花龙丸九十 又名混元丹。治风湿，腰背以下腿股瘫痪，寸步不能，日夜

白龙丸九十一 又名辅龙丹。治风湿，腰跨以上肩背大痛，肘膊僵软，匙筋难
举，伛偻脊高。

上为末，酒糊丸，每服四十丸，或酒或荆芥汤下，服至四两除根，外以石楠叶煎汤洗沃

香身汤九十二 治大风。腥臭秽人不能近者。

大衍丸九十三 治诸风。瘫痿变形，胀肿困败者。

仙花膏九十四 治大风恶症神效。
闹羊花(八两酒蒸九次) 苍耳子(八两炒) 败龟板( 白如霜二两) 番木鳖(醋炙二两)
上为末，用蜜一斤熬去水气，调之。入竹筒内挂当风处。病患初起酒服五分，弱者
服一二分，不饮者沙糖调下。
水制黄香丸九十五 又名黄龙丸，治诸风危困，无药可治，将毙者。舶上硫黄
，黑色者曰雌。黄色者曰雄。各半打碎，滴花倾入酽醋内，取出里面之油。
取净
者一斤，用竹筒一个削去青，入硫在内。以蜡封口，投入无水粪坑中。浸一年取起。放长
流水中四十九日。明亮松香溶化加烧酒煮六七沸，倾入冷水内抽扯去，内苦黄味，再煮再
抽，一连七次，拔净，细白无脚，方用三两茅术米(泔浸刮去粗皮，用白净者一斤) 紫
檀香 茅香(俱不见火) 白胶香 川乌(泡去皮) 川芎(各四两) 恶实头(末) 草乌炮(去
皮) 明天麻(各三两) 一方加地龙二两名黄龙丸。
上为末，陈皮糊丸梧子大。每服五十丸，滚汤下。如皮肤发热，加番木鳖五钱，以麻油
煮熟，忌猪肉，房事。
治鹅掌风雁来风方九十六
银杏肉打烂，搓擦如干，扑去渣，不可水洗，再加冰片、麝香各三分，研匀。桐油调涂
上，以艾火熏之。
又方
用真平胃散、桐油调涂，于炭火上熏之。频涂频熏。
又方
用乌骨白鸡，勿使犯雌，另蓄一处。收其粪晒干，加入蛇床子末，煎汤入瓶内，熏之。
待温即洗。 一方加雄黄皮硝尤妙。
又方
用苍术、艾煎汤，瓶内熏之，俟温洗之。
又方
水银(三钱) 铅(二钱化开)投入水银为末，用硫黄三钱研细，将茄蒂蘸擦。一法以滴卤
洗，二三次则愈。
白癜风方九十七
用麻油半斤生柿柁两个打烂和匀入锅内熬黑去渣点在患处自变好肉。
三分散九十八 治诸恶风、痿困、瘫烂危笃者。
闹羊花(酒拌九蒸晒) 用生漆每两加樟冰(二钱) 雄黄(二钱) 搅匀隔汤炖化，拌蒸晒
干。又以
茜草根捣汁，拌蒸晒干为末，每两加雄黄(三钱) 麝香(五分) 蟾酥(二钱) 研匀，每服三
分，沙糖调，温酒下。半日不可见风。

花龙丸九十，又名混元丹。治疗风湿病，症状为腰部、背部以下至大腿部位瘫痪，寸步难行，日夜抽搐掣痛，只能伏在床榻上无法起身。
配方：苍术（四两）、黄柏（用酒浸泡后炒制）、灵壳（即海螵蛸，用酥油炙烤）、朱膝（即牛膝）、当归、蓖麻子、防己、茄根皮（以上各一两）。
将上述药材研成细末，用酒调糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一百丸，用姜盐汤送服。
白龙丸九十一，又名辅龙丹。治疗风湿病，症状为腰部胯部以上至肩背剧烈疼痛，肘部和手臂僵硬软弱，手指难以抬起，身体弯曲驼背，脊柱高耸。
将上述药材研成细末，用酒调糊制成丸药。每次服用四十丸，可用酒或荆芥汤送服。服药总量达到四两可除根，外用石楠叶煎汤清洗患处。
香身汤九十二。治疗大风病（指严重的风疾，如麻风），气味腥臭秽恶，使人无法靠近。
配方：白芷、香附、当归、桂心、槟榔、益智仁、甘松（以上各三两）、檀香（二两）、麝香、韶脑（即樟脑，以上各五钱）、木香、沉香、松子（以上各一两五钱）、香蛇（二两）。
将上述药材研成细末，用甘草膏制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。临睡前含化五丸，能极大祛除病症。
