〔大〕夫人禀五行秀气而生，承五脏神气而养。若阴阳调和，脏腑强盛，邪魅安得
而干之。若摄理失节，血气虚衰，则鬼邪干其正，隐蔽而不欲见人，时独言笑，忽时悲
泣，是其候也。脉息迟伏，或如鸟啄，或绵绵而来，不知度数，而面色不改，亦其候也。
〔薛〕前证多由七情亏损心血，神无所护而然，宜用安神定志等药，则正气复而神
自安。若脉来乍大乍小，乍短乍长，亦是鬼祟，宜灸鬼哭穴。以患人两手拇指相并，用
线紧扎，当合缝处半肉半甲间，灼灸七壮，若果是邪祟病者，即乞求免灸，云我自去矣。
茯神散 （《大全》，下同）治妇人风虚，与鬼交通，妄有所见，言语杂乱。
茯神（一两半，亦作茯苓） 人参 石菖蒲（各一两） 赤小豆（半两）
上 咀，每服三大钱，水一盏，煎六分，去滓食前温服。一方加茯苓一两。
桃仁丸 治妇人与鬼魅交通。
辰砂 槟榔 当归 桃仁（各七钱半） 水银（二钱半，枣肉研令星尽） 麝香
阿魏（面裹煨） 沉香（各半两）
上为细末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。空心桃仁汤吞下十丸。
辟瘟丹 治证同前。
虎头骨（半两） 朱砂 雄黄 雌黄 鬼臼 皂荚 芜荑仁 鬼箭 藜芦（各一两）
上件生为末，炼蜜丸如弹子大，囊盛一丸，男左女右，系臂上。及用一丸，当病患
户前烧之，一切邪鬼不敢近。太乙神精丹、（方见杂病谵妄。） 苏合香丸（方见杂病卒中。）皆可用也。
妙香散 治心气不足，精神恍惚，夜梦颠倒，与鬼交通，语言错乱，先宜服此补气养
血镇心安神，然后以前后方治之。（方见杂病心痛。）
杀鬼雄黄散 治妇人与鬼交通。
雄黄 丹砂 雌黄（各一两，俱细研） 羚羊角屑 芜荑 虎头骨 石菖蒲 鬼臼
鬼箭 白头翁 石长生 苍术 马悬蹄 猪粪（各半两）
上为细末，以羊脂、蜜蜡和捣为丸，如弹子大。每用一丸，当患人前烧之。
别离散 治妇人风虚，与鬼交通，悲思喜怒，心神不定。
杨柳树上寄生 白术（各一两） 桂心 茵芋 天雄（炮，去皮脐） 蓟根 菖蒲（九节者）
细辛 附子（炮，去皮脐） 干姜（炮，各半两）
上为细末，每服一钱，食前温酒调下。
朱砂散 治妇人风虚，与鬼交通，悲笑无恒，言语错乱，心神恍惚，睡卧不安。
朱砂（细研，水飞过） 铁粉（各一两） 雄黄 龙骨（各半两） 蛇蜕（一尺，烧） 虎睛（一封，炙）
牛黄 麝香（各二钱半）
上同研极细，每服一钱，以桃符汤调下，不计时候。
治女人与邪物交通，独言笑悲思恍惚者。
用雄黄末一两，以松脂二两，熔和虎爪，搅令如弹丸，夜内火笼中烧之，令女人踞坐
其上，以被自蒙，唯出头目。未瘥再作，不过三剂自断也。
又方 以安息香和臭黄合为丸，烧熏丹穴，永断。
又方
雄黄 人参 防风（各一两） 五味子（一合）
上捣筛，清旦以井华水服方寸匕，三服瘥。
治妇人梦与鬼交。
鹿角为末三指撮，和清酒服，即出鬼精。兼治漏下不断。妇人为妖所魅，迷惑不肯言
状，以水服鹿角屑方寸匕，即言实也。
桃枭，一名桃奴，是过年树上不落干桃子，味苦微温，主杀百鬼精物，疗中恶腹痛，
杀精魅五毒不祥。正月采之。
【大】人禀受五行秀气而生，承接五脏神气而滋养。如果阴阳调和，脏腑强盛，邪魅怎么能干扰人体呢？如果摄养调理失当，血气虚衰，那么鬼邪就会侵犯正气，（患者）隐蔽自己不想见人，有时独自说笑，有时突然悲伤哭泣，这是其征候。脉象迟伏，或像鸟啄米一样急促不匀，或绵绵不断而来，不知节律，而面色没有改变，也是其征候。
【薛】上述证候多由七情（喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊）导致心血亏损，神志失去护卫所致，适宜使用安神定志等药物，则正气恢复而神志自然安定。如果脉象忽大忽小，忽长忽短，这也是鬼祟作怪，适宜灸治鬼哭穴。让患者两手拇指并拢，用线紧紧扎住，在合缝处半肉半甲之间，灼灸七壮，如果确实是邪祟病，患者就会乞求停止灸治，说“我自己就走了”。
茯神散（出自《大全》，下同）治疗妇人风虚，与鬼交通，妄见异物，言语杂乱。
茯神（一两半，也可用茯苓）、人参、石菖蒲（各一两）、赤小豆（半两）。
以上药材切碎，每次服用三大钱，加水一盏，煎至六分，去渣，饭前温服。另一方案加茯苓一两。
桃仁丸 治疗妇人与鬼魅交通。
