，中冲（《千金》又作天卯）主之。热病发热，烦满而欲呕哕，三日以往不得汗，怵惕，胸胁痛
，不可反侧，咳满溺赤，大便（《千金》作小便）血衄不止，呕吐血，气逆，噫不止，嗌中痛，
食不下，善渴，舌中烂，掌中热，饮呕，劳宫主之。热病烦心而汗不止，肘挛腋肿，善笑不休，

痛，鼽衄，发聋，臂重痛，肘挛痂疥，胸中引 ，泣出而惊，颈项强，身寒，头不可以顾
，后溪主之。热病汗不出，胸痛不可息，颔肿，寒热，耳鸣，聋无所闻，阳谷主之。泄风
汗出，腰项急，不可以左右顾及俯仰，肩弛肘废，目痛，痂疥，生疣，螈 ，头眩目痛，阳
谷主之。振寒热，颈项肿，实则肘挛，头项痛，狂易，虚则生疣，小者痂疥，支正主之。风
眩头痛，小海主之。气喘，热病衄不止，烦心善悲，腹胀，逆息热气，足胫中寒，不得卧
，气满胸中热，暴泄，仰息，足下寒，中闷，呕吐，不欲食饮，隐白主之。热病汗不出且
厥，手足清，暴泄，心腹胀痛，心尤痛甚，此胃心痛也，大都主之，并取隐白，腹满善呕烦
闷，此皆主之。热病先头重额痛，烦闷身热，热争则腰痛不可以俯仰，胸满，两颔痛甚，
暴泄，善泄，饥不欲食，善噫，热中，足清，腹胀，食不化，善呕，泄有脓血，若呕无所出

之。热中少气厥阳寒，灸之热去（《千金》作灸涌泉）烦心不嗜食，咳而短气，善喘，喉痹
身热，脊胁相引，忽忽善忘，涌泉主之。热病烦心，足寒清多汗，先取然谷，后取太溪，
大指间动脉，皆先补之。目痛引 ，少腹偏痛，背（一作脊）伛螈 ，视昏嗜卧，照海主之，
泻左阴跷，取足左右少阴前，先刺阴跷，后刺少阴，气在横骨上。热病汗不出，默默嗜卧，
溺黄，少腹热，嗌中痛，腹胀内肿，羡（音涎）心痛如锥针刺，太溪主之。手足寒至节，喘
息者死。热病刺然谷（《千金》作陷谷），足先寒，寒上至膝乃出针，善啮颊齿唇，热病汗不出
，口中热痛，冲阳主之，胃脘痛，时寒热，皆主之。热病汗不出，善噫腹胀满，胃热谵语
，解溪主之。厥头痛，面浮肿，烦心，狂见鬼，善笑不休，发于外有所大喜，喉痹不能言，
丰隆主之。阳厥凄凄而寒，少腹坚，头痛，胫股腹痛，消中，小便不利，善呕，三里主之。
胁痛咳逆，不得息，窍阴主之，及爪甲与肉交者，左取右，右取左，立已，不已复取。手足
清，烦（一作脉）热汗不出，手肢转筋，头痛如锥刺之，然不可以动，动益烦心，喉痹，舌
卷干，臂内廉痛不可及，耳聋鸣，窍阴皆主之。膝外廉痛，热病汗不出，目外 赤痛，头
眩，两颔痛，寒逆泣出，耳鸣聋，多汗，目痒，胸中痛，不可反侧，痛无常处，侠溪主之。厥
四逆，喘，气满，风，身汗出而清，髋髀中痛，不可得行，足外皮痛，临泣主之。目视不明
，振寒目翳，瞳子不见，腰两胁痛，脚酸转筋，丘墟主之。身懈，寒少气，热甚恶人
，心惕惕然，取飞扬及绝骨、跗下临泣，立已。淫泺胫酸，热病汗不出，皆主之。头重鼻
衄及螈 ，汗不出，烦心，足下热，不欲近衣，项痛，目翳，鼻及小便皆不利，至阴主之。
身疼痛，善惊，互引鼻衄，通谷主之。暴病头痛，身热痛，肌肉动，耳聋恶风，目
烂赤，项不可以顾，髀枢痛，泄，肠 ，束骨主之。鼽衄血不止，淫泺，头痛，目白
翳，跟尻 ，头顶肿痛，泄注，上抢心，目赤
烂无所见，痛从内 始（《千金》作翳从内 始），腹满，颈项强，腰脊不可俯仰，眩，心痛
与肩背相引，如从后触之状，身寒从胫起，京骨主之。下部寒，热病汗不出，体重，逆气头
眩，飞扬主之。鼽衄，腰脊脚 酸重，战栗不能久立， 如裂，脚跟急痛，足挛
引少腹痛，喉咽痛，大便难 胀，承山主之。热病侠脊痛，委中主之。
身体颤抖发冷，肢体抽搐，手臂不能伸展，咳嗽且咳出浑浊痰液，气机阻滞容易呕吐，下巴打颤，无汗，心中烦闷胀满（《千金方》记载为心烦身痛），因此导致鼻出血，取尺泽穴主治。左侧气机窒塞针刺右侧，右侧气机窒塞针刺左侧。两胁下疼痛，呕吐腹泻，上下二便异常排出，胸部胀满，呼吸短促，无汗，补手太阴肺经以疏导病邪。热病表现为心烦，心胸闷塞而汗不出，手掌心发热，心痛，全身发热如火，病情逐渐加重致烦闷胀满，舌根疼痛，取中冲穴主治（《千金方》又作天卯穴）。热病发热，烦闷且想呕吐呃逆，病程三天以上仍无汗，惊恐不安，胸胁疼痛，身体僵硬无法翻身侧卧，咳嗽、胸满、小便赤黄，大便（《千金方》作小便）带血及鼻出血不止，呕吐鲜血，气机上逆，嗳气不止，咽喉疼痛，饮食难下，容易口渴，舌中溃烂，手掌心发热，饮水即呕，取劳宫穴主治。热病心烦且汗出不止，肘部拘挛腋窝肿胀，喜欢笑个不停，心中疼痛，眼睛红黄，小便如血色，想呕吐，胸中发热，苦闷不乐，长吁短叹，喉痹咽干，气喘逆上，全身发热如火，头痛剧烈如破裂感，呼吸短促胸痛，取大陵穴主治。热病心烦且容易呕吐，胸中淡淡然不适，容易悸动且发热，取间使穴主治。面部发红皮肤发热，热病无汗，淡淡然神情恍惚，容易受惊，身体发热，心烦，口干，手脚清冷，气机上逆，呕血（《千金方》作唾血），不时抽搐，喜欢摇头，面色青暗，身体发热，喉痹感觉如有异物梗阻，眼睛受伤，突然发冷肩疼，取二间穴主治。鼻流清涕及鼻出血，热病无汗，视力模糊（音迷），眼睛疼痛闭目不开，头痛，牙齿疼痛，流泪，厥逆性头痛，胸部胀满呼吸困难，取阳溪穴主治。热病肠鸣，肘臂部位疼痛，取渊腋穴主治。头痛，颈项背部拘急，取消泺穴主治。身体颤抖发冷，小指活动不利，寒热往来无汗，头痛，喉痹舌体卷缩，小指与无名指之间发热，口中发热，心烦心痛，手臂内侧及胁肋疼痛，耳聋，咳嗽，肢体抽搐，口干，头痛不能回顾，取少泽穴主治。身体颤抖发冷寒热往来，肩肘臂疼痛，头部不能回顾，烦满身热，恶寒，眼睛红痛溃烂，生成翳膜，突发疼痛，鼻流清涕鼻出血，突发耳聋，手臂沉重疼痛，肘部拘挛生疮疥，胸中牵引疼痛，流泪且惊恐，颈项强直，身体寒冷，头部不能回顾，取后溪穴主治。