大衍丸九十三。治疗各种风病。症状包括瘫痪痿软、形体改变、肿胀困顿败坏。
配方：羌活、当归、白芷、防风、粉草（即甘草）、连翘、熟地黄、牛蒡子、僵蚕（以上各二两）、蒺藜（六两）、元参（半斤，用酒拌晒）、苦参皮（一斤，用酒浸泡后九蒸九晒）。
将上述药材研成细末，用酒调糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一百丸，用滚开水送服，每日三次。外用甘草、黄柏、荆芥、苦参、槐头、椿头、防风、大风子壳、葱煎水洗浴。
配方：闹羊花（八两，用酒蒸九次）、苍耳子（八两，炒制）、败龟板（白色如霜者二两）、番木鳖（即马钱子，用醋炙二两）。
将上述药材研成细末，用一斤蜂蜜熬去水分，调和药末。装入竹筒内，悬挂在通风处。病患初起时，用酒送服五分，体弱者服用一二分，不饮酒者用砂糖调下。
水制黄香丸九十五，又名黄龙丸。治疗各种风病危重困顿，无药可治，濒临死亡者。使用舶上硫黄，黑色的称为雌硫黄，黄色的称为雄硫黄。各取一半打碎，滴入花露倾入浓醋中，取出里面的油。
取纯净的硫黄一斤，用一个竹筒削去青皮，放入硫黄。用蜡封口，投入无水粪坑中。浸泡一年取出。放在长流水中漂洗四十九天。
另取明亮松香溶化，加烧酒煮六七沸，倾入冷水中抽扯以去除其中的苦黄味。再煮再抽，连续七次，拔净为止，直至细白无杂质，方可使用三两。
茅术米（用淘米水浸泡，刮去粗皮，取白净者一斤）、紫檀香、茅香（均不经过火烤）、白胶香、川乌（炮制去皮）、川芎（各四两）、恶实头（即牛蒡子，研末）、草乌（炮制去皮）、明天麻（各三两）。一方加地龙二两，名为黄龙丸。
将上述药材研成细末，用陈皮糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，用滚开水送服。如果皮肤发热，加番木鳖五钱，用麻油煮熟食用。忌食猪肉和房事。
方法一：将银杏肉捣烂，搓擦患处，如变干则扑去药渣，不可水洗，再加冰片、麝香各三分，研匀。用桐油调涂患处，用艾火熏之。
方法二：用真平胃散，用桐油调涂，在炭火上熏之。频繁涂抹，频繁熏烤。
方法三：用乌骨白鸡，不要让它接触雌性，另外饲养一处。收集其粪便晒干，加入蛇床子末，煎汤装入瓶内，熏蒸患处。待温度适宜即清洗。一方加雄黄、皮硝尤为奇妙。
方法五：水银（三钱）、铅（二钱，熔化）投入水中研磨成末，用硫黄三钱研细，用茄蒂蘸取擦拭。另一种方法是用滴卤（卤水）清洗，两三次即可痊愈。
白癜风方九十七。
用麻油半斤，生柿柁两个捣烂混合均匀，放入锅内熬黑去渣，点在患处，自会变好肉。
闹羊花（用酒拌后九蒸九晒）。每两药粉中加入生漆、樟冰（二钱）、雄黄（二钱），搅匀隔水炖化，拌蒸晒干。又以茜草根捣汁，拌蒸晒干为末。每两药粉中加入雄黄（三钱）、麝香（五分）、蟾酥（二钱），研匀。每次服用三分，用砂糖调服，温酒送下。半天内不可见风。
四物汤九十九。
人参败毒散一百。
配方：人参、羌活、独活、前胡、柴胡、荆芥、防风、桔梗、川芎、枳壳、茯苓、生甘草、生姜、大枣。
补中益气汤一百另一。
Hualong Wan (Flower Dragon Pill) No. 90, also known as Hunyuan Dan (Mixed Origin Elixir). Treats wind-dampness, with paralysis below the waist and back extending to the thighs, inability to take a single step, spasms and pulling pain day and night, unable to rise from bed.
