上先将头胎儿乳，黄蜡，放在铫内，文武火化开，用前药末和成剂，放在瓷器内，要用，

腰以下病食前服，腰以上食后服，如人行三里，用热葱白粥投之，即以衣被盖定，汗出为度
。以后只吃瓜齑白粥，常服十奇散，留头四边，以乌龙膏贴之。
治一切痈疽肿毒，收赤晕。
