绝不会留下疤痕。（出自《秘方集验》）
遍身烧烂
可以服用萝卜汁，或者服用童便，随后取一两瓮好酒倒入浴缸中，让患者浸泡在酒中，即使病情极重也不会死亡。

人咬伤
用热尿洗去牙齿上的牙垢、瘀血，用蝉酥丸涂抹在孔洞中。或者嚼碎生白果涂抹在伤口上。如果疼痛，用浸过麻油的纸点燃火焰熏烤伤口，用干粪便装入荔枝壳内，外加艾条围灸，以不痛为度。（出自单方）
咬伤手指（疼痛难忍，久则导致手指及手掌腐烂脱落，各方书未记载此法）
紧急时用尿液装入瓶中，将受伤的手指浸入其中，一晚即可痊愈。如果已经腐烂，可用寸蛇、乌龟壳灰敷在伤口上。（出自《赤水玄珠》）

冬青叶同醋煮沸数次，滴入少许麻油在内，取出叶片换贴患处，自会好转。（出自《单方秘录》）

血竭一钱，朱砂、轻粉各二钱，白占□钱（原文缺字，推测为“白蜡”或类似物）。

杖打后立即饮用一碗童便，以避免瘀血攻心，再用热豆腐铺在杖伤处，热气如蒸，豆腐变紫后即更换，令紫色散尽，转为淡红色为止。如果杖疮肿痛，用雄黄二分，密陀僧一分，研细，用水调敷效果极佳。
凡是受杖刑后，每日服用白芨粉末，米汤送下。神效。（均出自秘方）
夹棍伤
一出衙门，立即用一盆热童便将手足浸泡其中，如果尿液变冷，烧两块红砖淬入尿液中使其变热，一直浸泡到童便表面浮起白油，伤势尽出矣，不感染不溃烂，再用肥皂捣成泥状，加入鸡蛋清和匀，敷盖患处，用草纸包裹。
人中白一两，乳香（用箬叶炙）二钱，没药（同上法处理），牛膝三钱（研成末），木耳（烧灰存性）五钱，自然铜（煅）五钱。
再用牛膝煎酒调服三至五钱。如果没有粉末药，可用归尾、川芎、乳香、独活、壁虱、胡麻、骨碎补、红花、五加皮各一钱，生白酒一壶煎煮数沸，根据酒量饮用。避风寒，厚盖被子出汗，立即痊愈。如果有骨伤，加土鳖虫一枚。（出自《集验方》）
Scalds and Fire Burns
It is most taboo to immerse the injured part in cold water, to prevent fire-toxin from attacking the Heart. Do not take cold-natured medicines; instead, wash the area with good wine to draw out the heat-toxin, or take Xuanmiao Yin (Mysterious Wonder Drink).
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian), Trichosanthis Radix (Huafen), Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen) each 2 qian; Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Gardeniae Semen (Shanzhiren) each 1.5 qian; Lophatheri Herba (Danzhuye) 30 leaves.
Decoct in water and take orally. If the medicine is inconvenient to obtain, take urine of a healthy child (Tongbian) to protect the Heart, preventing Heart-fire from attacking inwardly. Subsequently, take powder of Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang), mix with Sesamum indicum oil (Tongyou), and apply topically. Even patients in critical condition will be preserved unharmed. Another method: Use pig bristles, calcined to retain their nature, and grind into powder. Add a small amount of Calomelas (Qingfen) and Borax Bai (Baibingsha), mix with Sesamum indicum oil (Mayou) for topical application; absolutely no scars will remain. (From *Mifang Jiyuan*)
Generalized Severe Burns
One may drink radish juice or urine of a healthy child (Tongbian). Afterwards, take one or two jars of good wine, pour them into a bathtub, and let the patient immerse themselves in the wine; even in extremely severe cases, death can be avoided.