Ingredients: Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, four liang), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, soaked in wine and stir-fried), Lingqiao (Sepiae Endoconcha, roasted with butter), Zhuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Bimazi (Ricini Semen), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Qiagenpi (Solanum Melongena Root Bark, each one liang).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, make pills with wine paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, swallow with ginger-salt water.
Bailong Wan (White Dragon Pill) No. 91, also known as Fulong Dan (Assisting Dragon Elixir). Treats wind-dampness, with severe pain above the waist and hips extending to the shoulders and back, stiffness and weakness in elbows and arms, difficulty lifting hands, stooping posture and high spine.
Ingredients: Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Dilong (Pheretima), Xingnan (Arisaematis Rhizoma, equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, make pills with wine paste. Take 40 pills per dose, swallow with wine or Schizonepeta tea. Continue until total intake reaches four liang for root cure. Externally wash with Decoction of Nanmu Leaf (Stemonae Radix).
Xiangshen Tang (Fragrant Body Decoction) No. 92. Treats Da Feng (severe wind disease, e.g., leprosy), characterized by foul odor making it unbearable to approach.
Ingredients: Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Yizhi (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Gansong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma, each three liang), Tanxiang (Santalum Album Lignum, two liang), Shexiang (Moschus, Shaonao/Borneolum Syntheticum, each five qian), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Songzi (Pinii Semen, each one liang five qian), Xiangshe (Agkistrodon, two liang).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, make pills with Licorice Paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Contain and dissolve five pills before sleep; greatly expels pathogenic factors.
Dayan Wan (Great Evolution Pill) No. 93. Treats various wind diseases. Symptoms include flaccid paralysis, deformity, swelling, and debility.
Ingredients: Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Fencao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, each two liang), Jili (Tribuli Fructus, six liang), Yuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix, half jin, mixed with wine and sun-dried), Kushenpi (Sophorae Flavescentis Cortex, one jin, soaked in wine, steamed nine times and sun-dried).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, make pills with wine paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, swallow with boiling water, three times daily. Externally wash with Decoction of Gancao, Huangbai, Jingjie, Kushen, Huaitou, Chuntou, Fangfeng, Dafengzi Qiao, and Cong.
Xianhua Gao (Immortal Flower Ointment) No. 94. Treats severe Da Feng with miraculous effect.
Ingredients: Yaoyanghua (Rhododendri Mollis Flos, eight liang, steamed nine times in wine), Cangersi (Xanthii Fructus, eight liang, stir-fried), Baiguiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, white like frost, two liang), Fanmubie (Strychni Semen, two liang, roasted with vinegar).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix with one jin of honey boiled to remove moisture. Place in bamboo tube and hang in a windy place. At onset, take five fen with wine; for weak patients, take one or two fen; for non-drinkers, mix with sugar.
Shuizhi Huangxiang Wan (Water-Processed Yellow Resin Pill) No. 95, also known as Huanglong Wan (Yellow Dragon Pill). Treats critical wind diseases where no medicine works, near death. Use Bo Shang Sulfur; black is called female, yellow is called male. Crush equal parts, add flower dew into strong vinegar, extract the oil inside.
