治疗肾子腐烂外溢：
苏叶（焙干）、老杉木（烧成灰，等分），研为细末外敷。若干燥则用香油调和后敷贴。如果阴囊无皮而腐烂外溢者，可用苏叶或荷叶……
治疗杨梅结毒。此方是古今第一良方：
钟乳石（三分）、朱砂、琥珀、冰片（各五厘）、珍珠（二分）。
加入炒过的飞面半两，混合均匀分为十二次服用。每天用土茯苓（一斤）加水煎煮成十二碗汤，清晨喝一碗，放入一服药粉温服。
服用期间忌酒。
治疗杨梅结毒，疼痛腐烂，甚至导致咽喉、嘴唇、鼻子破坏。无论病程长短，均有神效：
龟板（酒炙三次至焦黄，二两）、石决明（用红童便淬炼）、朱砂（各二钱）。
研为细末，用烂米饭做丸，如麻子大小。每次服用一钱，根据病变部位上下，在饭前或饭后服用。筋骨疼痛者用酒送服。腐烂处……
鱼口便毒（左侧称为鱼口，右侧称为便毒，生于两胯合缝之间结肿；近处生于小腹之下、阴毛旁结肿，名为……）
栝蒌（烧存性），研为细末，用黄酒送服。（此方治疗鱼口初起）
地榆（四两）、川通草（一两）、白酒（三碗），煎取一碗，空腹服用即愈。
鸡蛋（一个）、白蒺藜（一合），用好酒煮蛋熟后去壳服用，立即痊愈。
治疗痔疮神效：
黄芩（五钱）、苦参（六钱）、防己（五钱）、天花粉（五钱）、连翘（五钱）。
水两大钟，煎至八分满。初起者，服用即可见效。
Located at the junction behind the root of the anterior yin and the anus. Initially, it is as large as a pine nut. Gradually, it becomes as thick as a lotus seed. After ten days, it resembles a plum or peach. This prescription treats:
Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae) (stir-fried with wine, equal parts). Decoct strongly and take on an empty stomach. Alternatively, decoct these two herbs into a paste immediately; taking it with boiling water in the morning is even better.
Treats the rotting and protrusion of the testicles (Shenzi):
Suye (Perilla Leaf) (baked dry), Laoshanmu (Old Cedar Wood) (burned to ash, equal parts). Grind into powder and apply externally. If dry, mix with sesame oil for application. For cases where the scrotum has no skin and rots outward, use Suye or Helianthemum leaf...
Treats Yangmei Jiedu (Chancre/Syphilitic Condyloma). This prescription is the number one remedy since ancient times:
Zhongrusshi (Stalactite), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Hupo (Amber), Bingpian (Borneol) (each 5 li), Zhenzhu (Pearl) (2 fen).
Mix evenly with half a tael of stir-fried refined flour, divide into twelve doses. Each day, decoct Tufuling (Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae) (one jin) in water to make twelve bowls of soup. Drink one bowl early in the morning, add one dose of the medicine powder, and take warm.
Avoid alcohol during treatment.
Treats Yangmei Jiedu (Chancre/Syphilitic Condyloma), causing pain, rotting, and even destruction of the throat, lips, and nose. Regardless of duration, it yields miraculous effects:
Guiban (Testudo Carapax et Plastrum) (roasted with wine three times until scorched yellow, 2 liang), Shijueming (Concha Arcae), Zhusha (Cinnabar) (each 2 qian).
Grind into powder, bind with rotten rice to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian per dose. Depending on the location of the lesion (upper or lower), take before or after meals. For bone and tendon pain, take with wine. For rotting sores...
Yukou Biandu (Fish Mouth and Convenient Poison) (the left side is called Yukou, the right side is called Biandu, occurring as a swelling at the seam between the two thighs; closer to the lower abdomen beside the pubic hair, it is named...)
Gualou (Fructus Trichosanthis) (burned to retain its properties), grind into powder, take with yellow wine. (This treats the initial stage of Yukou)
Diyu (Radix Sanguisorbae) (4 liang), Chuantongcao (Herba Tetrastematis Tetrandri) (1 liang), Baijiu (White Liquor) (3 bowls). Decoct to obtain one bowl. Take on an empty stomach to cure.
One egg, Bajieli (Spina Gleditsiae) (1 he). Boil the egg in good liquor until cooked, remove the shell, and eat. It cures immediately.
Miraculous effect for treating hemorrhoids:
Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Kushen (Cortex Phellodendri), Fangji (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae), Tianhuafen (Radix Trichosanthis), Lianqiao (Fructus Forsythiae) (each 5 qian).
Decoct in two large cups of water until reduced to eight-tenths. For initial stages, efficacy is seen upon administration.
