胸前有孔常出血或流脓水，名曰心漏。人多不识，此方治之神效。又能兼治腰痛。
鹿茸（去毛，酥炙）、附子（炒，去皮）、盐花各等分为末，枣肉为丸。每服三十丸，空
心
又方∶凤凰衣（即哺虫鸡子蛋壳，又云出过鸡子蛋壳内之白皮为凤凰衣焙燥）、乳香（去
净油）各等分，研极细掺之。
此方治血隔，或因跌仆，或因大怒以致血积胸膈而病者，服之神效。生韭汁一钟，无灰
酒一钟，共一处煮热温服之。
白硼砂一钱五分，青黛一钱，好沉香二钱，三味研细末听用。再用白马尿一斤，白萝卜
一斤取汁，生姜半斤取汁，共入铜锅内熬成膏。每服用三匙加前药末一分，酒调下，一日三
服，可以开关。如系翻胃，以黑驴尿一斤易白马尿。
五谷虫用麻布包好，水内洗净，炒黄色，加木香、沉香共研为末，烧酒调服。
又方∶生姜汁，韭菜汁，童便各一钟，放大碗内，入锅中水煮数沸，候冷取出露一宿，
重煎温服，日日如是，以愈为止。
又方∶白马尿一斤，地骨皮一斤，白蜜一斤，羊粪四十九粒，以上用水七升，滚数滚，
滤去渣，再熬至一碗为度，每服一钟。忌马齿苋、蒸锅水。

又一方：凤凰衣（即孵化小鸡的鸡蛋壳内膜，也有说法认为是孵出小鸡后蛋壳内的白皮，需焙干）、乳香（去净油脂）各取等份，研磨成极细粉末撒在患处。
此方治疗血隔症，或因跌打损伤，或因大怒导致血液积聚在胸膈而患病者，服用后神效。生韭菜汁一杯，无灰酒一杯，放在一起煮热温服。
白硼砂一钱五分，青黛一钱，优质沉香二钱，这三味药研成细末备用。再用白马尿一斤，白萝卜一斤榨汁，生姜半斤榨汁，一起放入铜锅中熬制成膏状。每次服用三匙，加入前述药末一分，用酒调下，一日三次服用，可以开通噎塞。如果是翻胃症，用黑驴尿一斤代替白马尿。

There is a hole on the chest that frequently bleeds or discharges pus and water, known as Xin Lou (Heart Fistula). Most people are unfamiliar with this condition; this prescription is highly effective in treatment. It can also simultaneously treat lower back pain.
Lu Rong (Deer Antler without hair, roasted with butter), Fu Zi (Aconite Root, stir-fried, skin removed), and Yan Hua (Salt Flower) in equal parts are ground into fine powder and formed into pills using jujube flesh. Take thirty pills per dose, taken on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Feng Huang Yi (Chicken Eggshell Membrane, i.e., the inner white membrane of hatched eggshells, dried by roasting) and Ru Xiang (Frankincense, free of oil) in equal parts are ground into extremely fine powder and applied topically.
This prescription treats Xue Ge (Blood Obstruction), which may be caused by falls or blows, or by severe anger leading to blood accumulation in the chest and diaphragm. It is highly effective when taken. Take one cup of fresh Chinese chive juice and one cup of unadulterated wine, heat them together, and take warm.
Wild cat skull, roasted and ground into powder, taken with wine.
Bai Peng Sha (White Borax) 1.5 qian, Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis) 1 qian, Hao Chen Xiang (High-quality Agarwood) 2 qian. The three ingredients are ground into fine powder for later use. Additionally, take 1 jin of white horse urine, 1 jin of white radish juice, and 0.5 jin of ginger juice. Simmer these together in a copper pot until they form a paste. For each dose, take three spoons of the paste mixed with one fen of the aforementioned powder, taken with wine. Administer three times daily to open the obstruction. If the condition is Fan Wei (Reversal Stomach/Vomiting), substitute the white horse urine with black donkey urine.
Burn white goose feathers to ash, mix with wine, and take.
Wu Gu Chong (Grainworms) are wrapped in linen cloth, washed clean in water, stir-fried until yellow, then combined with Mu Xiang (Aucklandia Root) and Chen Xiang (Agarwood), ground into powder, and taken with strong liquor.
Another prescription: One cup each of Ginger Juice, Chinese Chive Juice, and Tong Bian (Child's Urine). Place in a large bowl, boil in a pot for several boils, cool down, remove, and expose overnight. Reheat and take warm. Repeat daily until cured.
Another prescription: White Horse Urine 1 jin, Di Gu Pi (Cortex Lycii), White Honey 1 jin, Sheep Feces 49 grains. Add seven sheng of water to the above ingredients, boil several times, filter out the dregs, and simmer until reduced to one bowl. Take one cup per dose. Avoid eating Purslane and water from steamers.
