Decoction for fumigation to treat rectal prolapse.
Take one sheng of *Caulis Menispermi* (Nüwei, 女萎), burn it in a container, and sit over it to fumigate the anus until cured. (From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*, Vol. 26)
Prescription for sudden rectal prolapse during defecation.
Apply moxibustion seven moxa cones above the Jiuwei bone. (From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*, Vol. 26)
Prescription for chronic rectal prolapse that has not healed for years.
Take three jin of raw iron, add one dou of water, boil until five sheng remain, and use this liquid to wash the affected area twice daily. (From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*, Vol. 26)
Prescription for men with scrotal swelling as large as a dou, testicular pain, and conditions deemed untreatable by others.
Grind one liang of Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) into powder, wrap it in cotton cloth. Take one chi of Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), used raw and cut. Add one dou of water, boil until two sheng remain, and use to wash the affected area. Avoid eating Seaweed (Haizao, 海藻) and Chinese Cabbage (Songcai, 菘菜). (From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*, Vol. 26)

Six chicken feathers (burned to ash), equal parts of Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子).
Grind the above two ingredients into powder. Take a small amount with wine. Select the feather corresponding to the side of the testicle (left or right). (From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*, Vol. 26)
Another prescription:
Roast Apricot Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁), grind into powder, and take with wine in a pill size similar to a bullet shot. Do not exceed three doses. (From *Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang*, Vol. 5)
Prescription for sudden piercing pain in the genitals accompanied by profuse sweating like rain.
One jin of Small Garlic (Xiaosuan, 小蒜), one jin of Leek Root (Jiugen, 韭根; absent in another version), one jin of Willow Root (Yangliugen, 杨柳根).
Burn the above three ingredients together. Pour wine over them and fumigate with the heat until cured. (From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*, Vol. 26)
Prescription for malignant sores on the genitals.
Boil Licorice Root powder (Gancao, 甘草) with honey and apply it topically; it is effective. (From *Yi Xin Fang*, Vol. 7)
Prescription for sores on the glans penis resembling pomegranate flowers, or large ones resembling rolled sheets.
Scrape Tiger Tooth (Huya, 虎牙) and Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao, 犀角) into powder. Fry in Pig Fat (Zhugao, 猪膏) until the color changes, filter out the dregs, and apply three times daily. (From *Yi Xin Fang*, Vol. 7)