辰砂、槟榔、当归、桃仁（各七钱半）、水银（二钱半，用枣肉研磨至星点消失）、麝香、阿魏（用面包裹煨制）、沉香（各半两）。
以上研为细末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药。空腹时用桃仁汤送服十丸。
辟瘟丹 治疗证候同上。
虎头骨（半两）、朱砂、雄黄、雌黄、鬼臼、皂荚、芜荑仁、鬼箭、藜芦（各一两）。
以上生药研为细末，炼蜜制成弹子大小的丸药，装入囊中携带一丸，男子系在左臂，女子系在右臂。另外取一丸，在病患门前烧之，一切邪鬼不敢靠近。太乙神精丹（方剂见杂病谵妄章节）、苏合香丸（方剂见杂病卒中章节）也都可用。
妙香散 治疗心气不足，精神恍惚，夜间梦境颠倒，与鬼交通，语言错乱。先宜服用此药补气养血、镇心安神，然后再用前方后方治疗。（方剂见杂病心痛章节。）
杀鬼雄黄散 治疗妇人与鬼交通。
雄黄、丹砂、雌黄（各一两，均细细研磨）、羚羊角屑、芜荑、虎头骨、石菖蒲、鬼臼、鬼箭、白头翁、石长生、苍术、马悬蹄、猪粪（各半两）。
以上研为细末，用羊脂、蜜蜡调和捣制成弹子大小的丸药。每次取一丸，在病患面前烧之。
别离散 治疗妇人风虚，与鬼交通，悲伤思念、喜怒无常，心神不定。
杨柳树上寄生植物、白术（各一两）、桂心、茵芋、天雄（炮制，去皮和脐部）、蓟根、菖蒲（九节者）、细辛、附子（炮制，去皮和脐部）、干姜（炮制，各半两）。
以上研为细末，每次服用一钱，饭前用温酒调下。
朱砂散 治疗妇人风虚，与鬼交通，悲笑无常，言语错乱，心神恍惚，睡卧不安。
朱砂（细细研磨，水飞法处理）、铁粉（各一两）、雄黄、龙骨（各半两）、蛇蜕（一尺，烧制）、虎睛（一封，炙烤）、牛黄、麝香（各二钱半）。
以上共同研磨极细，每次服用一钱，用桃符汤调下，不限时候。
治疗女人与邪物交通，独自说笑、悲伤思念、神情恍惚的。
用雄黄末一两，松脂二两，熔化后混合虎爪，搅拌成弹丸大小，夜晚放入火笼中烧之，让女人蹲坐在其上，用被子蒙住全身，只露出头和眼睛。未痊愈再制作，不超过三剂即可断绝。
又一方
雄黄、人参、防风（各一两）、五味子（一合）。
以上捣碎过筛，清晨用井华水（清晨第一次打的井水）送服一方寸匕，服用三次痊愈。
治疗妇人梦中与鬼交合。
鹿角研为末，取三指撮的量，配合清酒服用，即可排出鬼精。兼治漏下不止。妇女被妖邪迷惑，隐瞒不肯说出实情，用水送服鹿角屑一方寸匕，就会说出实情。
桃枭，又名桃奴，是过年时挂在树上不落下的干桃子，味苦微温，主要功效是杀灭百鬼精物，治疗中恶腹痛，杀灭精魅及五毒不祥之物。正月采集。
[Da] Human beings are born endowing the elegant qi of the Five Elements and nourished by the spiritual qi of the Five Zang Organs. If Yin and Yang are harmonious and the Zang-Fu organs are strong, how can evil spirits interfere? If regulation and care are improper, leading to deficiency and decline of Blood and Qi, then ghostly evils will invade the upright Qi. The patient hides themselves and does not wish to see people, sometimes speaking and laughing alone, and at other times suddenly weeping bitterly; these are their signs. The pulse is slow and deep, or rapid and irregular like a bird pecking, or continuous and indistinct without clear rhythm, while the facial complexion remains unchanged; this is also a sign.
