法，再取气上气自开，足冷微微出些汗，搓搓便战出针来。
妇人白浊日夜流，满身黄瘦百劳忧，白浊子宫中极用，双盘双穴在手头，中极圆盘多取
热，子宫双用理中收，三里三阴双阴上，双穴升阴血气周。
下胎此法要升阳；再用升阳补更凉，复取气下三搓法，即用升阴产便康。
死胎多用升阳法，连用气上搓数遭，再用升阳加搓法，复取气下升阴变，升阳加补微微
下，急用升阳痛即消，腹下升阳一二次，死胎急下见功高。
横横顺逆要升阴，再用升阴四逆阳，再加搓摄五七次，伸提自出如神匡。
妇人赤白大盘取，圆圆盘盘呼吸停，若盘摄白不能止，中极皮起五分真，五分提搓针不
出，三阴升阳病者欣，三阴复使气上法，搓搓连下升阴行。
妇人血山崩漏多，中极大盘要搓摩，再搜搜来十数次，双盘二穴要精和，双双盘后圆圆
取，若是血山即要止，阳升升后定无讹。
妇人疼痛血不调，阳陵阳交上下交，太冲取血多为妙，阳陵升阳气下消，阳交升阴调匀
法，足冷搓搓热战交，妇人血气多为弱，急急升阳补血饶。
满腹气胀足浮肿，中脘下盘摄在分，丹田盘下摄数次，皮腹七分响一匀，再加三里气上
二，一次气下又阴升，三阴太冲取血法，运用调匀针出腾。
胎衣不下并伴有腹部疼痛，先施行三阴经升阳法一至二次，再施气上穴的补法两次，随后连续施行下部的泻阴法以紧急催产。用足三里调理胃气并施气上穴的补法，气机自然通畅。若足部发冷且微微出汗，搓针后出现战栗感即可出针。

排出死胎此法需升阳；再用升阳兼补法使内热更凉，复取气下穴的三搓法，随即施用升阴法产后即安康。

Placenta retention accompanied by abdominal pain: Perform Shengyang (Ascending Yang) manipulation on the Three Yin meridians one to two times. Then, apply tonification to Qishang (Qi Ascending) acupoint twice. Subsequently, perform Jiexian (Urgent Descending Yin) manipulation on the lower body to urgently induce labor. Use Zusanli (ST36) to regulate Stomach Qi and apply tonification to Qishang; Qi mechanism will naturally open. If the feet are cold and slight sweating occurs, after rubbing the needle causing a shivering sensation, remove the needle.
Leukorrhea in women flowing day and night, with whole-body yellow emaciation and hundred labors of worry: For leukorrhea, use Zhongji (CV3) and Zigong (EX-CA1). Apply Double Pan (Double Plate) manipulation with both hands at the head area. Zhongji uses Pan method to obtain heat; Zigong double use regulates Middle Jiao and collects/astringes. Zusanli and Sanyinjiao (SP6) use Double Yin Upward manipulation; Double acupoints ascend Yin, circulating Qi and Blood.
To expel fetus, this method requires Shengyang; then use Shengyang plus tonification to make internal heat cooler. Re-take Qixia (Qi Descending) San Cuo (Three Rubs) method, immediately use Shengyin (Ascending Yin) for postpartum health.
For dead fetus, mostly use Shengyang method. Continuously use Qishang rubbing several times. Then use Shengyang plus rubbing method. Re-take Qixia to ascend Yin and transform. Shengyang plus tonification slightly descends; urgently use Shengyang to eliminate pain. Abdominal lower Shengyang one or two times, dead fetus urgently descends with high efficacy.
Transverse or inverted positions require Shengyin. Then use Shengyin to treat Si Ni (Four Coldness/Reversal). Add rubbing and grasping five to seven times. Extend and lift; self-delivery as if aided by spirits.
Women's red and white discharge: Da Pan (Large Plate) extraction. Round plate rotation stops breathing. If plate grasping white discharge cannot stop, Zhongji skin rises five fen is true. Five fen lifting and rubbing, needle not out. Sanyinjiao Shengyang makes patient happy. Sanyinjiao re-enables Qishang method. Rubbing continuously down, Shengyin moves.
Women's blood mountain (metrorrhagia) leakage is excessive. Zhongji Da Pan requires rubbing and massaging. Search again ten-plus times. Double Pan two acupoints must be precise and harmonious. After double pan, round circle extraction. If blood mountain, it must stop. Yang ascends, ascending thereafter, definitely no error.
Women's pain and irregular blood: Yanglingquan (GB34) and Yangjiao (GB35) intersect up and down. Taichong (LR3) extracting blood is often excellent. Yanglingquan Shengyang causes Qi to descend and dissipate. Yangjiao Shengyin regulates evenly. Feet cold, rubbing causes hot shivering intersection. Women's Qi and Blood are mostly weak. Urgently Shengyang to nourish Blood abundantly.
Full abdomen Qi distension and foot edema: Zhongwan (CV12) lower plate grasps at fen. Dantian (CV8) plate down grasps several times. Skin and abdomen seven fen sound uniformly. Add Zusanli Qishang two. One time Qixia then Yin ascends. Sanyinjiao Taichong extract blood method. Apply regulation evenly, needle out soaring.
