【治指上蛇头疔方】
干蜈蚣（一条）：在瓦片上焙干，滴入酒浆七次。将其连同瓦片放在地上，直到变得极其酥脆，然后研磨成粉末。加入雄黄（一钱），鸡蛋清（适量）。一周内见效。疼痛剧烈的患者，一天更换药四五次即可见效。
手足间出现黄色水泡，随即有一条红丝蔓延，进入心腹部位，导致人胸闷烦乱，若不救治则危及生命。这都是因为大喜或大怒，导致气血逆乱所致。
此方专治各种疔毒、红丝疔、蛇头疔以及各类疽毒，疗效神速。
药材包括：的乳香、没药、真血竭、人言（砒霜）、儿茶（各二钱）；飞净青黛、蟾酥、象皮（在瓦片上焙干，各一钱）。
将上述药物分别称量准确，研磨成细末。用大枣（十余枚，去皮去核）与药粉放入乳钵中，用石杵捶打至极均匀，制成如芡实大小的药丸。
另备用法：将药涂于疮毒顶部，用绵纸覆盖。一夜之间即可全消。如果毒势旺盛未完全消除，第二天再涂一次。如果有因寒热、口渴、便秘等症状，再服用梅花点舌丹一丸，盖暖被子取汗，没有不随手而愈的。
【梅花点舌丹】
主治一切疔毒、恶疮初起、天行瘟毒、咽喉肿痛等症状。
药材包括：梅花冰片（五分）、明雄黄（七分）、当门子（即麝香，五分）；乳香（去油）、没药（去油）、飞净朱砂、硼砂（各一钱）；真西黄（牛黄）、血竭、沉香末、蟾酥（用火酒化开调和药物）、葶苈（各七分）；熊胆（五分）；珍珠净末（四分）。
将上述药物分别研磨至极细，听不到颗粒声。并用健康无病者的乳汁调和捣碎，再加入蟾酥捣至极均匀，制成如麻子大小的药丸。外用金箔包裹作为衣层。
[Prescription for Snake-Head Carbuncle on Fingers]
Dry centipede (one piece): Roast on a tile, drip with wine seven times. Place it on the ground together with the tile until it becomes extremely brittle, then grind into powder. Add realgar (1 qian) and egg white (appropriate amount). Effective within one week. For those with extreme pain, change the application four to five times a day for immediate effect.
Yellow blisters appear between the hands and feet, followed by a red thread spreading inward toward the heart and abdomen, causing chest oppression and mental confusion. If not treated, it is fatal. This is caused by excessive joy or anger leading to reverse flow of Qi and Blood.
This prescription is specifically for all types of carbuncles, erysipelas-like infections (red thread carbuncle), snake-head carbuncles, and various other sores and ulcers, with miraculous efficacy.
Ingredients: Ru Xiang (Boswelliae Resina, Frankincense), Mo Yao (Myrrhae Resina, Myrrh), Zhen Xue Jie (Dracaenae Sangues, Dragon's Blood), Ren Yan (Arsenic Trioxide, Realgar substitute/arsenic), Er Cha (Catechu, 2 qian each); Fei Jing Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis, Fly-cleaned Indigo), Chan Su (Toad Venom), Xiang Pi (Elephantiasis Dermis, Elephant Skin, roasted on tile, 1 qian each).
Weigh each of the above medicines accurately and grind into fine powder. Use large jujubes (more than ten pieces, peeled and pitted), place the medicine and jujubes in a mortar, and pound with a stone pestle until extremely uniform. Form pills the size of Euryale seed (Qianshi).
Application method: Apply the medicine to the top of the sore, cover with cotton paper. It will completely resolve overnight. If the toxin is still vigorous, apply again the next day. If symptoms such as chills, fever, thirst, or constipation occur, take one pill of Meihua Dianshe Dan (Plum Blossom Pointing Tongue Pill), keep warm to induce sweating. Recovery is assured.
[Meihua Dianshe Dan]
Indications: All types of carbuncles, early-stage malignant sores, epidemic toxic diseases, swelling and pain of the throat.
Ingredients: Meihua Bingpian (Borneol, Plum-blossom type, 5 fen), Ming Xionghuang (Realgar, 7 fen), Dangmenzi (Moschus, Musk, 5 fen); Ru Xiang (Frankincense, de-oiled), Mo Yao (Myrrh, de-oiled), Fei Jing Zhusha (Cinnabar, fly-cleaned), Peng Sha (Borax, 1 qian each); Zhen Xi Huang (Bovis Calculus, Real Muskox Gallstone/Bovine Stone), Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood), Chenxiang Mo (Santalum Album Powder, Agarwood powder), Chan Su (Toad Venom, dissolved in rice wine and mixed with medicine), Tingli (Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semens, Shepherd's Purse Seed, 7 fen each); Xiong Dan (Ursi Fel, Bear Bile, 5 fen); Zhenzhu Jingmo (Nacre Powder, Pearl powder, purified, 4 fen).
Grind each of the above medicines to an extremely fine powder without sound. Mix and pound with milk from a healthy person without disease. Add Chan Su (Toad Venom) and pound until extremely uniform. Form pills the size of hemp seeds. Coat with gold foil.
[Fengxian Gao]
Indications: Carbuncles and back abscesses, injuries from beating, snake bites.
Use Fengxian Hua (Impatiens balsamina flowers) including roots, stems, and leaves. Pound until mushy and apply to the affected area. Change once a day.
