日中时灸病处影上三壮。咒曰、癣中虫。毛戎戎。若欲治。待日中。（千）又法、八月八
日日出时。令病患正当东向户长跪。平举两手。持户两边。取肩头小垂际骨解宛宛中。灸、两火
俱下。各三壮。若七壮。十日愈。
千金翼曰、 疮疥癣。皆有诸虫。三年不瘥。便为恶疾云云。治久癣不瘥方、细研水银

粉。和腊月猪膏。先以泔清洗疮。拭干一涂即瘥。再涂永瘥。大陵、支沟、阳谷、后溪、

白癜风、灸左右手中指节去延外宛中三壮。未瘥、报之。
至道单方治紫癜风。用舶上硫黄细研。绵帛裹。生姜自然汁半盏浸和。绵子涂所患处。
稍干再易。此患多从夏发。但请验之。予虽未试。想必奇方也。
千金翼灸白癜白驳等。重午日午时、灸膝外屈脚当文头随年壮。一时下火。不得动。又
白癜白驳浸淫 疡。着头颈胸前。灸两乳间随年壮。立瘥。
疣目。着艾炷疣目上灸之。三壮即除。支正、治生疣目。（铜）
疣目虽可灸。千金方亦有用杏仁烧令黑。研膏涂上者。有用松柏脂合和涂之。一宿失去
者。
脂揩痒处。令少许血出即瘥。神验无以加者。不必专拘灸也。

在中午时分，灸病灶投影处的影子三壮。咒语说：“癣中的虫子，毛发蓬松。想要治疗，等待正午。”（出自《千金方》）另一种方法：在八月初八日出时，让患者面向东方的门口长跪，平举双手，抓住门框两边，取肩膀头小垂骨解凹陷处，施灸，两穴同时下火，各灸三壮。如果灸七壮，十天可愈。
《千金翼方》说：疮、疥、癣，都是由各种虫引起的。三年不痊愈，就会成为恶疾等等。治疗久治不愈的癣的方子：将水银霜细细研磨成粉状，与腊月猪脂膏混合。先用淘米水清洗疮口，擦干后涂一次即可痊愈，再涂一次则永远不再复发。大陵、支沟、阳谷、后溪穴，主治痂疥。（出自《千金方》）阳溪穴，治疗痂疥。（出自《铜人腧穴针灸图经》）合谷、曲池穴，治疗皮肤痂疥。（出自《明堂下》）
我年轻时患疥疮，长达十五年。一到冬天就发作成疮。有人教我使用羊蹄菜根（即蛇床子根），切成如铜钱厚的片，用米泔水浸泡两三个晚上。捞出后，加入生姜和矾一起研细，用生布包裹，遇到洗澡时擦洗很久，然后用水洗净，三四次后即可除根。几年后又复发，使用前法又治愈了，效果神奇如此，何必还要艾灸呢？
白癜风，灸左右手中指节去掌侧横纹端凹陷处三壮。未痊愈，继续灸。
至道单方治疗紫癜风。使用进口硫黄细细研磨，用棉帛包裹，用半盏生姜自然汁浸泡调和，用棉签涂抹患处。稍干后再更换。这种病多在夏季发作，请验证一下。我虽然没试过，想必是奇方。
《千金翼方》灸白癜风、白驳等。在端午节午时，灸膝外侧屈脚时皱纹尽头处，随年龄决定壮数，一时辰内同时点火，不得移动。另外，白癜风、白驳浸淫疡，长在头颈胸前的，灸两乳之间，随年龄决定壮数，立即痊愈。
疣目，将艾炷放在疣目上灸它，三壮即可去除。支正穴，治疗生疣目。（出自《铜人腧穴针灸图经》）
(Leukoderma, Verrucae)
At noon, moxibustion is applied to the shadow of the lesion for three moxa cones. The incantation says: "The insects in the tinea, hair fluffy. If you wish to treat it, wait for noon." (From *Qianjin Fang*) Another method: On the eighth day of the eighth lunar month at sunrise, have the patient kneel long facing an eastern door, raise both hands level, hold both sides of the door frame, and locate the depression between the bones at the lateral end of the shoulder head (*Jianjing* area implied by description). Apply moxibustion, lighting both points simultaneously, three moxa cones each. If seven moxa cones are used, it heals in ten days.
*Qianjin Yi Fang* states: Sores, scabies, and tinea are all caused by various insects. If not healed for three years, they become malignant diseases, etc. For treating chronic tinea that does not heal: Grind calomel (*Shuiyin Shuang*) finely into powder. Mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month. First wash the sore with rice water, dry it, apply once to heal, apply again to prevent recurrence permanently. Daling (PC4), Zhigong (SJ6), Yanggu (SI5), Houxi (SI3) primarily treat crusted scabies/tinea. (From *Qianjin Fang*) Yangxi (LI5) treats crusted scabies/tinea. (From *Tongren Shuxue Zhenjiu Tujing*) Hegu (LI4), Quchi (LI11) treat skin crusted scabies/tinea. (From *Mingtang Xia*)
In my youth, I suffered from scabies for fifteen years. It manifested as sores every winter. Someone taught me to use the root of *Rumex japonicus* (referred to here as Shechuangzi root/Semen Cnidii root), sliced thickly like a coin, soaked in rice water for two or three nights. Drain it, add fresh ginger and alum, grind together finely, wrap in raw cloth. When bathing, scrub the area for a long time, then rinse with water. After three or four applications, the root cause is eliminated. Years later it recurred, but using the previous method cured it again. The effect was so miraculous, why resort to moxibustion?
For leukoderma, moxibustion is applied to the depression at the distal interphalangeal joint of the middle finger on both hands, three moxa cones. If not healed, repeat.
Zhidao Danfang treats purpura-like wind (vitiligo variants). Use imported sulfur, finely ground, wrapped in silk, soaked and mixed with half a cup of natural ginger juice. Apply with cotton swab to the affected area. Replace when slightly dry. This condition often starts in summer; please verify. Although I have not tried it myself, it must be a miraculous prescription.
*Qianjin Yi Fang* describes moxibustion for leukoderma and white patches. On the fifth day of the fifth lunar month at noon, moxibustion is applied to the crease at the lateral knee when the leg is flexed, with the number of moxa cones corresponding to the patient's age. Fire is lit simultaneously at one hour mark, without moving. Additionally, for leukoderma/white patches spreading like ulcerations located on the head, neck, and chest, moxibustion is applied between the two breasts, with the number of moxa cones corresponding to the patient's age, resulting in immediate healing.
Verrucae: Place a moxa cone directly on the verruca and moxibustion it. Three moxa cones remove it immediately. Zhengzheng (SI7) treats growing verrucae. (From *Tongren Shuxue Zhenjiu Tujing*)
Although verrucae can be treated with moxibustion, *Qianjin Fang* also mentions burning almonds until black, grinding them into a paste for application; or mixing pine and cypress resin for application, which causes them to fall off overnight.
Wiping the itchy area with oil, causing slight bleeding, results in healing. There is no more miraculous verification than this; there is no need to strictly adhere to moxibustion alone.
