此二方专治咽喉急症之神剂。若治喉风，宜用前方七分，本方三分，吹之立效。

此方专治肾经黑色铁皮疳，及牙宣等症。如牙龈与口唇内皮，烂如云片，或龈中出血，
或口碎，吹之立愈。【谔按∶此方冰片不妨加重，市肆铜绿罕真，不如代以画家所用之石绿为妥
，青黛、黄柏、均可加入。】

Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 6 fen) Yudan (Jade Cinnabar, 4 fen) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 1 fen each with Bingpian) Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 fen each with Gancao) Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, used in larger amounts)
Baicaoshuang (Carbonis Herbae, 3 fen), Dengcaohui (Ash of Juncus effusus, 5 li), Zhi Yazao (Prepared Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina, a small amount).
These two formulas are divine agents specifically for treating acute throat conditions. If treating Houfeng (acute laryngeal inflammation), use seven parts of the preceding formula and three parts of this formula, insufflated into the affected area for immediate effect.
If pain subsides, use this formula alone.

Tonglv (Chloritum, 5 fen) Yaohuang (Lead Yellow, 1 qian) Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 7.5 li)
This formula is specifically for treating Shenjing Heise Tiepi Gan (black iron-skin canker associated with the Kidney meridian) and Yaxuan (gingival recession and tooth mobility) etc. If the gums and inner mucosa of the lips are ulcerated like cloud slices, or bleeding from the gums, or oral sores occur, insufflation leads to immediate healing. [Editor's Note: The dosage of Bingpian in this formula may be increased; authentic Tonglv is rare in the market, so it is more appropriate to substitute it with Shilv (Malachite) used by painters. Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) and Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) can also be added.]

Specifically treats Shi Huo Zouma Yagan (gangrenous stomatitis caused by excess fire characterized by rapid progression and tissue necrosis) leading to rotting flesh and floating foul-smelling tissue. First insufflate this medicine; after the foul, necrotic tissue falls off, then insufflate Digupi San (Digut皮的 Powder) for complete recovery.

Da Hongzao (Ziziphi Jujubae Fructus, large red dates), split open with a bamboo knife, remove pits, fill with Yaohuang (Lead Yellow) powder, roast on tiles until crisp, then grind into powder for use.
This formula is specifically for treating various types of Kougan (oral canker) related to the Spleen meridian, gum swelling and rotting, and Yading (gingival abscess) etc. If there is toxicity in the gums, this cinnabar must be used to extract toxins; insufflation leads to immediate healing.

This formula is specifically for treating various types of Xu Huo Kougan (oral canker due to deficient fire) where rotting prevents eating and drinking. It also treats Ma Ya Xue Kou (neonatal thrush and gingival leukoplakia) in newborns; insufflation yields immediate effects and can promote tissue regeneration.