热病无汗，胸痛无法呼吸，下巴肿胀，寒热往来，耳鸣，耳聋听不见声音，取阳谷穴主治。泄风症汗出，腰项拘急，不能左右顾盼及俯仰，肩部松弛肘部废用，眼睛疼痛，生疮疥，长疣，肢体抽搐，头晕眼花，取阳谷穴主治。身体颤抖发热，颈项肿胀，实证则肘部拘挛，头项疼痛，精神狂乱变异，虚证则长疣，小的为疮疥，取支正穴主治。风邪眩晕头痛，取海穴主治。气喘，热病鼻出血不止，心烦悲伤，腹胀，气息逆乱热气上冲，足胫寒冷，无法躺卧，气满胸中发热，突发腹泻，仰卧呼吸，脚下寒冷，心中闷乱，呕吐，不想饮食，取隐白穴主治。热病无汗且四肢厥冷，手脚清冷，突发腹泻，心腹胀痛，心脏特别疼痛，这是胃心痛，取大都穴主治，并取隐白穴。腹部胀满容易呕吐烦闷，这些症状都取上述穴位主治。热病先出现头重额痛，烦闷身热，热邪相争则腰痛无法俯仰，胸部胀满，两侧下颌疼痛严重，突发腹泻，容易腹泻，饥饿但不想进食，容易嗳气，热在中焦，脚底清冷，腹胀，食物不消化，容易呕吐，腹泻有脓血，如果呕吐却无物吐出，先取足三里穴。中焦热盛少气厥阳寒，灸之热退（《千金方》作灸涌泉穴）。心烦不喜欢吃东西，咳嗽且呼吸短促，容易气喘，喉痹身热，脊柱胁肋相互牵引，恍惚健忘，取涌泉穴主治。热病心烦，脚底寒冷清冷多汗，先取然谷穴，后取太溪穴，在大脚趾间的动脉处，都先进行补法操作。眼睛疼痛牵引至小腹偏痛，背部（一作脊背）弯曲抽搐，视物昏花嗜睡，取照海穴主治，泻左侧阴跷脉，取足部左右少阴脉前方，先刺阴跷脉，后刺少阴脉，气行于横骨上方。热病无汗，沉默嗜睡，小便黄，少腹发热，咽喉疼痛，腹部胀满内部肿胀，羡慕心痛如锥针刺般，取太溪穴主治。手足寒冷至关节，喘息的预后不良。热病刺然谷穴（《千金方》作陷谷穴），脚先感到寒冷，寒气上行至膝盖才出针，喜欢咬脸颊牙齿嘴唇，热病无汗，口中热痛，取冲阳穴主治，胃脘痛，时寒时热，都取此穴主治。热病无汗，容易嗳气腹胀满，胃热谵语，取解溪穴主治。厥逆头痛，面部浮肿，心烦，狂躁见鬼，喜欢笑个不停，因外部大喜引发，喉痹不能说话，取丰隆穴主治。阳厥症凄凄怕冷，小腹坚硬，头痛，小腿大腿腹痛，消渴症，小便不利，容易呕吐，取足三里穴主治。胁痛咳嗽气逆，呼吸困难，取窍阴穴主治，以及指甲与肉交接处，左病取右，右病取左，立即见效，无效再取。手脚清冷，脉搏（一作烦）热无汗，手部肢体转筋，头痛如锥刺，但不能活动，活动后更加心烦，喉痹，舌体卷缩干燥，手臂内侧疼痛无法触及，耳聋耳鸣，窍阴穴皆主治。膝外侧疼痛，热病无汗，眼睛外眦红痛，头晕，两侧下颌疼痛，寒气逆上流泪，耳鸣耳聋，多汗，眼睛痒，胸中疼痛，无法翻身侧卧，疼痛位置不固定，取侠溪穴主治。厥逆四肢冰冷，气喘，气满，风邪，身体出汗而清冷，髋部大腿中部疼痛，无法行走，足外侧疼痛，取临泣穴主治。视物不明，颤抖发冷眼生翳膜，瞳孔看不见，腰部两侧胁肋疼痛，脚酸转筋，取丘墟穴主治。身体懈怠，寒少气，热甚怕人，心中惕惕不安，取飞扬穴及绝骨穴、跗下临泣穴，立即见效。双腿酸软无力，热病无汗，都取此穴主治。头重鼻衄及肢体抽搐，无汗，心烦，脚下发热，不想穿衣，颈痛，眼生翳膜，鼻子及小便都不利，取至阴穴主治。身体疼痛，容易受惊，互相牵引鼻出血，取通谷穴主治。突发疾病头痛，身热痛，肌肉跳动，耳聋恶风，眼睛红肿溃烂，颈部不能回顾，髀枢疼痛，腹泻，肠鸣，取束骨穴主治。鼻流清涕鼻出血不止，双腿酸软，头痛，眼白生翳，脚跟臀部疼痛，头顶肿痛，腹泻如水，气上抢心，眼睛红赤溃烂看不见东西，疼痛从内部开始（《千金方》作翳从内部开始），腹部胀满，颈项强直，腰脊无法俯仰，眩晕，心痛与肩背相互牵引，像从后面触碰的感觉，身体寒冷从胫部起始，取京骨穴主治。下部寒冷，热病无汗，身体沉重，气逆头晕，取飞扬穴主治。鼻流清涕鼻出血，腰脊脚部酸重，战栗不能久立，皮肤如裂开，脚跟急痛，足部拘挛牵引少腹疼痛，喉咽疼痛，大便困难腹胀，取承山穴主治。热病沿脊柱疼痛，取委中穴主治。
Chills and tremors, convulsions with inability to extend the hands, coughing with turbid sputum, qi obstruction with frequent vomiting, jaw trembling, anhidrosis, and vexation/fullness (in *Qianjin Fang* recorded as vexation of heart and body pain), leading to epistaxis; Chize (LU-5) is the primary point. For blockage on the left, needle the right; for blockage on the right, needle the left. Pain in both hypochondria, vomiting and diarrhea, discharge from upper and lower orifices, chest fullness, shortness of breath, and anhidrosis: tonify Hand-Taiyin Lung to expel the pathogen. Heat disease with vexation of heart, stifling sensation in the heart without sweating, heat in the palms, heart pain, body heat like fire, progressive