焰硝（一两五钱） 硼砂（五钱） 片脑（三分） 雄黄（二钱） 白僵蚕（一钱）
各另研细末。再和匀收固。每吹少许。入患处痰涎即出。
专治牙痈骨槽风生多骨者吹入神效。
取推车虫（即羌螂） 炙研极细末每一钱加入干姜末五分。同乳细收固。每用少许。吹入患处孔内。若孔内有
骨。次日不痛。而骨自出。凡吹过周时。而无骨出者。则知内无多骨也。

蟾酥（一钱陈酒化透） 五灵脂（一钱） 麝香（八分）
共研极细末。和捣为丸。以二百粒为则。即用新零绸包以丝线扎固。再藏瓷瓶内。每取一丸。咬噙于痛牙缝中。
俟丸化。即痊愈。
专治一切牙痛。无不立验。此不易得之方也。

上药。共为粗末。置大铜锅内。外用甘草五钱。煎水一大碗。将药拌匀。再取潮脑三两。研碎分作五七次。用
洒药上。再以大碗盖住药上又用石膏和灰面盐水调匀。密糊碗口不可泄气。煮长香一炷方可起下。将上升在碗的灵
丹。用竹刀刮下。仍将渣用甘草水拌匀。复洒潮脑于上。如此升取五七次。候药性升尽为度。再以瓷瓶收固。凡牙
疼擦上。立止如神。

取推车虫（即屎壳郎），炙烤后研磨成极细的粉末，每一钱药粉中加入干姜末五分。共同研磨细腻并密封保存。每次取少量，吹入患处的孔洞内。如果孔内有骨头，第二天疼痛消失，骨头会自行脱落。凡是吹药经过一个时辰后，如果没有骨头脱出，就知道内部没有多余骨头了。

共同研磨成极细的粉末，调和捣制成丸药，以二百粒为标准。用新的零碎丝绸包裹并用丝线扎紧，再藏在瓷瓶内。每次取一丸，咬含在疼痛牙齿的缝隙中。等待药丸融化，疾病即痊愈。
专门治疗各种牙痛，无不立即见效。这是难得的好方子。

上述药物，共同研成粗末，放入大铜锅内。外用甘草五钱，煎煮一大碗水，将药粉拌匀。再取潮脑（冰片）三两，研磨碎后分作五到七次，喷洒在药上。再用大碗盖住药碗，用石膏和灰面加盐水调匀，严密糊住碗口，不可漏气。点燃一炷香的长时间方可取下。将上升聚集在碗底的灵丹，用竹刀刮下。仍将药渣用甘草水拌匀，再次喷洒潮脑在上面。如此升华提取五到七次，直到药性完全升华为止。最后用瓷瓶密封保存。凡牙疼时擦上，立即停止如神效。
Treats throat obstruction (hou bi) and wind-entangling throat wind (chan hou feng). Conditions where phlegm-saliva obstructs, causing lockjaw (kou jin bu kai) and difficulty swallowing liquids or solids.
Yanxiao (Saltpeter, 1 liang 5 qian) Penglsha (Borax, 5 qian) Pianao (Borneol, 3 fen) Xionghuang (Realgar, 2 qian) Baijiangcan (White Silkworm, 1 qian)
Each is separately ground into fine powder, then mixed evenly and stored tightly. Blow a small amount into the affected area; phlegm-saliva will be expelled immediately.
Specially treats dental abscess (ya yong), alveolar osteitis (gu cao feng), and cases with exostosis (duo gu). Blowing it in yields miraculous effects.
Take Tuche Chong (Scarabaeus siccus, i.e., dung beetle), roast and grind into extremely fine powder. For every 1 qian of powder, add 5 fen of Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) powder. Grind together until fine and store tightly. Use a small amount each time, blow into the hole of the affected area. If there is bone in the hole, pain ceases the next day, and the bone falls out naturally. If no bone is expelled after one zhou (two hours) of blowing, it indicates there is no exostosis internally.
(Also known as Guojie Xiao) Specially treats toothache caused by wind-fire and caries (chong ya), yielding miraculous results without exception.

Grind together into an extremely fine powder, mix and knead into pills, standardizing to 200 pills per batch. Wrap each pill in new silk scraps and tie securely with silk thread, then store in a porcelain bottle. Take one pill each time, bite and hold it in the gap of the painful tooth. Wait for the pill to dissolve, and recovery will occur.
Specially treats all types of toothache, yielding immediate results. This is a rare and valuable prescription.

Baibu (Stemona Root) Bohe (Mint Herb) (All above: 2 qian 5 fen each) Zhenhuanglian (Coptis Rhizome, 3 qian)
The above herbs are coarsely ground and placed in a large copper pot. Externally, decoct Gancao (Licorice Root, 5 qian) in a large bowl of water, and mix the herb powder evenly with this liquid. Then take Chaonao (Borneol, 3 liang), grind into fragments, divide into five to seven portions, and sprinkle onto the herbs. Cover the pot with a large bowl. Seal the rim of the bowl tightly using a mixture of Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), ash flour, and salt water to prevent gas leakage. Heat for the duration of one incense stick before removing. Scrape down the Lingdan (Spirit Pill/Essence) that has sublimated and collected at the bottom of the upper bowl using a bamboo knife. Mix the remaining dregs again with Gancao water, sprinkle Chaonao on top, and repeat this sublimation process five to seven times until the medicinal properties are fully extracted. Store in a porcelain bottle. When applied to toothache, pain stops immediately with miraculous effect.
