雌黄丸 治小儿癫痫欲发，眼暗螈 ，声恶嚼舌。

上为末，拌令极匀，用牛乳汁半升熬成膏，入前药末，杵三五百下，丸如绿豆
大。每服三丸，温热水下，一日三服。此方得自名医之家，极有神效。
《拔萃》妙香丸 安神、通关，辟恶气。
辰砂（研，九两） 龙脑 腻粉 麝香（研。各七钱半） 牛黄（半两） 金箔（九十片，研）
上合研匀，炼蜜去蜡净，入沙蜜白者七钱半同炼匀为丸，每两作三十丸。米饮
化下。
镇心丸
朱砂 龙齿 牛黄（各一钱） 铁粉 琥珀 人参 茯神 防风 全蝎（七个，炙）
上为末，灯心汤调下。三岁，一字。
密陀僧散 治心痫不语及诸惊失音。用密陀僧为末，每服一匙，米醋汤调下。大人
服一钱，热酒下。
代赭石散 治阴阳痫。
代赭石（ ，醋淬，研为末，水飞过，晒干）
上为末。每服半钱，以金银煎汤，和金箔银箔调，连进二服。脚胫上有赤斑，乃
邪气发出，可治，无赤斑，则难治。
神应丹
辰砂（不以多少，研）
上以猪心血和之得所，以蒸饼裹剂，蒸熟取出就丸，如桐子大。每服一丸，后
食、临卧，煎人参汤下。
牛黄清心丸 治小儿躁闷，项背强直，腰背反张，时发时醒。
牛黄（一两二钱，研） 麝香（研） 龙脑（另研） 羚羊角（末镑，各一两） 当归（去芦）
防风（去芦） 黄芩 麦门冬（去心） 白芍药 白术（各一两半） 柴胡（去苗） 杏仁（去皮尖

肉桂（去粗皮） 大豆卷（碎，炒。各一两七钱半） 蒲黄（炒） 人参（去芦） 神曲（炒，各二两半）
甘草（炒，五钱） 雄黄（八钱，另研飞） 白蔹 干姜（各七钱半） 金箔（一千二百片，
内四百片为衣，余入药内，另研） 犀角（末二两） 干山药（十两） 大枣（一百枚，蒸熟去皮核，
烂研成膏入药）
上，除枣、杏仁，及牛黄、麝香、雄黄、龙脑四味，另为细末，入前药和匀，
炼蜜与枣膏为丸，每两作十丸，用金箔为衣。每服一丸，温白汤化下，食后服。
小儿惊痫，即酌度多少，以竹叶煎汤，温温化服。

清神汤 治惊痫。
犀角（镑） 远志（姜制，焙） 白藓皮 石菖蒲 人参 甘草（炒。各一钱半）
上为末。每服五七分，麦门冬煎汤调下。
酸枣仁丸（见惊悸）
雌黄丸：治疗小儿癫痫即将发作时，出现视力模糊、抽搐，以及发出恶声并咬舌的症状。
配方：雌黄、黄丹（各一两），麝香（研细，一钱）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研磨成粉末，混合均匀，用半升牛乳汁熬制成膏状，加入前面的药末，捣杵三五百下，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用三丸，用温热水送服，每日三次。此方得自名医之家，具有极高的神效。
《拔萃》妙香丸：具有安神、通关窍、辟除邪气的功效。
配方：辰砂（研细，九两），龙脑、腻粉、麝香（研细，各七钱半），牛黄（半两），金箔（九十片，研细）。
制法与用法：将上述药物混合研匀，炼制蜂蜜并去除蜡质，取七钱半白色沙蜜一同炼匀，制成丸剂，每两药粉制成三十丸。用米饮化开服用。
镇心丸：
配方：朱砂、龙齿、牛黄（各一钱），铁粉、琥珀、人参、茯神、防风、全蝎（七个，炙烤）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研磨成粉末，用灯心草煎汤调服。三岁儿童服用“一字”量。
密陀僧散：治疗心痫导致的失语以及各种惊风导致的失音。用法是将密陀僧研磨成粉末，每次服用一匙，用米醋汤调服。成人服用一钱，用热酒送服。
代赭石散：治疗阴阳痫证。
配方：代赭石（煅烧，醋淬，研为粉末，水飞，晒干）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研磨成粉末。每次服用半钱，用金银煎汤，调入金箔和银箔，连续服用两次。如果脚胫部位出现红色斑点，说明邪气外发，可以治愈；如果没有红色斑点，则难以治愈。
神应丹：
配方：辰砂（用量不限，研细）。
制法与用法：用猪心血调和至适宜程度，用蒸饼包裹，蒸熟后取出制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一丸，饭后或睡前，用人参汤煎服。
牛黄清心丸：治疗小儿烦躁闷乱，项背强直，腰背反张，时而发作时而清醒的症状。