vexation and fullness, pain at the root of the tongue; Zhongchong (PC-9) [also known as Tianmao in *Qianjin Fang*] is the primary point. Heat disease with fever, vexation and fullness with desire to vomit or hiccup, no sweat after three days, fearfulness, chest and hypochondriac pain, inability to turn sideways, cough, chest fullness, red urine, continuous bleeding from stool (or urine in *Qianjin Fang*) and nose, hematemesis, rebellious qi, incessant belching, throat pain, difficulty eating, thirst, ulceration of the tongue center, heat in the palms, vomiting upon drinking; Laogong (PC-8) is the primary point. Heat disease with vexation of heart and incessant sweating, elbow contracture and axillary swelling, excessive laughter, heart pain, red and yellow eyes, blood-like urine, desire to vomit, heat in the chest, distress and unhappiness, sighing, bi syndrome of throat with dryness, wheezing and rebellious qi, body heat like fire, headache as if splitting, shortness of breath and chest pain; Daling (PC-7) is the primary point. Heat disease with vexation of heart and frequent vomiting, a vague discomfort in the chest, palpitations with heat; Jianshi (PC-5) is the primary point. Red face and hot skin, heat disease with anhidrosis, vague mental state, timidity, body heat, vexation of heart, dry mouth, cold hands, rebellious qi, hematemesis (spitting blood in *Qianjin Fang*), intermittent convulsions, head shaking, bluish complexion, body heat, bi syndrome of throat with foreign body sensation, eye injury, sudden chills and shoulder pain; Erjian (LI-2) is the primary point. Rhinorrhea and epistaxis, heat disease with anhidrosis, blurred vision (pronounced 'mi'), eye pain with closed eyes, headache, toothache, lacrimation, jue headache, chest fullness and dyspnea; Yangxi (LI-5) is the primary point. Heat disease with intestinal rumbling, pain in the elbow and arm; Yuanquan (GB-24) is the primary point. Headache, stiffness of neck and back; Xiaoluo (GB-36) is the primary point. Chills, dysfunction of the little finger, alternating chills and fever with anhidrosis, headache, bi syndrome of throat with curled tongue, heat between the little and ring fingers, oral heat, vexation of heart and heart pain, pain along the medial aspect of the arm and hypochondrium, deafness, cough, convulsions, dry