Knife Wounds
The wound must absolutely not come into contact with water. Apply powder of Tushu Shi (a type of stone), Talcum Powder (Huashi Mo); or scrape powder from bluestone (Qingshi Mo) and apply; or stir-fried blackened Rhubarb (Dahuang) sifted into fine powder and applied; or mix Chen Duan Shi (calcined alum) with Chive Juice (Jiucai Zhi), dry in shade, and apply; or mix equal parts of solid fine charcoal and old Pine Rosin (Lao Songxiang), grind and sift into fine powder, mix with chive juice, dry in shade, sift again into fine powder, and apply; if urgent use is needed, chive juice may be omitted. Metal Wounds Bleeding
Scallion white with roots and leaves roasted until cooked, mashed and applied to the wound; change when cool until healed. (From *Bencao Faming*)
Arrow Wounds
Aged cured meat skinless and deboned, mashed, mixed with Ivory (Xiangya) and Human Nails (Ren Zhijia) each 2 qian, ground into extremely fine powder and mixed with the meat, applied thickly around the wound. Even if the arrow has penetrated deeply like a sharp instrument, it can be managed.
Removing Arrowheads
Huarui Shi (Flower蕊 Stone) (resembling sulfur, with white spots and black dots) calcined in fire seven times, ground into powder and applied around the area; the arrowhead will naturally emerge.
Another method: Slightly roast Semen Crotonis (Badou Ren), grind together with Dung Beetle (Qianglang) and apply to the site. After a moment, pain ceases and slight itching occurs; endure it. When the itching becomes unbearable, shake and pull out the arrowhead, then quickly apply Shengji Yuhong Gao (Regenerate Flesh Jade Red Ointment). (From ...)
Human Bites
Wash away dental plaque and blood stasis with hot urine, apply Chan Su Wan (Cicada Butter Pill) into the hole. Or chew raw White Fruit (Baiguo) and apply. If painful, burn paper soaked in Sesame Oil (Mayou) and fumigate the wound with the flame. Fill Lychee shell with dried feces, surround with Mugwort (Ai) for moxibustion, stop when pain ceases. Bitten Finger (Unbearable pain, eventually leading to rotting and shedding of fingers and palms, not recorded in various medical books)
Urgently put urine in a bottle, immerse the finger in it; healed in one night. If already rotten, apply ash of Inch Snake (Cun She) and Turtle Shell (Wugui Ke). (From *Chishui Xuanzhu*)
Kick Injuries (or injuries to limbs, or abraded skin and flesh)
Ilex Aquifolium Leaves (Dongqing Ye) boiled with vinegar for several boils, add a few drops of Sesame Oil (Mayou), take the leaves and apply/replace on the affected area until self-healed. (From *Danfang Milu*)
Beating Injuries (Long-term non-healing, deep pits four to five fen deep cannot close; sprinkle this powder on the wound, heals in a few days.)
Draconis Sanguis (Xuexie) 1 qian, Cinnabar (Zhudan), Calomelas (Qingfen) each 2 qian, Bai Zhan [missing character, likely Bai La/Wax] □ qian.
Grind into powder and sprinkle on the wound. Within one day and night, new flesh grows around the four sides, and it flattens in two days. (From Outbound Secret Formula)
Immediately after beating, drink one bowl of urine of a healthy child (Tongbian) to avoid blood attacking the Heart. Then place hot tofu on the beaten injury; the steam causes the tofu to turn purple, replace it repeatedly until the purple color dissipates and turns light red. If the beating wound is swollen and painful, use Realgar (Xionghuang) 2 fen, Ledum (Miduoseng) 1 fen, grind fine, mix with water and apply; very effective.
For any beating injury, take Baiji Powder (Baiji Mo) daily, taken with rice water. Divine efficacy. (All from secret formulas)
Crushing Stick Injuries
As soon as leaving the yamen (government office), immediately immerse hands and feet in a basin of hot urine of a healthy child (Tongbian). If the urine cools, quench two red-hot bricks into it to reheat it. Immerse directly until white oil floats on the surface of the urine, indicating all toxins/injuries have been drawn out, without infection or ulceration. Then mash soap into mud, mix with egg white (Jizi Qing), apply to the affected area, and wrap with grass paper.
Nanthanini Alumen (Renzhongbai) 1 liang, Frankincense (Ruxiang) (roasted with bamboo leaf) 2 qian, Myrrh (Moyao) (same method), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi) 3 qian (ground into powder), Wood Ear Mushroom (Mu'er) (burned to ash retaining nature) 5 qian, Pyritum (Ziran Tong) (calcined) 5 qian.
Then decoct Niuxi in wine, mix with powder, and take 3-5 qian. If powder medicine is unavailable, use Angelica Sinensis Tail (Guiwei), Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Angelica Pubescens (Duhuo), Bedbug (Bishi), Sesame (Huma), Drynaria (Gusuibu), Safflower (Honghua), Eucommia Bark (Wujia Pi) each 1 qian, decoct in one pot of raw Baijiu (white liquor) for a few boils, drink according to tolerance. Avoid wind and cold, cover thickly to induce sweating; immediate cure. If bone injury is present, add one Geococcus (Tubie). (From *Jiyan Fang*)