[Xue] The aforementioned syndromes are mostly caused by the Seven Emotions damaging Heart Blood, leaving the Shen (Spirit) without protection. It is appropriate to use medicines such as Anshen Dingzhi Wan to restore upright Qi so that the Shen naturally settles. If the pulse comes alternately large and small, long and short, this is also due to ghostly influences. It is appropriate to moxa the Guiku Acupoint. Have the patient join the thumbs of both hands and tie them tightly with thread. At the junction between flesh and nail, apply seven moxa cones. If it is indeed an illness caused by evil spirits, the patient will beg to stop the moxibustion, saying "I will leave on my own."
Fushen San (from *Daquan*, same below) treats Wind-Empty in women, intercourse with ghosts, delusional visions, and disordered speech.
Fushen (1.5 liang, Fu Ling may be used instead), Renshen, Shichangpu (each 1 liang), Chixiaodou (0.5 liang).
Crush the herbs. Take 3 qian per dose, add one sheng of water, decoct until six-tenths remain, remove dregs, and take warm before meals. Another prescription adds 1 liang of Fu Ling.
Taoren Wan treats women having intercourse with ghosts and demons.
Chensha, Binglang, Danggui, Taoren (each 7.5 qian), Shuiyin (2.5 qian, ground with Jujube pulp until no star-like particles remain), Shexiang,awei (roasted wrapped in flour), Chenxiang (each 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Swallow 10 pills on an empty stomach with Taoren Decoction.
Biwendan treats the same syndrome as above.
Hutoubone (0.5 liang), Zhusha, Xionghuang, Cihuang, Guijiu, Zaojiao, Wuyiren, Guijian, Lilu (each 1 liang).
Grind all raw materials into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of quail eggs. Carry one pill in a pouch; men tie it on the left arm, women on the right arm. Additionally, burn one pill in front of the patient's door; all evil ghosts dare not approach. Taiyi Shenjing Dan (formula see Miscellaneous Diseases: Delirium) and Suhexiang Wan (formula see Miscellaneous Diseases: Stroke) are also applicable.
Miaoxiang San treats insufficient Heart Qi, mental trance, inverted dreams at night, intercourse with ghosts, and disordered speech. First, administer this formula to tonify Qi and nourish Blood, calm and anchor the Shen, and then treat with the preceding and following formulas. (Formula see Miscellaneous Diseases: Heart Pain.)
Shagui Xionghuang San treats women having intercourse with ghosts.
Xionghuang, Dansha, Cihuang (each 1 liang, finely ground), Lingyangjiaoxie, Wuyi, Hutoubone, Shichangpu, Guijiu, Guijian, Baitouweng, Shichangsheng, Cangzhu, Muxuantí, Zhufen (each 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder, mix with Sheep Fat and Beeswax, pound into pills the size of quail eggs. Burn one pill in front of the patient each time.
Bielisan treats Wind-Empty in women, intercourse with ghosts, sadness and excessive thinking, uncontrolled anger and joy, and unsettled mind.
Yangliushushangshengji, Baizhu (each 1 liang), Guixin, Yinyu, Tianxiong (processed, peel removed), Jigen, Changpu (nine-joint type), Xixin, Fuzi (processed, peel and navel removed), Ganjiang (processed, each 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with warm wine and take before meals.
Zhusha San treats Wind-Empty in women, intercourse with ghosts, unpredictable laughter and crying, disordered speech, mental trance, and restless sleep.
Zhusha (finely ground, water-floating method), Tiefen (each 1 liang), Xionghuang, Longgu (each 0.5 liang), Shetui (1 chi, burned), Huqing (one pack, roasted), Niuhuang, Shexiang (each 2.5 qian).
Grind together extremely finely. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with Taofu Tang and take at any time.
For women having intercourse with evil entities, speaking/laughing alone, sad/thinking, and mentally confused:
Use 1 liang of Xionghuang powder and 2 liang of Pine Resin. Melt and mix with Tiger Claws, stirring until it forms a pellet. Burn it in a fire basket at night. Have the woman squat on top of it, covering herself with a blanket, exposing only her head and eyes. If not cured, repeat. Within three doses, it will be severed.
Another prescription: Mix Anshixiang and Chouhuang to form pills. Burn and fumigate the Dantian area to permanently eliminate the condition.
Another prescription:
Xionghuang, Renshen, Fangfeng (each 1 liang), Wuweizi (1 he).
Pound and sieve. In the early morning, take one fangcun bi with Jinghua Water. Three doses cure the disease.
To treat women dreaming of intercourse with ghosts:
Take three finger-pinches of Deer Horn powder, mix with clear wine, and take orally to expel ghost essence. Also treats persistent leukorrhea. If a woman is bewitched and refuses to speak the truth, take one fangcun bi of Deer Horn powder with water, and she will confess the truth.
Tiaoxiao, also known as Taonuo, refers to dried peaches left on the tree after the New Year. They are bitter and slightly warm. They primarily kill the essences of a hundred ghosts, treat severe acute abdominal pain from evil invasion, and destroy demonic essences and five poisons/unlucky things. Harvest in the first lunar month.