配方：牛黄（一两二钱，研细），麝香（研细），龙脑（另研细），羚羊角（镑成粉末，各一两），当归（去芦头），防风（去芦头），黄芩，麦门冬（去心），白芍药，白术（各一两半），柴胡（去苗），杏仁（去皮尖及双仁，麸炒至黄，另研细），桔梗，白茯苓（去皮），川芎（各一两二钱半），阿胶（锉碎，蛤粉炒），肉桂（去粗皮），大豆卷（捣碎，炒，各一两七钱半），蒲黄（炒），人参（去芦头），神曲（炒，各二两半），甘草（炒，五钱），雄黄（八钱，另研飞），白蔹，干姜（各七钱半），金箔（一千二百片，其中四百片用于包衣，其余入药内，另研细），犀角（粉末，二两），干山药（十两），大枣（一百枚，蒸熟去皮核，烂研成膏入药）。
制法与用法：除了大枣、杏仁，以及牛黄、麝香、雄黄、龙脑这四种药材单独研成细末外，将其余药物混合均匀，用炼蜜和大枣膏制成丸剂，每两药粉制成十丸，用金箔包衣。每次服用一丸，用温白开水化开服用，饭后服用。小儿惊痫，可根据情况酌情减量，用竹叶煎汤，温热化服。
清神汤：治疗惊痫。
配方：犀角（镑片），远志（姜汁制，焙干），白藓皮，石菖蒲，人参，甘草（炒，各一钱半）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研磨成粉末。每次服用五到七分，用麦门冬煎汤调服。
Cihuang Wan (Realgar Pill): Treats pediatric epilepsy imminent to onset, characterized by blurred vision, convulsions,恶声 (foul sounds), and tongue biting.
Ingredients: Cihuang (Realgar), Huangdan (Minium) (each 1 liang), Shexiang (Musk) (powdered, 1 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the ingredients into powder, mix thoroughly. Boil half a sheng of cow's milk into a paste, add the medicinal powder, pound 300-500 times, and form pills the size of mung beans. Take three pills per dose with warm water, three times daily. This formula was obtained from a renowned physician's family and is extremely effective.
Miaoxiang Wan (Wonderful Fragrance Pill) from *Bacui*: Calms the mind, opens orifices, and dispels evil qi.
Ingredients: Chensha (Cinnabar) (powdered, 9 liang), Longnao (Borneol), Nifen (Calomel), Shexiang (Musk) (powdered, each 7.5 qian), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) (0.5 liang), Jinbo (Gold Leaf) (90 pieces, powdered).
Preparation and Administration: Mix and grind uniformly. Refine honey to remove wax, take 7.5 qian of white sand honey, refine together, and form pills. Each liang of powder makes 30 pills. Dissolve in rice drink for administration.
