凡跌压伤重之人，口耳出血，昏晕不醒，只要身体尚软，皆可救活。切忌人多嘈杂。只
令亲人呼而扶之，且就坐于地，紧为抱定，曲其手足，如和尚打坐样。随以热童便灌之（马
尿更妙），或用白糖冲热酒灌之（用水调灌亦可），尤为神妙。但能强灌得一二杯下喉，更好
。然后轻移于怀中，抱入室内，如前坐法。更以足紧抵粪门。若系妇女连阴户一并顶住，恐
其气从下泄，以致不救。并将窗棂遮住，以房中黑暗为佳。一面查照前后各方，取简便者用
之。伤重者瘀血必多，用前当归汤、白糖饮更妙，其余简便易得者，不妨兼用。急切不可令
出大便，恐其气脱而死，必俟其腹中动而有声，上下往来数遍，急不能待，方可使解。所下
尽是紫血，毒已解下，方可令睡，倘瘀血未尽，当归汤、白糖饮尤宜多服。
又一切扑折及从高坠下、木石倾压、落马坠车，以致瘀血凝滞，气绝欲死者，仓促无药
，急以热小便灌之，免恶血攻心。或服白糖更佳。再取地上三尺下黄土数升，捣碎，甑蒸热
，旧布重包二包，轮流熨伤处数次，痛止伤消。但不可太热，恐伤皮肉。
龙眼核，剥去光皮不用，将核研极细，掺疮口，即定痛止血。此西秦巴里坤营中急救方
也，大有功效。如口渴者不可饮水，但食油腻之物以解其渴。更忌食粥，食则血必涌出而死
。或用前玉真散，最妙。
又方∶鱼子兰叶（珠兰叶）更好。捣融敷之，立刻收口接骨。伤口宽大者，加白盐少许。
第二次敷即不用盐。其效非常，功在诸方之上。
又方∶月季花（又名月月红）取叶捣烂敷之，立能止血消肿，虽断筋亦可速愈。
又方∶葱白、砂糖等分，捣烂、研如泥，敷伤口，其疼立止。又无疤痕，屡试神验。
又方∶生半夏，研末敷上，即刻止痛止血，且易收口。
又方∶生松香、熟松香和匀敷之，立愈。或加生半夏末亦可。此军营急救方也。
又方∶老姜嚼融敷之，数日平复如常，此方屡试屡验，可保不致进风。惟敷时痛极，忍
耐几时可耳。
又方∶胡椒末敷之，不惟速愈，且免缩筋，忍痛必效。
又方∶端午后采野麻叶，去筋，捶融如绵，遇破口伤敷之，立能止血结痂。又后接骨白
炭方治破口伤亦效。

另外一切扑折及从高坠落、木石倾倒压迫、落马坠车，导致瘀血凝滞，气绝欲死的人，仓促间无药可用，急忙用热小便灌服，以免恶血攻心。或者服用白糖更佳。再取地下三尺深的黄土数升，捣碎，用蒸笼蒸热，用旧布重重包裹成两个包，轮流熨烫受伤部位数次，疼痛停止，损伤消除。但不可太热，恐怕损伤皮肉。
龙眼核，剥去光滑外皮不用，将核研成极细粉末，掺入疮口，即可定痛止血。这是西秦巴里坤军营中的急救方，大有功效。如口渴者不可饮水，只吃油腻之物来解渴。更忌食粥，吃了则血必涌出而死。或者使用前方的玉真散，最妙。

For those who have suffered severe falls, crush injuries, or pressure trauma, if there is bleeding from the mouth, nose, and ears, accompanied by coma and unconsciousness, as long as the body remains soft, they can be saved. It is strictly forbidden to have a crowd making noise around them. Only allow relatives to call out to and support the patient, having them sit on the ground, holding them tightly to stabilize them, bending their limbs in a posture similar to a monk's meditation. Immediately administer hot urine from a young boy (horse urine is even better) orally, or mix white sugar with hot wine for oral administration (mixing with water is also acceptable), which is particularly miraculous. If one to two cups can be forcibly swallowed into the throat, the effect is even better. Then gently move the patient into one's arms, carry them indoors, and maintain the sitting position as before. Use the foot to firmly press against the anus. For female patients, press against both the anus and the vulva to prevent Qi from leaking downwards, which could lead to death. Cover the window frames so that the room is dark. Meanwhile, refer to the previous formulas and select the simplest ones for use. In cases of severe injury, there will inevitably be much blood stasis; using the previously mentioned Danggui Tang (Angelica Sinensis Decoction) and White Sugar Drink is especially effective. Other simple and easily accessible formulas may be used concurrently. Under no circumstances should one induce defecation urgently, lest Qi collapse and cause death. One must wait until there are sounds of movement in the abdomen, moving up and down several times, and when the urgency cannot be waited for any longer, then allow defecation. The excreted material will be entirely purple-black blood, indicating that the toxin has been expelled. Only then can the patient be allowed to sleep. If blood stasis is not yet fully resolved, Danggui Tang and White Sugar Drink are particularly suitable for frequent consumption.
