灯芯（用十斤，以米粉浆染，晒干，研末，入水澄之，浮者为灯芯，取出，又晒干入药

漉净，炼汤成膏，如糖饧，用以和膏。）
一方人参用六两，白术六两，甘草四两，同熬膏，亦妙。
上灯芯等五味，各为细末，以人参膏和成丸，如龙眼大，朱砂为衣，贴金箔。每用一丸
，任病换引。大段小儿生理向上，本天一生水之妙。凡治病，以水道通利为快捷方式也。

鹿角霜 鹿茸 龟板（八字文具者。醇酒浸七日，酥炙透黄） 虎胫骨（新而真者，长流
水浸七日，蜜酥和炙透）
上霜、板各三两六钱，茸、胫各二两四钱，重罗极细，用水火炼白蜜，入 猪脊骨
髓九条，同舂剂为丸如梧子大。每空心盐汤下五、七十丸，周而复始。丈夫中年觉衰，便可
服饵。此方，鹿纯阳也，龟纯阴也，血气有情，各从其类，非金石草木例也。如浓味善饮之
人，可加猪胆汁一、二合于和剂中，以寓降火之义。

本 当归 赤石脂（赤白均可） 白芍药 人参 白薇 川芎（不见火） 牡丹皮 桂
心白芷 白术 白茯苓 元胡索 没药 甘草（以上各一两）
十五味，除石脂、没药另研外，余皆以醇酒浸三日，烘晒干，为细末，足十五两。
香附子（去皮毛，以米醋浸三日，略炒。为细末，足十五两）
上十六味，和合，重罗数过，炼蜜丸如弹子大，瓷器封收。每取七丸，虔心鸡未鸣
时服一丸。先以薄荷汤或茶灌漱咽喉，后细嚼，以温酒或白汤送下，食物、干果压之。服至
四十九丸为一剂，以癸水调下受妊为度。妊中三日一丸，产后二日一丸，百日止。尽人事而
不育焉，天矣。人为一卤莽，诿曰天之命。予兹为世之乏嗣者惜焉！

灯芯草（取十斤，用米汤浆染，晒干后研成粉末，加入水中澄清，浮在水面上的即为灯芯草，取出后再晒干入药，用量为二两五钱。而沉在水底的是米粉，不再使用。）赤茯苓和白茯苓（去皮，同时使用茯神并去除木质部分，共五两）滑石（用水飞法处理，滤净，熬炼成膏状，如糖浆般稠厚，用来调和药丸。）
另一种配方用人参六两，白术六两，甘草四两，共同熬制成膏，效果也很好。
将上述灯芯草等五味药材分别研成细末，用人参膏调和制成丸药，大小如龙眼核，外用朱砂粉末包裹，贴上金箔。每次服用一丸，根据病情更换药引。大体上小儿生机向上，本乎“天一生水”的奥妙。凡是治病，以水道通利为快速有效的方法。

鹿角霜 鹿茸 龟板（选择甲片纹路呈八字形的。用纯酒浸泡七天，用酥油炙烤至透黄）虎胫骨（新鲜且真品的，用长流水浸泡七天，用蜂蜜和酥油混合炙烤至透）
将鹿角霜、龟板各三两六钱，鹿茸、虎胫骨各二两四钱，过筛至极细，用水火炼制过的白蜜，加入九条猪脊骨髓，一同捣碎制剂，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次空腹时用盐开水送服五七十丸，循环服用。男子到了中年感觉身体衰退，就可以开始服用此方。这个方子中，鹿属纯阳，龟属纯阴，血肉有情之品，各自遵循同类相从的原则，不同于金石草木类药物。对于喜好浓味食物和饮酒的人，可以在调和药剂时加入一两二合猪胆汁，以寓含降火之意。

