马前子一斤，枳壳半斤，以上药二味，先将马前子用童便浸二十四日，加入枳壳又同浸
二十五日，取起，清水洗净，马前子去皮、枳壳去瓤，并切成细片晾干，用黄土拌炒成黄黑
色，共研细末，瓦瓶装好听用。
刃伤见血无论轻重，皆可敷掺，用布裹好。伤轻者立时止血结痂，切忌见水。重者或不
能登时止血，仍用药加敷伤口，自然血止。若甚重之伤，用药一小茶匙，体壮者二茶匙，加
麝香一厘研匀，查明后开引子另煎取汁和药，用黄酒冲服。能饮者服药后不妨尽醉而睡，用
棉被盖紧，切忌受风，俟汗出即愈。次日以鲜猪肉做汤与伤者食，跌打重伤并末见血者，亦
查明后开引子照服即愈。
此方无论敷掺冲服，所有饮食均不禁口，尚须以发物与食，免其日后发伤作疼作痛。
附，服药引子∶伤在头引用川芎，伤在手引用桂枝，伤在腰引用杜仲，伤在肾引用破故
纸，伤在脚引用川牛膝，每用各三钱。
柿饼，捣烂涂之。
千年锻石、轻粉、血竭、白蜡、象皮等分，研末，掺上。
活蟹一只，选肥大而多膏者，连壳捣如泥，入生姜四两，入醋一杯，带糟更妙，老酒一
碗，连糟亦可，捣匀挤出汁煎滚灌下。其渣炒热敷患处扎定。如只损破不曾折断者，只吃汁
，不敷渣。凡骨断折碎，俱极神效，能令骨节归完，真妙方也。
【骨断折碎】
取马前子一斤，枳壳半斤。这两味药中，先将马前子用童子尿浸泡二十四天，再加入枳壳共同浸泡二十五天。取出后，用清水洗净。马前子去掉外皮，枳壳去掉内部瓤肉，并切成细片晾干。然后用黄土拌炒至呈黄黑色，共同研磨成细末，装入瓦瓶中密封保存备用。
对于刀斧等金属利器造成的创伤，无论出血轻重，都可以将药粉外敷或撒在伤口上，并用布包扎好。伤势轻的，能立即止血结痂，切记不能沾水。伤势重的，可能无法立刻止血，仍需用药物继续敷在伤口上，血液自然会停止。如果伤势非常严重，用药一小茶匙，身体强壮者用两茶匙，加入麝香一厘（约0.03克），研磨均匀。查明受伤部位后，开具相应的“药引”单独煎煮取汁，用来调和药粉，再用黄酒冲服。酒量好的人，服药后可以尽量喝醉然后睡觉，用棉被紧紧盖住身体，切记要避风，等到出汗后即可痊愈。第二天用鲜猪肉炖汤给伤者食用。如果是跌打损伤导致重伤但没有出血的情况，也查明受伤部位后，开具药引照此服用即可痊愈。
这个方子无论是外敷、撒粉还是内服冲调，饮食方面都不需要忌口，反而还需要吃些“发物”（指易引发旧疾或加重病情的食物，此处指有助于发散邪气之物）来进食，以免日后伤口复发疼痛。
附注：服药时的药引如下：伤在头部，药引用川芎；伤在手臂，药引用桂枝；伤在腰部，药引用杜仲；伤在肾脏区域，药引用破故纸（补骨脂）；伤在脚部，药引用川牛膝。每种药引每次用量各三钱。

活螃蟹一只，选择肥大且蟹膏多的，连壳一起捣成泥状。加入生姜四两，醋一杯（带渣更好），老酒一碗（带糟也可以）。搅拌均匀后挤出汁液，煮沸后灌服下去。剩下的药渣炒热后敷在患处并固定好。如果只是皮肤破损而没有骨折，只喝汁液，不敷药渣。凡是骨头断裂、粉碎性骨折，此方都有极高的疗效，能使骨节复原，真是奇妙的方子。
[Fractured and Crushed Bones]
Take one *jin* (approx. 500g) of *Strychni Semen* (Maqianzi, 马前子) and half a *jin* of *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus* (Zhiqiao, 枳壳). For these two herbs, first soak the *Strychni Semen* in urine from an uncircumcised boy for twenty-four days. Then add the *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus* and continue soaking together for another twenty-five days. Remove them, wash with clear water, peel the *Strychni Semen*, remove the pith of the *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus*, cut both into thin slices, and dry them. Stir-fry them mixed with yellow loess until they turn yellowish-black. Grind them into a fine powder, store in a glazed earthenware jar, and keep for use.
For wounds caused by blades or sharp instruments, regardless of whether bleeding is light or heavy, the powder can be applied externally or sprinkled on the wound and wrapped with cloth. For minor injuries, bleeding stops and scabs form immediately; avoid contact with water at all costs. For severe injuries where bleeding does not stop immediately, continue applying the medicine to the wound, and the bleeding will naturally cease. For very severe injuries, use one small teaspoon of the powder (two teaspoons for robust individuals), mix with one *li* (approx. 0.03g) of *Moschus* (Shexiang, 麝香), and grind evenly. After determining the location of the injury, prepare a specific "guiding herb" decoction separately, mix it with the powder, and take it orally washed down with yellow wine. Those who can drink alcohol may become intoxicated after taking the medicine and sleep under a thick cotton quilt. Avoid exposure to wind strictly; recovery occurs once sweating begins. The next day, provide the patient with soup made from fresh pork. For severe traumatic injuries without bleeding, determine the injury site, prepare the guiding herb decoction accordingly, and administer as directed for recovery.
Regardless of whether this formula is used for external application, sprinkling, or oral administration, there are no dietary restrictions. It is advisable to consume "stimulating foods" (Fa Wu, 发物 - foods that promote dispersion of pathogens) to prevent future recurrence of pain at the injury site.
Appendix: Guiding Herbs for Administration:
- Injury to the head: Use *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong, 川芎).
- Injury to the hands/arms: Use *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (Guizhi, 桂枝).
- Injury to the waist: Use *Eucommiae Cortex* (Duzhong, 杜仲).
- Injury to the kidney region: Use *Psoraleae Fructus* (Poguzhi, 破故纸).
- Injury to the feet: Use *Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix* (Chuanniuxi, 川牛膝).
Use three *qian* (approx. 9g) of each guiding herb per dose.
Persimmon cake: Mash thoroughly and apply topically.
Equal parts of *Ferrum Oxydatum Rubrum* (Qiannian Duanshi, 千年锻石), *Calomelas* (Qingfen, 轻粉), *Dragon's Blood* (Xuejie, 血竭), *Cera Flava* (Baila, 白蜡), and *Elephantis Cutis* (Xiangpi, 象皮). Grind into powder and sprinkle on the wound.
True *Daemonorops Draco* Resin (Jiangxiang, 降香): Scrape off powder using porcelain or tile shards, grind finely in a stone mill, and apply topically.
One live crab: Select a large, fat crab rich in roe. Mash the whole crab (including shell) into a paste. Add four *liang* (approx. 125g) of fresh ginger, one cup of vinegar (preferably with dregs), and one bowl of aged rice wine (with dregs is acceptable). Mix uniformly, squeeze out the juice, boil, and administer orally. Stir-fry the remaining residue until hot, apply to the affected area, and secure firmly. If only soft tissue damage exists without fracture, consume only the juice and do not apply the residue. This formula is extremely effective for all types of bone fractures and crush injuries, capable of restoring joint alignment. It is indeed a miraculous prescription.
