During strong winds, heavy rain, dense fog, thunderstorms, lightning, rainbows, solar or lunar eclipses, or when heaven and earth become dark and obscure, as well as during earthquakes or landslides, sexual intercourse should be avoided even in broad daylight. Additionally, according to *Zunsheng Jian* (Instructions for Preserving Health), engaging in sexual intercourse with lights extinguished most easily incurs divine wrath. If people can abide by these rules and avoid occasional violations, they will naturally preserve their health and longevity. These are the clear and unfailing instructions demonstrated by the sages of old.