mouth, headache with inability to look back; Shaoze (SI-1) is the primary point. Chills and alternating fever, shoulder, elbow, and arm pain, inability to turn the head, vexation with body heat, aversion to cold, red and painful eyes with ulceration and nebulas, sudden pain, rhinorrhea and epistaxis, sudden deafness, heavy and painful arms, elbow contracture with sores and scabies, chest pain radiating inward, lacrimation with fright, stiff neck and nape, body coldness, inability to look back; Houxi (SI-3) is the primary point. Heat disease with anhidrosis, chest pain with inability to breathe, swollen chin, alternating chills and fever, tinnitus, deafness; Yanggu (SI-5) is the primary point. Wind leakage with sweating, stiffness of waist and neck, inability to look left/right or bend/extend, flaccid shoulders and useless elbows, eye pain, sores and scabies, warts, convulsions, dizziness and eye pain; Yanggu (SI-5) is the primary point. Chills and fever, swollen neck and nape; excess presents as elbow contracture and head/neck pain, mania; deficiency presents with warts, small ones being sores and scabies; Zhizheng (SI-7) is the primary point. Wind-induced dizziness and headache; Xiaohai (SI-8) is the primary point. Asthma, continuous epistaxis in heat disease, vexation of heart with sadness, abdominal distension, rebellious breathing with rising heat, cold in calves, inability to lie down, chest fullness with heat, sudden diarrhea, orthopnea, cold soles, central stuffiness, vomiting, loss of appetite; Yinbai (SP-1) is the primary point. Heat disease with anhidrosis and jue, cold extremities, sudden diarrhea, heart and abdominal distension/pain, severe heart pain; this is Stomach Heart Pain, treated with Dadu (SP-2) and Yinbai (SP-1). Abdominal fullness, frequent vomiting and vexation; these are all treated with the aforementioned points. Heat disease starting with heavy head and forehead pain, vexation and body heat; when heat struggles, low back pain prevents bending/extending, chest fullness, severe bilateral mandibular pain, sudden diarrhea, frequent diarrhea, hunger without desire to eat, frequent belching, heat in the middle, cold feet, abdominal distension, indigestion, frequent vomiting, purulent bloody diarrhea, or vomiting without output; first select Zusanli (ST-36). Heat in the middle with