候温。再将铅笠轻轻取起。勿令泥灰落下。则坛中所悬碗内。自有清香童便露一碗。取出另倾茶碗内。与病者服下。
每日早晚共服二钟。自有神效。取童便须择无病无疮疖者。五六人。每早烹好松萝茶一大壶。令各童饮下。俟便出
时去头去尾不用。取中间者。以坛盛之。此环山方子岫云秘传之仙方也。识者珍之。

取半坛童子尿。要选择坛口较大的容器。先用铁丝编成四股的网架，将一个饭碗悬挂在坛内。碗底距离童便约三寸左右。再用铅打成帽笠形状，倒置扣在坛口上。四周用盐泥密封加固，外面再糊上几层皮纸，务必严密，不要漏气。然后用砖块搭成炉灶的样子，将坛子放在上面，用桑木柴以文火和武火交替煎烧，燃烧一炷香的时间。去掉火源，待温度变温后。轻轻取下铅制的笠盖，不要让泥灰落下。那么坛中悬挂的碗里，自然会有清香的童便露一碗。将其取出，另外倒入茶碗中，让病人服用。每天早晚共服用两杯。自有神奇疗效。选取童便时，必须选择没有疾病、没有疮疖的儿童。大约五到六人。每天早上煮好一大壶松萝茶，让每个儿童喝下去。等到他们排尿时，弃去开头和结尾的部分不用，只取中间段的尿液。用坛子盛装储存。这是环山方子岫云秘传的仙方。懂行的人要珍惜它。
治疗咽喉干燥、堵塞感、疼痛，脉象虚大的症状。

Treats conditions where True Yin is exhausted and deficient fire flares up to scorch the Lung, as well as internal heat arising from deficiency loss of blood, leading to symptoms such as throat sores (Yanchuang) and throat lichen (Houxuan).
Take half a jar of urine from an uncircumcised boy. Use a jar with a wide mouth. First, make a four-strand wire mesh and suspend a rice bowl inside the jar, approximately three cun above the urine level. Then, shape lead into a cap-like form and invert it over the jar's mouth. Seal the perimeter tightly with salt mud, and paste several layers of skin paper over it to ensure it is airtight. Build a brick furnace structure and place the jar on it. Roast using mulberry wood branches, alternating between mild and strong fire for the duration of one incense stick. Remove from heat and let cool to warm temperature. Gently lift off the lead cap, ensuring no mud or ash falls in. A bowl of clear, fragrant dew distilled from the boy's urine will naturally collect in the suspended bowl. Pour this out into a separate tea bowl for the patient to drink. Administer twice daily, morning and evening, two cups each time. It will produce miraculous effects. When selecting the urine, choose boys who are free from illness and boils/abscesses. For about five or six boys, brew a large pot of Songluo tea early in the morning and have them drink it. When they urinate, discard the initial and final portions; only collect the middle portion. Store it in a jar. This is a secret immortal prescription passed down by Fang Zixiu of Huanshan. Those who understand its value should cherish it.
Treats dryness, obstruction, and pain in the throat, accompanied by a def大而 (deficient and large) pulse.
