解后 及申脉。昆仑然谷通谷求。承山针三分速出。灸至百壮疾即瘳。狂言阳 与太渊。

治之立待有神功。狂走风府阳谷安。狐魅神邪狂与痫。两手两足大拇指。用绳缚定灸四尖。
要识此穴名鬼眼。灸至三壮病必痊。小儿奶痫惊痫证。亦根据此法一壮燃。卒狂间使合谷中。
并及后 三穴攻。螈 指掣哑门穴。阳谷脘骨与劳宫。带脉一穴并四穴。通前五穴收全功。

For mania and insanity caused by Heart pathogenic factors, select the Zanzhu (BL2) acupoint. Yang (Note: likely a textual error or specific reference, retained as is) Jianshi (PC5) and Chize (LU5). For mania and epilepsy, moxa Feishu (BL13) up to one hundred Zhu (units of moxibustion). Quchi (LI11) twenty-one times is logically appropriate. Xiaohai (SI8), Shaohai (HT3), Jianshi (PC5) acupoints.
For epilepsy, select Zanzhu (BL2) and Shenmen (HT7). Tianjing (TE10), Xiaohai (SI8), Jinmen (GB63) are used together. Shangqiu (SP5), Xingjian (LR2), Tonggu (BL65). Xinshu (BL15) combined with Hou Guiyan (Extra point) attacks the disease. In total, eleven acupoints are involved.

Excessive speech treats Baihui Jian (GV20 tip). Epileptic mania speaks without respect or hierarchy; the flesh seam in the center of the inner lip is suitable. Moxa one Zhu, size like a wheat grain. Also use a steel knife to cut the extraordinary point. If the patient speaks madly and looks back repeatedly, treat Yanggu (SI5) and YeMen (TE2). Laughter selects Yang (Note: likely error) Daling (PC7). Also Shuigou (GV26) and Lieque (LU7). Crying selects Baihui (GV20) and Shuigou (GV26). Delusional vision attacks Fengfu (GV16). Ghost pathogens must treat Jianshi (PC5). Still needle Hou Qi Gong (Extra point).
Ask where is Qi Gong? Know that this acupoint is Renzhong (GV26). Er Gui Xin is on the thumb, enter three Fen under the nail. San Gui Lei is on the big toe, enter two Fen under the nail. Si Gui Xin is Taiyuan (LU9). Treatment requires inserting one Cun and half. Men start from the left, women from the right. The method of withdrawing the needle follows these rules.
Wu Gui Lu is Shenmai (BL62). Fire needle seven Zhu, insert three Fen. Liu Gui Zhen is above Dazhu (BL11), entering the hairline one Cun, not false. Er Qian Fa Ji Qi Gui Chuang. Ba Gui Shi acupoint is Chengjiang (CV24). Jiu Gui Ying is Laogong (PC8). Shangxing acupoint is Ru Gui Tang. Fire needle seven Zhu for Gui Tang. Gui Cang moxa three Zhu in the seam below the yin. Hegu (LI4), Houxi (SI3), Sizhukong (TE23). Also include Fuliou (LU7). Treatment waits for divine efficacy. Running madly, Fengfu (GV16) and Yanggu (SI5) calm it. Fox charm, spirit pathogens, mania and epilepsy. Big toes of both hands and feet. Bind with rope and moxa Si Jian (Extra points). Know this acupoint name Gui Yan. Moxa three Zhu, the disease will surely heal. Infant milk epilepsy and fright epilepsy. Also follow this method, burn one Zhu. Sudden mania selects Jianshi (PC5) and Hegu (LI4). Also attack with Houxi (SI3) and three acupoints. Convulsions and finger pulling select Yamen (GV15). Yanggu (SI5), Wangu (SI4), and Laogong (PC8). Da Mai (GB26) one acupoint and four acupoints. The first five acupoints collectively achieve full efficacy. Dementia selects Shenmen (HT7) and Shaoshang (LU11). Yongquan (KI1) one acupoint and Xinshu (BL15). Climbing high singing, gathering clothes and walking. Long-term mania selects Shenmen (HT7) and Houxi (SI3). Also Chongyang (ST42) total three acupoints. Ordinary resonance seems like divine assistance. Fright selects Baihui (GV20) and Jiexi (ST41) head. Sudden fright seeks Xialian (LI8) one acupoint. Epilepsy selects Qian Gu (SI2) and Houxi (SI3). Jiexi (ST41), Jinmen (GB63), and Shuigou (GV26). Add one more acupoint Shenmai (BL62). Press and treat, this disease heals.