Regarding all types of fractures, dislocations, falls from heights, crushing by falling wood or stones, or falling from horses or carriages, resulting in stagnant blood stasis and near-death due to Qi exhaustion: in emergencies without medicine, urgently administer hot urine to prevent evil blood from attacking the heart. Taking white sugar is also excellent. Additionally, take several sheng (a unit of volume) of yellow earth dug from three chi (approx. 1 meter) underground, crush it, steam it in a steamer until hot, wrap it securely in old cloth to make two packs, and alternately apply these packs to the injured area several times until pain ceases and swelling subsides. However, do not make them too hot, lest they damage the skin and flesh.
Longan seeds: Remove the smooth outer skin and do not use it. Grind the seed into an extremely fine powder and sprinkle it onto the wound to stop pain and bleeding immediately. This is an emergency rescue formula from the military camp in Balikun, Western Qin region, and is highly effective. If the patient feels thirsty, they must not drink water; instead, consume greasy food to quench thirst. Porridge is strictly forbidden, as eating it will cause blood to gush out and lead to death. Alternatively, using the previously mentioned Yuzhen San (Jade True Powder) is best.
Another formula: Leaves of Oriza japonica var. odorata (Zhu Lan leaf / Pearl Orchid Leaf) are even better. Crush and mash the leaves and apply them to the wound; this will immediately close the wound and set bones. For wide wounds, add a small amount of white salt. Do not use salt for the second application. The efficacy is extraordinary, surpassing other formulas.
Another formula: Take the leaves of Rosa chinensis (Chinese Rose / Monthly Red), crush and mash them, and apply to the wound. This immediately stops bleeding and reduces swelling; even severed tendons can heal rapidly.
Another formula: Mix equal parts of scallion white (Cong Bai) and white sugar, crush and grind into a paste, and apply to the wound. Pain stops immediately. It also prevents scarring and has proven miraculous through repeated trials.
Another formula: Apply raw Pinellia ternata (Sheng Banxia) powder to the wound. It stops pain and bleeding immediately and facilitates wound closure.
Another formula: Mix raw Rosin (Sheng Songxiang) and cooked Rosin (Shu Songxiang) evenly and apply to the wound for immediate healing. Adding raw Pinellia ternata powder is also an option. This is a military camp emergency formula.
Another formula: Chew old ginger until mashed and apply to the wound. After a few days, recovery will be normal. This formula has proven reliable repeatedly and ensures protection against wind pathogens. However, the application causes extreme pain, which must be endured for a short while.
Another formula: Apply pepper powder to the wound. Not only does it promote rapid healing, but it also prevents tendon retraction/shrinkage. Enduring the pain guarantees effectiveness.
Another formula: Collect wild hemp leaves after the Dragon Boat Festival, remove the veins, and beat/crush them into a cotton-like consistency. Apply to open wounds to immediately stop bleeding and form scabs. The later-mentioned "White Charcoal for Bone Setting" formula is also effective for treating open wounds.
