柿饼切细。杂干饭内。同蒸食。不用水。亦勿以他药杂之。久服自愈。

干饧糖（六两在糖坊中卖头榨者） 生姜（四两） 二味和匀捣烂。作饼焙干。加炙甘

甘蔗汁（二碗） 姜汁（一碗） 和匀温热。随意饮之。每日三次。则吐自止。
治积年恶痞。至重贴两张可消。

火候照常熬膏法。膏成时下麝香一钱。用布照痞大小摊贴。

大蟾蟆（一个） 砂仁（不拘多少）
为末。将砂仁装入蟆内令满。缝口。用泥周身封固。炭火 红。候冷。将蟆研末。作三
服。
此方杀生救命。不可轻用。不得已用之。须立愿多放生命为是。
治疗反胃的特效方。有人家三代人都死于反胃病，得到这个方子后痊愈了。
将柿饼切成细碎状，混入干米饭中，一起蒸熟食用。不要加水，也不要掺杂其他药物。长期服用自然痊愈。
专门治疗反胃和噎隔。早晨吃的食物晚上吐出来，称为反胃；吃下不久就吐出来，称为噎；过了很久才吐出来，称为隔。

密陀僧（六两）阿魏（五钱）羌活、水红花子（各一两）穿山甲（三钱），香油（约一斤）。
按照常规火候熬制膏药的方法。膏药制成时加入麝香一钱，用布根据痞块的大小摊开贴敷。
治疗鼓胀病神效。
鸡内金（一个）沉香、砂仁（各三钱）陈香橼（五钱，去核）。
共同研成粉末。每次服用一钱五分，用姜汤送服。
治疗气臌病的特效方。
大蟾蜍（一只）砂仁（不限数量）。
研成粉末，将砂仁装入蟾蜍体内直至填满，缝合口部，用泥土将全身封固。在炭火上烧至通红，等待冷却后，将蟾蜍研成粉末，分为三次服用。
此方虽杀生但能救命，不可轻易使用。实在不得已使用时，必须发愿多放生以积功德。
A miraculous prescription for treating regurgitation (fanwei). There were cases where three generations of a family died from this condition, but they recovered after obtaining this prescription.
Cut persimmon cakes into fine pieces, mix them with dry rice, steam and eat together. Do not add water, nor mix with other medicines. Long-term consumption will lead to spontaneous recovery.
Specifically treats regurgitation (fanwei) and dysphagia/chest obstruction (yege). Vomiting food eaten in the morning at night is called regurgitation (fanwei); vomiting shortly after eating is called dysphagia (ye); vomiting after a long delay is called chest obstruction (ge).
Yitang (Maltose Sugar) (6 liang, specifically the first-press extract sold in sugar workshops), Fresh Ginger (4 liang). Mix these two ingredients evenly, pound into a paste, form into cakes, and bake until dry. Add Roasted Licorice Root (Gancao) (2 liang), grind together into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with boiling water and a pinch of salt. This is highly effective. Regular use promotes free flow in the chest and diaphragm, nourishes the spleen and stomach, and improves appetite.
Sugarcane Juice (2 bowls), Ginger Juice (1 bowl). Mix evenly, warm slightly, and drink as desired. Three times daily, and vomiting will cease spontaneously.
Treats chronic severe epigastric masses (pi). For severe cases, applying two patches can eliminate the mass.
Litharge (Miduoseng) (6 liang), Asafoetida (awei) (5 qian), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo) and Polygonum Ayacastana Seed (Shuihonghua Zi) (each 1 liang), Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) (3 qian), Sesame Oil (approx. 1 jin).
Prepare according to the standard method for boiling ointments. When the ointment is ready, add Musk (Shexiang) (1 qian). Spread onto cloth according to the size of the mass and apply as a patch.
Miraculous treatment for abdominal distension/tympanites (guzhang).
Chicken Gizzard Membrane (Jineijin) (1 unit), Agarwood (Chenxiang) and Amomum Fruit (Sharen) (each 3 qian), Aged Citron Fruit (Chen Xiangyuan) (5 qian, pitted).
Grind all into powder. Take 1.5 qian per dose, washed down with ginger decoction.
Radish (Dikualou, i.e., Daikon Radish) and Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) (equal parts). Decoct in water and take orally.
Miraculous prescription for Qi-type tympanites (qigu).
Large Toad (Da Chanma) (1 piece), Amomum Fruit (Sharen) (as needed).
Grind into powder. Stuff the Sharen into the toad until full, sew the opening, and seal the entire body with mud. Roast over charcoal fire until red-hot. Allow to cool, then grind the toad into powder. Divide into three doses.
This prescription involves taking life to save life; it should not be used lightly. If absolutely necessary, one must make a vow to release many lives as retribution/merit.
Treats abdominal distension with yellow edema.
Cut-neck Gourd (Qiejing Hulu) (with seeds, roasted until carbonized but retaining efficacy/Shuncunxing). Grind into powder. Take the amount of one gourd per dose, taken before meals with warm wine or plain boiled water. Visible results appear within ten days.