shortness of breath, jue yang cold; moxibustion removes heat (moxa Yongquan in *Qianjin Fang*). Vexation of heart, anorexia, cough with shortness of breath, frequent asthma, bi syndrome of throat with body heat, pulling between spine and hypochondria, absent-mindedness and forgetfulness; Yongquan (KI-1) is the primary point. Heat disease with vexation of heart, cold and clear feet with profuse sweating; first select Ran Gu (KI-2), then Taixi (KI-3); at the arterial pulse between the big toes, apply tonification first. Eye pain radiating to the lower abdomen, unilateral lower abdominal pain, spinal curvature with convulsions, blurred vision and somnolence; Zhaohai (KI-6) is the primary point, drain Left Yin Qiao, select anterior to Foot-Shaoyin on both sides, needle Yin Qiao first, then Shaoyin, qi moves above Henggu. Heat disease with anhidrosis, silence and somnolence, yellow urine, heat in lower abdomen, throat pain, abdominal distension with internal swelling, heart pain like needle/prick; Taixi (KI-3) is the primary point. Cold hands and feet up to joints with asthma indicates death. Heat disease needle Ran Gu (Xian Gu in *Qianjin Fang*); foot feels cold first, withdraw needle when cold reaches knee; biting cheeks/lips, heat disease with anhidrosis and oral heat/pain; Chongyang (ST-42) is the primary point, also for gastric pain and alternating chills/fever. Heat disease with anhidrosis, frequent belching and abdominal fullness, stomach heat with delirium; Jiexi (ST-41) is the primary point. Jue headache, facial edema, vexation of heart, mania with hallucinations, excessive laughter triggered by great joy externally, bi syndrome of throat with aphonia; Fenglong (ST-40) is the primary point. Yang jue with chilliness, hard lower abdomen, headache, leg/thigh/abdominal pain, Xiao Zhong (wasting-thirst), difficult urination, frequent vomiting; Zusanli (ST-36) is the primary point. Hypochondriac pain, cough with rebellious qi, dyspnea; Qiaoyin (GB-44) is the primary point, and at the junction of nail and flesh, left treat right, right treat left, immediate effect, repeat if ineffective. Cold extremities, pulse heat (or vexation) with anhidrosis, hand/finger spasms, headache like piercing, immobility due to increased vexation upon movement, bi syndrome of throat, curled/dry tongue, pain in medial arm