上为末，沸汤搜丸如梧子大。每服五十丸，食后姜汤下。
磨积丸
治茶积，饮食减少，面黄腹痛。
陈仓米（半升，用巴豆七粒，去壳，同米炒令赤色，去巴豆不用） 青皮（去穣，炒） 陈
橘红
上为末，好醋搜和为丸如豌豆大。每服二十丸，食后用淡姜汤下。
紫苏浓煎汁，加杏泥，服即散。
加味青木香丸
治 糕伤脾，噫酸不食，心腹作痛，百药不效。宜用青木香丸三百粒，白丁
酒曲二钱，同为末，入巴豆三粒，更研和令匀，蒸饼为丸如绿豆大。每服二十丸
十丸，生姜、橘皮汤下。宿滞即去，其疾自安。只用小酒曲、木香二件为末，盐
有酒香是效。（方见诸疝类）
卢氏感应丸
治虚弱人久积，不可直取，宜此药。多用蜡匮，庶使久留肠胃，又不伤气，能
又有脾气偏虚，饮食迟化，止宜助脾养胃，不须用克化药，自然平复。又名神木香
黄蜡（真者，十两） 巴豆（百粒，去皮尖，研为粉，用纸数重裹，槌透再易纸，至油
尽成白

上除巴豆粉、百草霜、杏仁、乳香外，并为末，却同前四味拌和研匀。先将上项黄蜡十
两于
蜡自浮于酒上，去酒不用。春夏修合用清油一两，秋冬用一两半，大银器内熬令香熟，次下
酒煮糊同蜡化作汁，乘热拌和前项药末十分均匀了。候稍凝，分作剂子，用罐子盛之，半月
后方可服。如服，旋丸如萝卜子大，任意服之二三十丸，加至五十丸无碍。此药以蜡多虽难
丸，然丸子愈细，其功愈博，临睡须常服之。若欲治病，不拘时候。治豆积，香苏散三钱，
水一盏煎服，加白芥子一撮，炒，研入用。
Xiangsu San (Perilla and Coptis Powder)
Add more Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) and Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, dried tangerine peel) for decoction. (Formula see Shanghan Hexie Lei [Category of Harmonizing in Cold Damage].)
Pingwei San (Regulate the Stomach Powder) with Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, clove) and Shexiang (Moschus, musk) ground into fine powder, taken with hot salt water. Take thirty pills of Awei Wan (Asafoetida Pill) with Shexiang Tang (Musk Decoction), effect is immediate. (Formula see Piwei Lei [Category of Spleen and Stomach].)
For cold patterns, Pingwei San (Regulate the Stomach Powder) with Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, clove), Suosha (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, cardamom), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus, germinated barley), and Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, medicated leaven), or these can be added to Xiangsu San (Perilla and Coptis Powder). All are decocted with Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger), Zao (Jujubae Fructus, jujube), and salt, taken on an empty stomach.
For heat patterns, Qu Wan (Leaven Pill) treats Jiu Xi (Alcohol Accumulation) with failure to digest, fullness and distension in the heart and abdomen, Yiqi (belching) with Tunsuan (acid regurgitation), Ni (hiccups/retrograde qi), inability to eat, and pain in the hypochondrium.
Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, medicated leaven) (crushed and stir-fried) Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus, germinated barley) (stir-fried. Each one liang) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, coptis) (remove stamens, half a liang, stir-fried together with three grains of Badou (Crotonis Semen, croton seed) from which the shell has been removed until the color changes, then remove Badou)
The above are ground into powder, kneaded with boiling water into pills the size of wutong seeds. Take fifty pills each time, with ginger water after meals.
Moji Wan (Grinding Accumulation Pill)
Treats Cha Ji (Tea Accumulation), decreased appetite, yellow complexion, and abdominal pain.
Chencangmi (Aged stored rice) (half sheng, stir-fried together with seven grains of Badou (Crotonis Semen, croton seed) from which the shell has been removed until red, then discard Badou) Qingpi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus Pericarpium, immature bitter orange peel) (remove albedo, stir-fried) Chenchuhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, aged tangerine peel)
The above are ground into powder, kneaded with good vinegar into pills the size of pea seeds. Take twenty pills each time, with light ginger water after meals.
Decoct Zisu (Perillae Folium, perilla leaf) thickly, add Xingni (Prunus Armeniacae Semen Amarum, apricot kernel paste), take it and it will dissipate immediately.
Awei Wan (Asafoetida Pill)
Take with thickly decocted Luobozitang (Raphani Semen Decoction). (Formula see preceding text.)
Jiawei Qingmuxiang Wan (Modified Green Woody Fragrance Pill)
Treats Gao Shangpi (Cake injuring the spleen), belching with acid, inability to eat, pain in the heart and abdomen, where hundred medicines fail. Use three hundred pills of Qingmuxiang Wan (Green Woody Fragrance Pill), two qian of Bai Ding Jiuqu (White Ding Leaven), grind them together into powder, add three grains of Badou (Crotonis Semen, croton seed), grind again and mix evenly, use Zhengbing (steamed wheat cake) as binder to make pills the size of mung beans. Take twenty pills or ten pills each time, with Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) and Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) water. Once old stagnation is expelled, the disease naturally settles. Using only small Jiuqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, medicated leaven) and Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, Aucklandia root) ground into powder, having a wine aroma indicates efficacy. Lu Shi Gongying Wan (Master Lu's Responsive Pill)
Treats long-standing accumulation in weak persons, direct purging is not suitable, this medicine is appropriate. Seal with wax to allow the medicine to stay in the intestines and stomach for a long time, without damaging Qi, able to... Also, if Piqi (Spleen Qi) is biased towards deficiency, food digestion is slow, only assisting the spleen and nourishing the stomach is needed, no need to use harsh digestive drugs, natural recovery will occur. Also known as Shenmuxiang Wan (Divine Woody Fragrance Pill).
Huangla (Beeswax) (genuine, ten liang) Badou (Crotonis Semen, croton seed) (one hundred grains, remove skin and tip, grind into powder, wrap in multiple layers of paper, pound through, change paper repeatedly until oil is exhausted and white powder remains) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, Aucklandia root) (wrapped in wet paper...) Except for Badou powder, Baicaoshuang (Stips Plumbaginis, leadwort root powder), Xingren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen Amarum, apricot kernel), and Xuxiang (Boswelliae Resina, frankincense), all others are ground into powder, then mixed and ground evenly with the previous four ingredients. First, melt ten liang of the aforementioned Huangla (Beeswax) in... until fragrant and ripe, then add Jiu (wine) cooked paste to melt with the wax into liquid, while hot, mix evenly with the aforementioned powder. When slightly congealed, divide into doses, store in jars, can be taken after half a month.
