In winter, I often suffered from cold Bi syndrome at the Fengshi area. I urgently rubbed it with warm hands to heat it, which provided slight relief. It occurred two or three times a day. Accidentally using warm needle therapy cured it. Indeed, it is effective. Was its efficacy originally incomplete?
