败腰痛，小便频∶肾俞灸。 腰痛∶中空从肾俞下量三寸，各开三寸是穴。灸十四壮，向外
针一寸半。此即膀胱经之中 也。

腰痛：从中俞向下量三寸，左右各旁开三寸处为穴位。灸十四壮，向外斜刺一寸半。此穴即膀胱经中的志室穴。
