This condition arises from excessive consumption of alcohol and food, where wind-dampness pathogens bind with the body, causing heat qi to stagnate and steam.
Herbs: Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Semen), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, stir-fried), Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried). Dosages: Yinchen, Mutong, Zhizi Ren (1 liang each); Dahuang (stir-fried); Gualou (one fruit); Shigao (2 liang); Gancao (0.5 liang).
Preparation: Crush into a powder. For each dose, use 1.5 cups of water, 5 slices of fresh ginger, and 1 stalk of scallion white. Decoct until reduced to 0.8 cup, strain, and take warm. Take at any time without restriction.
Obstruction of Urination and Defecation

Preparation: Use 1 sheng of water, decoct to obtain 1 xiao sheng. When temperature is suitable, take on an empty stomach in one dose. After three days, the yellow pigment will peel off in flakes, dispersing like thin clouds, after which recovery occurs. Maintain health regimen for 100 days.