unreachable, deafness/tinnitus; Qiaoyin (GB-44) treats all. Lateral knee pain, heat disease with anhidrosis, red/painful outer canthus, dizziness, bilateral mandibular pain, rebellious cold with lacrimation, tinnitus/deafness, hyperhidrosis, itchy eyes, chest pain with inability to turn side, wandering pain; Xiaxi (GB-43) is the primary point. Jue with four limbs cold, asthma, qi fullness, wind, sweating with coldness, hip/thigh pain preventing walking, lateral foot pain; Lin Qi (GB-41) is the primary point. Blurred vision, chills with eye nebulas, pupil blindness, lumbar/hypochondriac pain, sore/spasmodic legs; Qiuxu (GB-40) is the primary point. Body laxity, cold with shortness of breath, intense heat with aversion to people, palpitations; Feiyang (BL-58), Juegu (GB-39), and Lin Qi under dorsum treat immediately. Leg soreness/weakness, heat disease with anhidrosis; all treated by these points. Heavy head, epistaxis, convulsions, anhidrosis, vexation of heart, hot soles, aversion to clothes, neck pain, eye nebulas, nasal/urinary obstruction; Zhiyin (BL-67) is the primary point. Body pain, timidity, mutual pulling with epistaxis; Tonggu (BL-65) is the primary point. Sudden headache, body heat/pain, muscle twitching, deafness/aversion to wind, red/ulcerated eyes, stiff neck, hip joint pain, diarrhea, intestinal rumbling; Shu Gu (BL-65) is the primary point. Continuous rhinorrhea/epistaxis, leg weakness, headache, white eye nebulas, heel/sacrum pain, top-of-head swelling/pain, watery diarrhea, qi rushing to heart, red/ulcerated eyes causing blindness, pain starting internally (nebulas starting internally in *Qianjin Fang*), abdominal fullness, stiff neck/nape, lumbar/spine unable to bend/extend, dizziness, heart pain pulling to shoulder/back feeling like posterior touch, body coldness starting from shins; Jing Gu (BL-64) is the primary point. Lower body cold, heat disease with anhidrosis, heavy body, rebellious qi with dizziness; Feiyang (BL-58) is the primary point. Rhinorrhea/epistaxis, lumbar/spine/leg soreness/heaviness, trembling unable to stand long, skin cracking, acute heel pain, foot contracture pulling to lower abdomen, throat pain, difficult defecation with abdominal distension; Cheng Shan (BL-57) is the primary point. Heat disease with paraspinal pain; Weizhong (BL-40) is the primary point.
