1. After receiving corporal punishment with a stick, immediately drink one cup of child's urine (Tongbian) mixed with wine to prevent blood stasis from attacking the Heart. Then, apply hot tofu to the purplish areas bruised by the stick; as the heat steams and the tofu turns purple, replace it. Continue until the purple blood stasis completely dissipates and the color turns light red.
Another prescription: Mash fresh Impatiens balsamina (Fengxianhua) plants including roots and leaves, and apply the paste to the affected area. Reapply if it dries out. The blood stasis will dissipate and heal overnight. If fresh herbs are unavailable in winter, collect them in autumn, dry them in the shade, grind into powder, mix with water, and apply; this is also effective. This plant is also known as Jin Feng Hua.
Another prescription: For injuries where the skin is not broken but internal damage exists due to beating, mash radishes and apply them to the injury.

It may feel like needle pricks with intense itching, and bloody fluid may exude occasionally. Alternatively, wash the wound with medicinal water, apply a plaster, and the pain, swelling, and induration at the beaten site will subside the next day.
San Po Ou Ban Hen Fang: Boil two bowls of hot Sesame Oil (Mahu You) and two bowls of yellow wine together until boiling several times, then drink. After drinking, lie on a floor heated by fire overnight. Pain will cease, swelling will reduce, and no scars will remain.
