治蛊毒从酒食中着者方。端午日合。
辰砂(别研) 雄黄(别研，水飞) 赤脚蜈蚣 续随子（各一两） 麝香（一分）
上为末，糯米饮为丸，如鸡头大。若觉中毒，即以酒下一丸；蛇蝎所螫，醋磨涂之。
凡诸蛊，多皆是假毒药以投之。知时，宜煮大豆、甘草、荠 汁饮之，通除诸药毒。
治中诸毒物。
晋矾 建茶（各等分）
上同为末。每服三钱，新汲水调下。得吐即效，未知再作。
治误食毒草，并百物毒。救人于必死。
板蓝根（四两，干者，净洗，日干) 贯众（一两，锉，去土) 青黛(研) 甘草(生，各一两)
上为末，蜜丸，梧子大，以青黛别为衣。如稍觉精神恍惚，恶心，即是误中诸毒，急取
药十五丸，烂嚼，用新汲水送下即解。此方传得异人京师陈道士。用水浸炊饼为丸，尤妙。
如常服，可三五丸，大解暑毒。
凡中毒，嚼生黑豆不腥，嚼白矾味甘者，皆中毒无疑。
凡始觉中毒，及蛇虫咬，痈疽才作，即服此，令毒瓦斯不聚。
上好青黛 雄黄（等分）
上为细末。新汲水调下二钱。
治恶蛇咬伤顿仆不可疗者。
香白芷
上一味为末。水调下，顷刻，咬处出黄水尽，肿消皮合。
Formula for treating Gu poison (Gu toxin) contracted from wine and food. Prepared on the Dragon Boat Festival.
Cinnabar (Grind separately), Realgar (Grind separately, process by water flotation), Centipede (Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans), Euphorbia lathyris seed (each 1 liang), Musk (1 fen).
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. Form pills with glutinous rice decoction, sized like a cockle. If poisoning is suspected, immediately swallow one pill with wine; for snake or scorpion bites, grind the powder with vinegar and apply externally.
Various Gu poisons are mostly administered under the guise of medicinal drugs. Once the time of ingestion is known, it is advisable to boil soybeans, Licorice root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and Shepherd's purse (Capsellae Bursa-pastoris Herba) juice for drinking, to generally eliminate various drug toxins.
Treatment for poisoning by various toxic substances.
Alum (Jin Fan), Jian Tea (each in equal proportions).
Pulverize the above ingredients together into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with fresh cold water. Vomiting indicates efficacy; if ineffective, prepare another dose.
Treatment for accidental ingestion of toxic herbs and various other toxins, saving lives from certain death.
Isatis root (Buddlelae Radix / Isatidis Radix, 4 liang, dried, cleaned, sun-dried), Cyathula officinalis root (Guanzhong, 1 liang, sliced, soil removed), Indigo naturalis (Qingdai, ground), Raw Licorice root (Gancao, each 1 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. Form honey pills sized like Sophora seeds, coated with Indigo naturalis powder separately. If one feels slightly disoriented or nauseous, it indicates accidental poisoning by various toxins. Immediately take fifteen pills, chew thoroughly, and swallow with fresh cold water to detoxify. This formula was transmitted from an extraordinary person, Daoist Chen in the capital. Using steamed wheat dough soaked in water to form pills is even more effective. For regular preventive use, take three to five pills to greatly relieve summer heat toxicity.
In cases of poisoning, chewing raw black beans without a fishy smell, or chewing alum tasting sweet, confirms poisoning beyond doubt.
When poisoning is first suspected, or upon snake/insect bites, or at the onset of carbuncles and sores, take this medicine immediately to prevent the accumulation of toxic qi.
High-quality Indigo naturalis (Qingdai), Realgar (in equal proportions).
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with fresh cold water and take 2 qian.
Treatment for severe snake bites causing sudden collapse and untreatable conditions.
Angelica dahurica (Baizhi).
Pulverize the single ingredient into fine powder. Mix with water and take orally. Within moments, yellow fluid will drain completely from the bite site, swelling will subside, and the skin will heal.
Treatment for scorpion stings causing unbearable pain.
Alum, Pinellia ternata (Banxia) (in equal proportions).
Pulverize the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with strong vinegar and apply as a paste.
The five conditions of nightmare (Yanmei), difficult labor (Chanru), hanging (Ziyi), crushing injury (Ya), and drowning (Ni) can cause sudden death, collectively referred to as the "Five Extinctions" (Wujue).