木香 当归 赤石脂（红色或白色均可）白芍药 人参 白薇 川芎（不经过火炒）牡丹皮 桂心 白芷 白术 白茯苓 延胡索 没药 甘草（以上各一两）
十五味药材，除了赤石脂和没药单独研磨外，其余均用纯酒浸泡三天，烘干晒干，研成细末，总量达到十五两。
香附子（去除皮和毛，用米醋浸泡三天，略炒。研成细末，总量达到十五两）
将上述十六味药材混合，多次过筛，用炼蜜制成弹子大小的丸药，装入瓷器中密封保存。每次取七丸，在虔诚的心态下，于鸡未鸣时服用一丸。先用薄荷汤或茶水漱口咽喉，然后细细咀嚼，用温酒或白开水送下，并用食物或干果压住药力。服用四十九丸为一疗程，以癸水（指月经或肾水）调理，直到受孕为止。怀孕后每三天服用一丸，产后每两天服用一丸，直至一百天停止。如果尽了人力仍不能生育，那是天命。人若有一点点马虎，就推说是天命。我对此世间缺乏子嗣的人感到惋惜！

Lampwick (Take ten jin, dye with rice flour paste, dry in the sun, grind into powder, add water to clarify. The floating part is lampwick, take it out and dry again for use, dosage is two liang five qian. The sinking part is rice flour, do not use it.) Red and White Poria (Remove skin, also use Fu Shen [Poria with hostwood] removing wood, total five liang) Talcum (Process by water levigation, filter clean, refine into paste like sugar syrup, used to harmonize the pills.)
Another prescription uses six liang of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, six liang of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, four liang of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, boiled together into paste, which is also excellent.
Grind the above five ingredients including Lampwick into fine powder each, harmonize with Ginseng paste to form pills, size like longan seeds, coat with Cinnabar, apply gold foil. Take one pill per dose, change the guiding drug according to the disease. Generally, children's physiological life tends upward, embodying the wonder of "Heaven generates One Water". In treating diseases, promoting the free flow of water passages is the most expedient method.

Deer Antler Glue Powder Deer Antler without Bone Turtle Shell (Select those with characters shaped like the number eight. Soak in pure wine for seven days, roast thoroughly with butter until yellow.) Tiger Tibia Bone (Fresh and authentic ones, soak in running water for seven days, roast thoroughly with honey and butter.)
Powder the Deer Antler Glue Powder and Turtle Shell at three liang six qian each, Deer Antler without Bone and Tiger Tibia Bone at two liang four qian each, sift to extreme fineness. Use refined white honey processed with water and fire, add nine pig spinal cords marrow, pound and mix together to form pills the size of Chinese wolfsbane seeds. Take fifty to seventy pills on an empty stomach with salted water, repeating the cycle. Men feeling decline in middle age can begin taking this prescription. In this formula, Deer is purely Yang, Turtle is purely Yin; blood and qi from sentient beings follow their own kind, unlike minerals, stones, herbs, or trees. For people who enjoy rich flavors and heavy drinking, add one or two he of pig bile to the mixture to imply the meaning of descending fire.

Costus Root Angelica Sinensis Red Halloysite White Peony Root Ginseng Radix Coptidis Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (do not stir-fry) Moutan Cortex Cinnamon Bark Angelica Dahurica Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma Poria Polyspora Radix Corydalis Rhizoma Myrrha Liquorice Radix et Rhizoma (each one liang above)
Fifteen ingredients, except Red Halloysite and Myrrha which are ground separately, the rest are soaked in pure wine for three days, dried and roasted, ground into fine powder, totaling fifteen liang.
Cyperus Rotundus (Remove skin and hairs, soak in rice vinegar for three days, slightly stir-fry. Grind into fine powder, totaling fifteen liang.)
Mix the above sixteen ingredients, sift multiple times, refine honey to form pills the size of marbles, seal in porcelain containers. Take seven pills each time, with devout heart, take one pill before the rooster crows. First rinse throat with mint tea or water, then chew finely, swallow with warm wine or plain water, suppress with food or dried fruits. Take forty-nine pills as one course, regulated by Gui Water [menstrual/kidney water], aiming for conception. During pregnancy, take one pill every three days; after delivery, take one pill every two days, stop after one hundred days. If all human efforts are exhausted and still no offspring, it is Heaven's mandate. Humans often attribute failure to fate due to carelessness. I pity those in the world who lack heirs!