Zhenxin Wan (Heart-Calming Pill):
Ingredients: Zhusha (Cinnabar), Longchi (Dragon Teeth), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) (each 1 qian), Tiefen (Iron Powder), Hupo (Amber), Renshen (Ginseng), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion) (seven pieces, roasted).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Administer with decoction of Jixin (Dentaria bulbifera). For three-year-olds, administer one "zi" (a traditional small weight measure).
Mituoeng San (Lead Monoxide Powder): Treats heart epilepsy causing aphasia and various types of fright leading to loss of voice. Grind Mituoeng (Lead Monoxide) into powder. Take one spoonful per dose, mixed with rice vinegar soup. Adults take 1 qian, administered with hot wine.
Daizheshi San (Hematite Powder): Treats yin-yang epilepsy.
Ingredients: Daizheshi (Hematite) (calcined, quenched in vinegar, powdered, washed with water, dried).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with decoction of gold and silver, and added with gold leaf and silver leaf. Take two consecutive doses. If red spots appear on the calves, it indicates the expulsion of evil qi and is treatable; if no red spots appear, it is difficult to treat.
Shenying Dan (Divine Response Pill):
Ingredients: Chensha (Cinnabar) (quantity unspecified, powdered).
Preparation and Administration: Mix with pig heart blood to the appropriate consistency. Wrap in steamed dough, steam until cooked, remove, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take one pill per dose after meals or before bed, taken with Ginseng decoction.
Niuhuang Qingxin Wan (Calculus Bovis Heart-Clearing Pill): Treats pediatric restlessness and oppression, stiffness of the neck and back, opisthotonos, alternating episodes of seizure and consciousness.
Ingredients: Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) (1.2 liang, powdered), Shexiang (Musk) (powdered), Longnao (Borneol) (separately powdered), Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn) (powdered, each 1 liang), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis) (devoid of radicle), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) (devoid of radicle), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Maimendong (Ophiopogon Tuber) (devoid of heart), Baishao (White Peony Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) (each 1.5 liang), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root) (devoid of sprouts), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (devoid of skin, tips, and double kernels, stir-fried with bran until yellow, separately powdered), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Bai Fuling (Poria) (devoid of skin), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong) (each 1.25 liang), Ejiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin) (chopped, stir-fried with clam powder), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) (devoid of rough bark), Dadoujuan (Sojae Semen Praeparatum) (crushed, stir-fried, each 1.75 liang), Puhuang (Typha Pollen) (stir-fried), Renshen (Ginseng) (devoid of radicle), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) (stir-fried, each 2.5 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root) (stir-fried, 5 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar) (8 qian, separately refined and powdered), Bailian (Tiger Lily Bulb), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (each 7.5 qian), Jinbo (Gold Leaf) (1200 pieces, 400 for coating, remainder added to medicine, separately powdered), Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn) (powdered, 2 liang), Gansanyao (Dioscorea Rhizome) (10 liang), Dazao (Jujube) (100 pieces, steamed, devoid of skin and pits, pounded into paste and added to medicine).
Preparation and Administration: Except for jujube, apricot seeds, and the four ingredients Niuhuang, Shexiang, Xionghuang, and Longnao which are separately ground into fine powder, mix the remaining medicines uniformly. Combine with refined honey and jujube paste to form pills. Each liang of powder makes 10 pills, coated with gold leaf. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in warm plain water, taken after meals. For pediatric fright epilepsy, adjust dosage accordingly, dissolve in warm bamboo leaf decoction.
Bijin Wan (Compare Gold Pill), Huqing Wan (Tiger Eye Pill): (Both formulas are seen in previous sections)
Qingshen Tang (Spirit-Clearing Decoction): Treats fright epilepsy.
Ingredients: Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn) (sliced), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root) (processed with ginger juice, baked), Baixianpi (Dictamnus Bark), Shichangpu (Acorus Rhizome), Renshen (Ginseng), Gancao (Licorice Root) (stir-fried, each 1.5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Take 5-7 fen per dose, mixed with Ophiopogon decoction.