Take one jin of purified sulfur. Put it in a bamboo tube with green skin removed. Seal with wax and immerse in a dry manure pit for one year. Remove and rinse in running water for 49 days.
Melt bright pine resin, boil with liquor seven or six times, pour into cold water and pull/stretch to remove bitter-yellow taste. Repeat boiling and pulling seven times until pure, fine, white, and residue-free. Use three liang.
Maoshumi (Imperatae Rhizoma rice, soaked in rice water, scraped clean, one jin), Zitanxiang (Pterocarpus Santalinus Lignum), Maoxiang (Andropogonis Gerardii Rhizoma, neither exposed to fire), Baijiaoxiang (Dammar Resina), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix, processed and peeled), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, each four liang), Enshitou (Arctii Fructus, powdered), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, processed and peeled), Tianmama (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, each three liang). One formula adds Dilong (Pheretima) two liang, named Huanglong Wan.
Grind into powder, make pills with Tangerine Peel Paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, swallow with boiling water. If skin feels hot, add Fanmubie (Strychni Semen) five qian, cooked in sesame oil. Avoid pork and sexual intercourse.
Formula No. 96 for Ezhangfeng (Goose Palm Wind) and Yanlaifeng.
Method 1: Mash Yinping meat, rub on affected area. When dry, brush off residue. Do not wash with water. Add Bingpian (Borneolum) and Shexiang (Moschus) three fen each, grind evenly. Mix with Tongyou (Verniciae Oleum) and apply. Smoke with mugwort fire.
Method 2: Use Zhen Pingwei San (True Stomach-Pacifying Powder), mix with Tongyou (Verniciae Oleum), smoke over charcoal fire. Apply frequently, smoke frequently.
Method 3: Use Wugu Baiji (Black-bone White Chicken), keep separate from females. Collect feces, dry, add Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) powder. Decoct in bottle, fumigate. Wash when warm. Adding Xionghuang (Realgar) and Pinxiao (Mirabilite) is excellent.
Method 4: Decoct Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) and Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), fumigate in bottle, wash when warm.
Method 5: Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) three qian, Qian (Plumbum) two qian (melted), grind into powder in water. Yanhuang (Sulfur) three qian, finely ground. Rub with eggplant stalk. Another method: wash with Dilu (brine), heals in two or three times.
Formula No. 97 for Bai Dian Feng (Vitiligo).
Use Banjin Tongyou (half jin of Verniciae Oleum), mash two Sheng Shi Tuo (unripe persimmon stems), mix evenly. Boil in pot until black, remove residue. Dab on affected area; healthy flesh will grow naturally.
Sanfen San (Three Fen Powder) No. 98. Treats severe wind, flaccidity, critical paralysis and ulceration.
Yaoyanghua (Rhododendri Mollis Flos) mixed with wine, steamed and sun-dried nine times. For every liang, add Shengqi (Raw Lacca), Zhangbing (Borneolum and Camphora) two qian, Xionghuang (Realgar) two qian. Mix evenly, steam over water until dissolved, then steam-dry. Grind Qiancaogen (Rubiae Cordifoliae Radix) into juice, mix with powder, steam-dry. For every liang, add Xionghuang (Realgar) three qian, Shexiang (Moschus) five fen, Chansu (Toad Venom) two qian. Grind evenly. Take three fen per dose, mix with sugar, swallow with warm wine. Avoid wind exposure for half a day.
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) No. 99.
Ingredients: Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Dashengdi (Rehmanniae Radix).
Renshen Baidu San (Ginseng Toxin-Expelling Powder) No. 100.
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Fuling (Poria), Shenggancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus).
Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) No. 101.
Ingredients: Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Mianhuang (Astragali Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Fuling (Poria), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma prepared with honey), Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Zao (Jujubae Fructus).
