不可自带衣，臂腕外侧痛不举，阳谷主之。臂不可举，头项痛，咽肿不可咽，前谷主之。肩
痛欲折， 如拔，手不能自上下，养老主之。肩背头痛时眩，涌泉主之。
溢饮胁下坚痛，中脘主之。腰清脊强，四肢懈惰，善怒，咳，少气，郁然不得息，厥逆
，肩不可举，马刀 ，身 ，章门主之。溢饮，水道不通。溺黄，小腹痛里急肿，洞泄，
体痛引骨，京门主之。饮渴身伏多唾，隐白主之。腠理气， 会主之。
肩部疼痛且无法抬起，取天容穴和秉风穴主治。肩背部及大腿疼痛，手臂不能上举，伴有恶寒发热、战栗发抖的症状，取肩井穴主治。肩部肿胀导致头部无法回顾，取气舍穴主治。肩背及大腿不能活动，肩部中间有瘀血阻滞，身体不能随意转动，取巨骨穴主治。肩部中间发热，手指和手臂疼痛，取肩髃穴主治。肩部沉重无法抬起，手臂疼痛，取肩髎穴主治。肩部沉重且肘臂疼痛，无法抬起，取天窗穴主治。肩胛骨内部疼痛并伴有寒意延伸至肘部，取肩外俞穴主治。肩胛周围出现痹症，取曲垣穴主治。肩部疼痛无法抬起，并牵引至缺盆部位疼痛，取云门穴主治。肘部疼痛，取尺泽穴主治。手臂抽搐牵引口角，中寒导致肿胀，肩部肿胀牵引缺盆，取商阳穴主治。肩部和肘部疼痛，难以屈伸，手无法抬起，手腕沉重紧急，取曲池穴主治。肩肘关节酸重，手臂疼痛，无法屈伸，取肘髎穴主治。肩部疼痛无法自行抬起，无汗出，颈部疼痛，取阳池穴主治。肘部感觉如水流动般不适，手臂内侧疼痛，手无法触及头部，取外关穴主治。肘部疼痛牵引至肩部，无法屈伸，发冷发热，颈项肩背疼痛，手臂痿软麻木不仁（《千金方》记载为肩部内部麻木），取天井穴主治。肩部无法抬起，不能穿衣，取清冷渊穴主治。肘、臂、腕部疼痛，颈部肿胀无法回顾，头项强痛，眩晕，身体困倦无力，肩胛及小指疼痛，取前谷穴主治。肩部疼痛无法自行穿衣，手臂和手腕外侧疼痛无法抬起，取阳谷穴主治。手臂无法抬起，头项疼痛，咽喉肿胀无法吞咽，取前谷穴主治。肩部疼痛剧烈似要折断，如有拉扯感，手无法自行上下移动，取养老穴主治。肩背头痛时常眩晕，取涌泉穴主治。
溢饮病导致胁下坚硬疼痛，取中脘穴主治。腰部清冷脊柱僵硬，四肢懈怠懒惰，容易发怒，咳嗽，气短，气息郁结呼吸不畅，四肢厥逆，肩部无法抬起，腋下肿块（马刀瘘），身体消瘦，取章门穴主治。溢饮病，水道不通畅。小便黄赤，小腹部疼痛拘急肿胀，洞泄（严重腹泻），身体疼痛牵引骨骼，取京门穴主治。饮水后口渴，身体伏卧多唾沫，取隐白穴主治。腠理间气机失调，取会穴主治。
